    For the time being, shoot JPEG images. At this time there is no support for NEF files from the D7200 in any Adobe product. It was released at such a time that it wasn't included in the last Camera Raw update. And Lightroom hasn't been updated either. Consequently, there is no DNG converter available at this time. We will have to wait and see what programs will be able to accommodate the D7200 when Adobe releases updates or upgrades that support the camera.

    If you go to Photoshop>About Plug-in and click on the words Camera Raw, what version does it list?
    I suspect you still have Camera Raw 7.0
    When you go to Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6, it says nothing available?

  • Problems with Adobe Speedgrade CS6 in Windows 7

    I am having problem with Adobe Speedgrade CS6 on my Windows 7 machine with the following specs:
    Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
    Gateway FX 6800-01e
    2.67 GHz i7 Quad-core processor
    16.0 GB RAM
    750GB primary hard drive (Seagate ST3750528AS)
    2 - 2TB secondary hotswap drives
    NVidia Quadro 4000 w 2GB dedicated RAM
    2 Acer 231SHL HD monitors running in extended dual screen mode
    Adobe Speedgrade 6.0.4x25
    It takes almost 3 minutes to open and when it does open it is slow to respond. After trying to troubleshoot it through driver updates, etc., I have done a totally clean reinstall of Windows 7, updated drivers where applicable, and disabled all malware and antivirus protection to rule out interference.  I have also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.  I have also applied the latest update through the program interface. The other components of the suite I have installed are:
    Premiere Pro CS6
    After Effect CS6
    Acrobat XI
    Audition
    Bridge
    Photoshop (32-bit and 64-bit versions)
    Lightroom 4.3
    Prelude
    The other components, including Premiere and After Effects open fine with no problem. I would appreciate any assistance with this problem that might be offered, as I am frustrated and stumped.  Thanks in advance!

    I've got almost the same problem. Every program from adobe production premium are working fine, but when I start movie on speedgrade windows blows off.
    It's on windows 7 pro.

    Facts (at least, with ME, they are)
    a) Automatic update fails, it hangs at 71%, nothing happens, even after an hour
    b) I downloaded
    DynamicLinkMediaServerRetail-7.0.1-mul-AdobeUpdate.zip
    Photoshop_CS6_13_0_1_3_upd.zip from
    Adobe - Photoshop : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop 13.0.1.3 update for CS6
    unzipped the Photoshop CS6 file and ran AdobePatchInstaller.exe
    results
    Updates could not be applied
    This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the Help menu in your product to see a
    list of latest updates available.
    c) Adobe Application Manager - when launched - results into a blanc Windows screen (tried this twice!) -
    no desktop icons (can not be 're-enabled' - RMB desktop is disabled)
    d) Startup items
    Therefore, I would like ...
    a. to disable automatic update - disable startup items
    Q: which ones
    b. to know how to proceed updating all manually
    Q: what to download/how to proceed?

    I have found another forum thread with the same problem as yours and a solution outlined. http://forums.adobe.com/message/4480969
    According to his solution:
    1. Run the CS5 uninstaller (found here): http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/uninstall-creative-suite-cs5-cs5.html
    2. Manually update your applications (found here): http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
    3. Restart your system.
    I hope this helps your situation as the error code is the same. Please update with your experience and we can work torwards the best solution.

    I have no issues with other apps, just DW CS6.
    CS6 still runs, and works fine, but I keep getting the above error, and an annoying notificiation in CC App Manager that I have an update to install.
    FYI, I'm running Mac with OS X Mavericks installed.

  • SpeedGrade CS6 keeps crashing on render

    I have a Macbook Pro with 2.6 GHz i7 with 16 gb of ram updated to the latest OS X (10.8.5) 
    SpeedGrade CS6 keeps crashing on rendering.  I have selected a couple of output options (h.264, ProRes, and uncompressed), but none work.  I believe I have the latest update to the software (I believe 6.0.4), and I don't know if this has anything to do with the OS or the program itself.
    Is anyone else experiencing this? I have checked the forums, but they haven't really helped that much for me.
    EDIT:  To add further, I have restarted my computer and I have rendered video successfully in the past.  This just started happening today.

    W7 Ult x64, AMD Phenom X6 3.3GHz, 16gigs of RAM, GTX 550 Ti
    I'm rendering WMVs. I am not running out of disk space. I have tired various clips to render with (I'm assuming source files are the files I edit to render). What are comp settings?

    I go to updater and it says that it is up-to-date, even though I have uninstalled it.  When I try to reinstall, the download button is available, I click it, which takes me to the updater screen, and informs me that it is up to date, even though it is not in my application folder.  I have ben able to download Lightroom with success, but not Photoshop and other previously downloaded apps.

  • CC programs not downloading with complimentary subscription. And CS6 applications not updating at all. Why is this?

    I have a complimentary subscription to CC and run CS6 Master Collection. The CC apps will not download, and the CS6 apps will not update. I followed the online instructions, checked for bugs and spoke to support on the weekend - who could not help. They suggested speaking directly to Adobe on a weekday. This must be an ongoing issue.     I reinstalled CS6 on top of itself the install gave me three options install with a serial number,  Start my subscription and install as a trial. I tried the start my subscription option.  But the install did not find a CS6 subscription for my userid.  I did not want to install with my CS6 serial number so I choose Trial the second attempt.   The Install installed CS6 Extended but not as a trial rather it was activated for Photoshop CS6 menu help showed Deactivate not activate.   Using  CS6 menu Help>Update started Adobe Application Manager and it it found update 13.1.2 was available. So I left CS6 extended activated  clicked update and closed CS6. The Application Manager updated CS6 to 13.1.2 without any problem.  However when I tried to start  Adobe Bridge CS6  I received  several pop up  errors stating msvcp110.dll was missing,  try reinstalling the application.  The same pop up error also happen when I started Adobe Bridge CC msvcp110.dll is missing try reinstalling the application.   Searching this forum I found that this is a common problem with Adobe installs. That  I should run Adobe vcredist_x64.exe that would fix the problem. So I searched for it and ran it and it did fix the Adobe install problems  for now Bridge CS6 and CC now starts without any problem.
    CS6 is now CS6 extendes at version 13.1.2...  Thank you.
