Speedgrade CS6 - Tangent Wave support

Speedgrade cs 6 doesn´t work with the tangent wave. In previous versions like Speedgrade DI or Speedgrade NX - no problem!

Yes, it is a german version.

EDL Files exported from Premiere always fail on import to SpeedGrade CS6

Steps to reproduce (for me):
1. Export any sequence as EDL.
2. Open SpeedGrade CS6
3. Browse to EDL
4. Double Click, or click the +, or drag to timeline
5. Error thrown:
Error
Key not supported in edit 16
File: 016 AX V B 0:02:04:04 00:02:06:15 00:00:3:10 00:00:35:21
Line 34
Note: This varies depending on project/sequence but essential is the same error for each -- always "Key not supported" though line # and file info changes.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

EdanCo I'd like to know the exact same thing. It's now September.
I also have multiple layers, have spent some 70 hours building this project and simply want to adjust colours. For workflow one could colour correct before editting but that does not make sense/sence. As for editing this way like Manual LP, really likely would work but surely would add additional time to the project trimming everything into one line. Who does that? I may as well have my 1/2 inch analog film out with a splicer and start editting analog film... hahaha it seems it's a very round about way of doing things - But Manuel LP I really do commend you for finding a way around it, and figuring out a work flow that incorporates bypassing this EDL error. Thankyou, I may do that on the next project The rest of us sit around waiting and grumbling at the problem.
HELLO wonderful people at Adobe.... has there been a solution to this? Or has anyone found one? Really would love to find out. Please hear the people, and let us know even if the issue is being sorted, in this thread.

I have a similar configuration and don't want to invest too much into my current computer hardware until next year when Intel rolls out their new micro-architecture wth SATA Express support.

Problems with Adobe Speedgrade CS6 in Windows 7

I am having problem with Adobe Speedgrade CS6 on my Windows 7 machine with the following specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Gateway FX 6800-01e
2.67 GHz i7 Quad-core processor
16.0 GB RAM
750GB primary hard drive (Seagate ST3750528AS)
2 - 2TB secondary hotswap drives
NVidia Quadro 4000 w 2GB dedicated RAM
2 Acer 231SHL HD monitors running in extended dual screen mode
Adobe Speedgrade 6.0.4x25
It takes almost 3 minutes to open and when it does open it is slow to respond. After trying to troubleshoot it through driver updates, etc., I have done a totally clean reinstall of Windows 7, updated drivers where applicable, and disabled all malware and antivirus protection to rule out interference. I have also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I have also applied the latest update through the program interface. The other components of the suite I have installed are:
Premiere Pro CS6
After Effect CS6
Acrobat XI
Audition
Bridge
Photoshop (32-bit and 64-bit versions)
Lightroom 4.3
Prelude
The other components, including Premiere and After Effects open fine with no problem. I would appreciate any assistance with this problem that might be offered, as I am frustrated and stumped. Thanks in advance!

I see that Flash CS6 is not supported (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash/kb/mountain-lion-support-flash-professional.html ) . My coworkers and I are not able to see some fonts and the colorpickers are not working properly as mentioned at the URL.
Can you make the previous version of Flash available for download and use with cloud membership just for this OS X 10.8 issue.
It'd be more of a hassle for us to revert back to an older OS then to just get an extra older version of Flash on our system.

SpeedGrade CS6 keeps crashing on render

I have a Macbook Pro with 2.6 GHz i7 with 16 gb of ram updated to the latest OS X (10.8.5)
SpeedGrade CS6 keeps crashing on rendering. I have selected a couple of output options (h.264, ProRes, and uncompressed), but none work. I believe I have the latest update to the software (I believe 6.0.4), and I don't know if this has anything to do with the OS or the program itself.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I have checked the forums, but they haven't really helped that much for me.
EDIT: To add further, I have restarted my computer and I have rendered video successfully in the past. This just started happening today.

I'm rendering WMVs. I am not running out of disk space. I have tired various clips to render with (I'm assuming source files are the files I edit to render). What are comp settings?

Some applications will work on windows xp and some applications will not work. ( For eg. Premiere Pro, Encore, After effects will not work).
Which Adobe Application are you using?

No you can't. Renaming grading layers is a features since version 7 a.k.a. CC. Time to upgrade?

Cannot Render from SpeedGrade CS6

So, I'm doing some testing to see if SpeedGrade CS6 is for me or not, and honestly…I love what I've seen so far. But, I'm having an issue that's probably easy to resolve (no pun intended), but for the life of me I can't figure out why.
I put a quick sequence of 4K R3D files together in Premiere CS6, exported an EDL, opened the EDL in SpeedGrade and linked back to the footage. Everything seems to work fine. I've graded my clips, added a vignette, and now I'm trying to render/export. But the "Render" button seems permanently greyed out. No matter what combination of output options I choose, it just won't let me start a render session. I'm running the latest CS6, updated via the Adobe Updater. I'm working on a 15" MacBook Pro with Core i7 processor and plenty of RAM. The only connected peripheral is a Thunderbolt RAID setup.
Any ideas why I can't render?

Did you set an output name?
If not, the render button will be grayed out.

Premiere/Speedgrade CS6 install crashing (Mac OS)

I downloaded the trials for Premiere Pro CS6 and Speedgrade CS6 and installed them hoping to activate them with my Creative Cloud license when that comes to life. The first time, the installation went successfully but the applications wouldn't launch. I thought maybe the problem was with my CS5 install so I uninstalled it and ran the cleaner utility. After a few cycles of running the cleaner utility and uninstalling CS5 and CS6 I am now unable to even get the install going properly, I start the install and after 2% get this error:
Installation Failed
Your installation encountered errors.
The error summary file may help you identify the issue.
The error summary file looks like this:

System Requirements
I would like to get this working soon but fortunately I can survive in FCP until then.

Check after following these step:-
1) ShutDown you Mac
2) Boot the Mac while holding down the shift key untill the Login Window appears
3) Login and open the CS6 Disk Image
4) Copy the contents of the disk image (Blue PS Icon) to the desktop
5) Launch the installer from the desktop NOT the Disk Image
6) In my case it installed just fine....
7) Reboot the Mac so that the without the Shift key to re-enable the system extensions
