Hi,
go to system admin->system configuration->go to BW system object which you have already created-->open that object-> go to User management---->   in this place first one should be Assertion Ticket & second one should be Logon ticket.
may be you had put it both options as a Logon ticket.
plz modify that one & check it..

  • Flat Data Load in Spend Performance Management

    Dear All,
We have a new Project, wherein Data from Various Flat Files (Flat Files from Multiple Non SAP Source Systems), needs to be loaded in SPM. We are new to SPM, any step by step documentation for loading Flat Files into SPM using Data Management Tool, will be really helpful.

    Hi Pankaj,
    These are the basic steps
    1) Determine table and fields you going to load.
    2) create file
    3) upload file to folder
    4) move through steps in user interface.

  • Spend Performance Management

    Hi,
In spend performance management we have inbound layer, outbound layer, Reporting layer and multiprovider.
Tha data is passing from one layer to another layer i.e inbound to outbound like...
But here my question is where is the data coming from and updated in Inbound layer...
In, Inbound layer consists of all DSO.
    Regards
    KS

Just to add to to Rohit's Response. As he mentioned, data into Inbound layer is via Direct Update  when you trigger data load from SPM UI there are a bunch of API's that run in the background and get data nd update the Inbound DSO's.
Next would be moving Data to Detail layer. We do something called as SEND Process in SPM UI and that generates E files in the application server. Then we load these E Files ( Raw Data Files - Out of Inbound DSO's ) , we do Data Standardization and Enrichment basically Data Cleansing of E files and then load these E flles back and thats when we move the data into detail layer DSO's.
Next would be reporting layer , here we move data from Detail DSO to Cubes using the process of release to reporting and thats when Data Classification happens and this would also ensure that data is available for reporting .
@ Rohit correct me if I am wrong.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • Spend Performance Management - Quick link

    Hi All,
Am unable to delete quick link in Spend Performance Management post upgrade(from 2.0 to 3.0). When clicked delete option in Administration -> Quick Links Configuration, the link is getting populated once again after refreshing the page.
Please help if the quick link needs to be deleted from any other location.
    Thanks,
    Preetha Balan

    Hi Preetha,
I tested this again in my lab. I was able to delete the links from the UI. (It surprised me by taking effect right away.) I logged out/in and my changes persisted as expected.
If the process using OK/SAVE is not working for you – I would have to guess a good place to start is by reviewing authorizations. I would go so far as to assign the user all five standard SPM roles, if that user can do it then it is an authorization issue.
Here are the five SPM roles by name:
    SAP_SPM_TRANSPORT
    SAP_SPM_USER
    SAP_SPM_ADMINISTRATOR
    SAP_XSA_DATA_MANAGER
    SAP_XA_SS_OWNER
See Chapter five in the security guide for more details.

  • Can't get toolbar to display on knowledge management document iview..?

    Hi All,
We're using MSS 60.1.20.  I have created a number of iviews based on documents stored in KM.  These documents are process forms used by management and so need to be saved and printed, therefore I need to display these documents with a toolbar.
So, no matter which option I select in the 'Launch in New Window' attribute on the iview, the toolbar does not appear.
Also I've tried adding 'toolbars=yes' in the Window Features attribute of the iview but it makes no difference.
Is its the case that for knowledge management document iviews that toolbars do not appear as standard?
    Thanks in advance,
    Liz.

    Hi
It looks like you need to update a line of your css and take out align attribute from your markup for problamatic table. Please do following:
    1- page1.css : Line 15: take out following line which says : background-position: center top;
2- Please modify your following markup:
    <td width="995" valign="top" class="center_column">
    <table width="995" cellspacing="2" cellpadding="2" border="0" align="center">
    To:
    <td width="995" valign="top" class="center_column">
    <table width="995" cellspacing="2" cellpadding="2" border="0" >

  • Activity Management Java iViews displaying No Data Obtained

Activity Management Java iViews displaying No Data Obtained. In our portal we are using several SAP delivered Java iViews. All of them work in our QA environment except the Activity Management ones.
However, they DO work in our development.  Does anyone know what we are missing in the backend configuration that would cause the Activity Management Java iViews to display "No Data Obtained"
    Thanks.
    Jason

    Hi Gregor
The User is assigned to a business partner. I'm not familiar with CRM's Org Management structure, so if I had to ask this question to someone that is, what should I ask specifically?
Advanced search doesn't provide an option for "My Team" but it does for "My Group" is that the same thing? And when I do a search on that criteria I do get results. Another question is even if there weren't any results shouldn't the iView still say "No entries exist" similar to the "My Teams Open Leads"?
    Thanks,
    Julian

  • SPM(Spend Performance Management) on HANA

    Hi Experts,
I need to implement the solution wherein we need the SPM tool to run directly on HANA.
Please let me know if any documents available on the same. or if anyone has delivery such a solution.
    Thanks.
    Rohan

    Hi John,
Thanks for the response. When you say the standard install will do it, could you please guide me on how to go about it. I am new to HANA. Need to know how i would be tackling the implementation of SPM directly on HANA.
Please let me know the details on the same. Please share the blueprints if any.

  • Committed Spend calculation in SPM

    Hello all,
I would like to know where exactly does committed spend get calculated and what is the logic in calculating committed spend?
0XSASPNACOM - I see that there is some calculation in the DTP between DS01 --> DS09 which means Inbound layer Invoices to Detail Layer PO DSO. But there is no calculation between Inbound Layer PO --> Detail Layer PO DSO.
We have some discrepancies in the amount shown for committed spend and hence would like to know how it gets calculated to verify the numbers.
    Thanks,
    Prasanna

    Hello all,
To Load the Data in a correct way, first we need to load PO (0ASA_DS04->0ASA_DS09) activate and then load Invoices (0ASA_DS01->0ASA_DS09)?
I ask because I have a doubt related to the use of the DTP and Transformation from Inovices to Purchase Order (ASA TF for PO Integration: 0ASA_DS01 -> ODSO 0ASA_DS09), I loaded all the DATA into SPM but I notice that this DTP is not used , I review the chains involved in the process(Invoices 0ASA_P041, PO 0ASA_P043) but the DTP is not used. The Release of the BI_CONT Component is 704 and the level is 005, is correct that the DTP has not been used. or I need to update manually the PO chain.
    Thanks in advance,,
    Greetings RB.

  • Enterprise Compensation management Planning iView

    Hello,
We're busy implementing ECM for ECC6 and Portal 7.  On the Compensation Planning iView and page, there is a link to 'Show Statistics' and according to SAP's formal documentation, this could be eliminated from the page/iView, if the user so desired.
The iView has no recognizable property for this functionality to be put on or off.
Does anyone have an idea where this could be disabled?
    Help with be greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Charmaine

    Hi,
We actually had a customer message opened for this with SAP.  Please follow below steps (you'll need the Self-Service role):
    1. Select the Define Perspectives for the ECM Planning FPM Application.
           a. Portal Content->Content Provided by SAP->srvconfig->com.sap.pct.erp.srvconfig.mss->Enterprise Compensation Management->FPM Applications-> ECM Planning
    2. Select the CAP View tab.
    3. Select the Additional Information CAP item and Delete.
    4. Select the Plan perspective.  Select the Show Statistics CAP item and Delete.
    5. Save all changes.
    Hope this works.

  • UWL: Manage substitutes - iview pcd

    Hi experts,
My client wants to have a new service on SAP ESS / MSS Portal that would link to "Manage Substitutes in UWL". Yes, it is available on the UWL, but it is quite difficult to users understand where they have to click to manage theirs' substitutions.
Is it possible to get this iview pcd (I didn't find it) and create a new service that would link to this application?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best,
    AS

    Hi,
yes, what you want to do is possible. As Siddarth mentioned, there is no Standard iView for this particular component, but you can simply make a custom iView.
Create a new iView from WebDynpro JAVA Template. Fill the following properties:
    Namespace: sap.com/tckmcbc.uwl.ui~wd_ui
    Application: UWLSubstitution
Then integrate it into a Portal Role, maintain Homepage Framework in case you use it, etc.
I had the same problem like you and did it this way, because the Substitutor button on the UWL really is a joke. "Accessibility", eh?
    Cheers, Lukas

  • Report scheduling in Spend Performance Management 2.1

    Hi,
We want to schedule certain reports to build cache table. Report execution will be faster when a user runs it as it is already present in cache.
I have gone through installation guide which talks about scheduling. Followed the same and when i tried to run http://<host>:<port>/aui_olap/scheduler ,  i don't see any content getting displayed in web browser.
    Working on : SPM 2.1 SP6 Patch 4.
    Please guide me on this.
    Regards,
    Deeraj

    Hi Deeraj,
You need to do the following
    1) choose a report to schedule to be run. To do this, open a report that is saved, go to "more actions" and click on schedule. Then choose daily.
    2) go to administration -> analysis administration -> application properties, and on that tab change the time that you want it to schedule. Its controlled by the "alerts execution time".
    Save your changes
Wait for that time to pass, check the cache.
    Thanks
    Neil

  • BOBJ Verssion for Spend Performance Management

    Hi Gurus,
To install SPM, is there any prerequisit of BOBJ version also, or this is a standalone software on BW?
    Thanks,
    Sajjad.

    Hi Sajjad
There is no prerequisite dependency of any BOBJ software on the installation of SPM.
SPM is dependent on BW/NetWeaver and is in that sense stand alone from any BOBJ stack.
    Regards
    Rajesh
