SPF outputs different between 7.2.379.0 for R2 and 7.2.1902

We have customer deployments with Windows Server 2012 R2, SCVMM 2012 R2 and SPF. We are finding the query outputs are corrupted in latest SPF version 7.2.1902. We were earlier using 7.2.379.0 and the VM name returned by query was correct. But now the VM
name is repeated, once with OS name. What is the issue? Is it possible to configure something so we get the output XML data consistent with latest SPF? Or do we have link to 7.2.379 that we can use? Please respond soon, we have issues at the customer site.

Thats too bad that it went the way it did. As a consultant, I have had to do many of these upgrades and you kind of figure out what works and what doesn't. The upgrade to 7.2, has been an issue when the FUS image is not installed. There use to be a FUS image that you need to sit on the console and hit 'Y' at each prompt and that takes around 30 minutes to complete. The new FUS 1.7.0.0 is automated so all you need to do is upload the code and reboot. This also take around 30 minutes.
As far as NCS, I think you need to use Chrome. All the other browsers just don't work right and if you upgrade to PI 1.2, then you really need to use Chrome.
MSE is a funny one and the initial script you run, is not so great. I write the mac address and gateway to the ifcfg-eth0, because depending on what port is discoved first, that is eth0. So manually adding the mac address to the ifcfg-eth0, this will never change.
Enter the following commands after you complete the startup wizard
/etc/init.d/network restart
echo GATEWAY=10.7.6.1 >> /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
echo HWADDR=00:1E:67:15:B8:59 >> /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
ifconfig eth0
Verify the configuration for eth0
Check system status
start|stop|restart|reload|status
/etc/init.d/msed status

Release for use in the order: Released for Order means that you can use the task list in an order i.e. you could include operations from a task list in an order.

As per my undestanding
If you want to hit different GL for same material type for e.g. GR for PO and GR for Production order.
you can define split valuation, Suppose material A has two Split valuation External Procurement or Inhouse Production.
Now For valuation type External Procurement assign valuation class 1000 and for Inhouse Production 2000.
Now in GBB for valuation modifier BSX assign two separate GL

GBB BSX 1000 120000(External Procurement)
GBB BSX 2000 130000(Inhouse Production)
Solution 2 :-
Define other movement type for Production create and create a new event key and assign GL to that one.

Different set of music library for iphone and ipad

Hi guys,
Tomorrow I m going to buy iPad (latest model) for my mom. I m currently using iPhone 5. My question is, how do I differentiate different types of music library for my iphone and mom's ipad as I m going to use my same apple id in both the devices. I do have different laptops but as far as I know we can sync only from one pc to one apple id.
I really want a solution where I can transfer songs which my mom like from my same apple id. Is it possible to use other laptop for ipad with same apple id ?
PS - i m new to apple world. So treat me as a newbie.

That is not true. You can sync a device (iPad, iPhone, etc) to one iTunes library. Your Apple ID can be active on up to 5 computers. There is no need to sync both your phone and your mother's iPad to the same computer.
Unless there is some compelling reason to do so, do NOT share your Apple ID. Have your mother set up her own.

Different segment in same document for leading and non-leading ledger

Difference between EPM Add-in for Excel and BPC 10.0?

I'm currently researching an upgrade to version 10.0. We're currently running BPC 7.0 for MS. I'm confused at the moment, because I'm not sure if/what the difference is between the EPM Add-In and BPC 10.0. Can someone answer this?
I'm also not understanding the future roadmap for BPC 10.0 and beyond. It appears to me that an attempt to merge Business Objects functionality and BPC functionality into one product/suite of products is what is happening, but I could be wrong about that too. Can someone expand on this as well?

The EPM10 Client (aka add-in) is the unified Excel interface for a subset of EPM products (Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidations, Strategy Management and BPC). Clients did not like having different report writing paradigms in all of these applications, so the EPM10 Client was developed utilizing a technology called Extended Analytics Analyzer mashed with some of the BPC reporting functionality from BPC7.x to provide one stop shopping for accessing data in EPM applications. Additionally, the EPM10 Client can be used in many cases to report directly against native BW cubes or any other source that supports an ODBO connection.
BPC10 is the planning and consolidations application with the code engine to support the application functionality. If you purchase/upgrade to BPC10, the EPM10 Client is made available as an additional download to complete the package. In BPC10, the EPM10 Client is used both for reporting as well as for write back to the database for end users.
A new roadmap with BPC10 and beyond is just being finalized. Look for announcements around this in the next few weeks.

for SAP NetWeaver 7.00 Web Dynpro development you need the NWDS 7.00, for the older Version 6.40 you need the NWDS 2.0.

Two different icloud Apple id's for Mac and iphone

These icloud passwords are driving me mad!
When I first set icloud up it wouldn't recognise my apple id but I made a new apple id and then managed somehow to get my apple ID for itunes store and icloud to be the same. However, I have just updated my iphone operating system and when it asked me in the initial setting up process for my Apple ID which is an email address it wouldn't recognise it again! Grrr! So the only way to get into my phone was to create another Apple ID for icloud on Iphone.
I now have one apple ID for my iphone icloud, for online icloud and for itunes purchases, and another for the support communities and icloud on my macbook! When I tried to log into the 'manage my account' with the new ID it switched mid process to my old one?! What the **** is going on! Why can't apple just allow me to manage my ID, where are the options?!
I can't upload my photostream from my Mac because the online icloud is using the new ID but I can't change the Apple ID in icloud system preferences anywhere! Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this?

Incase anyone else has this problem, I just had to sign out of my macbook icloud, (and in the process delete everything that had been synced) and sign back in with the new Apple ID. Frustration got the better of me!

Differences between WL or Netscape for Servlets and JSP's

What are the advantages / disadvantages of running Servlets under WL,
          vs. say, running them in Netscape's servlet engine? Assuming EJB
          container is run separately, either one of these could make calls to the
          WL EJB server, so perhaps it would be simpler and faster to run servlets
          and JSP's under Netscape, and have them call via t3 into a weblogic
          server for EJB's?

          One of the major reasons to run your servlets on Weblogic is that we have an
          optimization that allows us to pass by reference objects when calling from
          servlets to EJB. This makes things much faster.
          A number of our customers, in addition, have seen performance problems when
          using other servlet engines. It just seems to cause problems due to their
          threading models etc.
          Finally, our servlet engine is by far the most mature and robust on the
          market today. Our JSP implementation is also the best in terms of
          performance.

Is there any different between the US unlocked Iphone 4S and the Australia unlocked Iphone 4S?

I read that the unlocked iPhone works only on supported GSM networks, such as AT&T in the U.S. When you travel internationally, you can also use a micro-SIM card from a local GSM carrier. Did it mean that the Australia Iphone uses the micro-SIM card or work differently? I did not any information about that.

Well if you purchase it you can call internationally with roaming chatges if you purchase it from Australia i assume it will be unlocked anyways.

Different data-sources.xml files for each build

Any thoughts on how to do this:
I have two sets of data-sources. When I deploy the EAR to my stage box, I need to go to the "stage" data source of the other repositories. When I deploy the EAR to my production box, I need to use the production data sources for the other repositories
I am using jdev 10.1.3
There is a single data-sources.xml file - where, currently, I am manually editing the connection strings between deployments.
I am using ant to build the EAR file.
What is a more elegant way to do this?

Use ANT script to build the EAR file.
Have 2 different data-sources file one for production and one for stage.
Based on the environment you want to deploy tell ANT to copy those files into the EAR.
Just a suggestion.

True planned order are generated for both the cases but the planned order generated for sales order will have sales order number in the below column and for stock will show independent requirement. Mainly no sales order reference will be there for make to stock scenario.
