SPH200D Netgear Problem - Receiving Calls

About 6 months back my Netgear SPH200D started to give me problems in receiving calls. The phone either rings for the caller and we do not hear it or once picking up the call the original caller is never heard across the line. The solution everytime is to disconnect the power cord from the base unit for 20 seconds and let the system restart on the handset again for it to work. Lately this has been happening more often. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks very much, yes Do not disturb was turned on, and that was obviously stoping the first call coming through, but allowing a second one from the same number within the time window of 3 minutes. Happened by mistake , but I shall make sure I don't do that again!!!

Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.

Hi, i have a problem receiving calls on my 6 plus ios 8.1.2

when i receive an incoming call the phone rings only once and disconnects the call automatically, can someone please help me fix this issue?
I tried removing the sim and replacing
checked "DO NOT DISTURB" settings
reset the network settings

Not enough information in your post - we're not mind readers. What EXACTLY happens that prevents incoming calls from being received or answered?

Problems new when bought?, corrupt pictures and videos, transfered music, not receiving calls

as U can see I have some troubles with my phone and the sellers(Tele2) support says it's just dandy and fine. I've always had problem with receiving calls but ppl I asked refered to problems with the service but finally had enough and turned it in.
Also found out after a vacation that the phone randomly got the photos and videos corrupted (receive the message on my computer: corrupted file) One video in particular while recording a Dolphinshow ~24 minutes the video works fine the frist 40 secs with brilliant sound and picture but then I get a distorted still pictiure and the sound is a loop of the earlier sound and the time is ticking on until at its end.
I manually import music to my SD-card (Sandisk 64Gb SDxG) and it's both Mp3 and FLAC, now some random songs has a "staccato" quality to them as at some parts the songs fastforward at times.
After having problems upgrading the surf I had a look at my settings and there found out that the User(owner) of my phone is an entirely other phonenumber leading to a voicemail on another company(Telenor) so have some questions about that as I bought a new? telephone.
As I still have problems receiving calls and SMS, don't turn up until I randomly restarts the phone which I shouldn't have to do every day? Ther solution was to turn off 4G and only use 3G for a while, is that the way to solve the problem, to handicap my phone? very curious about that or if they are stalling for my warranty to expire?
To clarify, my arguments are against Tele2 but wanted to check with you if U got any thoughts about my problems as I really can't trust them as I don't find them acting, hmm well don't know what to say.

I am having problem dialing from my iphoe 5 but I can receive calls and 3G is working

I have an Iphone IOS 8.2 , occasionly like every couple of weeks I am not able to dial from my phone , however I ahve no proble receiving incoming calls and 3G works fine without any interruption. So to temporalrly solve the problem I move the sim card from my Ipone and isnert it in my Ipad activiate 3g on my ipad and do soem brwsing then I move the sim card back to my phone and problem fixed , I can dial again. I woluld like to know what could be causing this problem so I can fix it once and for all

I understand that you have been having a sporadic issue where you cannot make an outgoing call. Removing the SIM card is a good troubleshooting step, although you shouldn’t need to place it in your iPad. There are a couple of other troubleshooting steps I would suggest because this is an ongoing issue such as Reset Network Settings which are outlined in the attached article.

It's truely a disestar for me to kill my phone myself by so called bloody upgradation.
Iwish I have not upgraded.
I baught it from here in Bangladesh and now I’m ina mess to get at least a minimum support.

Problems making & receiving calls

I have just been given a Nokia 95, I have inserted my vodafone contract sim card and everything works appart from making and receiving calls. I have contacted Vodafone and they say they can't help me it's a Nokia issue. Has anybody had this problem or can anybody help?
It displays the message call not allowed?

My sim card is fine and works in other phones.
Things I have tried so far:
Making sure all call barrings are inactive
Making sure all call diverts are inactive
Updating access points via a vodafone download
Updating the whole software of the phone via Nokia

Bought my lumia 720 a week ago. For past two days, i am facing problems during calls. Most of the my voice isn't audible to the receiver. It's happening during incoming calls and outgoing calls both. Its freakishly frustarting. Pls help me out.
Note: I am able to hear the voice of the caller clearly.

I purchased Nokia Lumia 720 a week ago. Since than, I am facing sound fade problem while making call. The dstination number can hear my voice clearly, but I hear the voice getting **bleep**. Seems there is something extra noise.I tried with another network sim, but same result. The problem is persist even I change the sim. I can't hear the other party voice clearly .. After a successful home button repair, I've got a buzzing sound when I make or receive calls. No problem with the speaker as I can listen to online radio stations and my music.

I guess your definition of a "successful repair" is different from most people's.
If you got it serviced by Apple, take it back to them.
If you had it serviced by a 3rd party, Apple won't touch it. Take it back to whoeever fixed it for you.
