I am having problem with my iPhone 5S since Tuesday. The phone restarts itself while using like during making calls or surfing internet, the phone turns off automatically and sometimes shows blue screen. I called apple support and they told me to connect my iPhone to iTunes and they had me reset everything like factory resetting and stuff like that. After we did that the phone started working but very next day again I started having same problem, my phone completely turned off by itself and I couldn’t turned it on by pressing power button so I went to apple store at Grand Central made an appointment and I waited there like 45 minutes for my turn. I explained everything and the guy from genius bar he pressed menu button and the power button together and boom… the phone was back on. He checked the phone and says nothing wrong with the phone and I told him everything about the issues. He said if problem happens again come back and we will replace your phone as I recently bought this IPhone and is still under warranty. I came back home and again my phone started acting up…same problem you never know when your phones gonna be turned off….somebody calls you don’t hear nothing funny part is those people who are calling me says phone keeps ringing you don’t pick up. So I made an appointment today I went back to Grand Central apple store, I explained everything today in detail and told them I am using I phone since the time when Iphone 3G came in and I have other iphones too at home and none of them had this kind of problem before. I am really upset with my phone, it's giving me hard time. The guy checked the phone and said phone is working fine nothing wrong with it. Now what I am gonna do? I said please give me replacement phone ‘cause I think there is something wrong with this phone hardware, firmware whatever…He said he can’t, he thinks I am lying. Why should I waste my time going there back and forth after work when you are so tired from your job? Can anyone please suggest what could be the problem?? How to deal with this problem? Thank you
Message was edited by: TopgyalCall in again and explain the situation. Ask to speak with a supervisor. There are things they can do to document and confirm your issue that way you can get it serviced. Just be sure before returning to the store, you have a case number from the call where they documented to service the device. This process sometimes takes a few days as domes the supervisors need to escalate your information to ensure an outcome in your interest. That would be my recommendation.

my Iphone broke, so now I am using a regular old phone with verizon. I share an apple id with my family, and did not turn off imessage before it broke. Now, i don't think i am getting those messages. How can I turn it off, so I can get those messages as texts?

MacBookPro Was Beeping now it turns on but screen messes up HELP!!!
So one day out of no where my mac just wont start, I would press the power button and it would stay black and beep once about every 5 seconds (ive heard this has to do with ram) So I opened up the bottom to blow out the dust (there are some crumbs in some places i cant get i dont know if that has to do with this) but i thought that helped cause it came on and went to my desk top but the fans were running on high and my battery icon had an x in it. And then i restarted it and it came on back to the desk top and then there was no battery icon at all and my charger light wasnt on although plugged in. And then when i moved my computer slightly the screen went crazy with horizontal lines all over... anyone have any idea what this might be and what I can do with out spending too much money to fix it...

my iphone 4 randomly froze while i was face timing and now its just a black screen with thin grey lines on it. it wount turn on even if i press the lockscreen or home screen button. ive tried chargingit but that wont work either. It's been like this for about two hours now.

i came home and my iphone is now frozzen on the apple screen and it hasnt been doing anything i put it in the charger and its not doing anything how do i get it to work so i can text and call and stuff
I got to that page but clicking on the Subscribe Free had no effect.
Nothing showed in the Podcasts nor the iTunes U.
In fact I also subscribed to Stanford's lectures and despite actually managing to DL them there is still no subscription in iTunes U, just the Intro to Computer Science belatedly.

If you have a 2G iPod and did not have the iPod connected to a charging source it is likely that the battery fully drained before the erase was complete since it can take hours to do the delete. -
I tried to turn off my ipod after it started to slow down and freeze up on me and it went to the turn off slide screen, i slid the slide across to turn it off but then it went to the black load screen with the circle in the middle that indicates its loading and getting ready to turn off. well, its been stuck of that screen for over an hour and still is, i need help!
