Spinning wheel when installing Creative Cloud
Hoping someone can help. Trying to install the trial version of CC and InDesign CC. We have CS6 but want to use CC for a month before I commit to the upgrade. I have downloaded CC install and installed it but cannot install InDesign. I am just getting the spinning wheel under the 'Apps' tab. Cheers
Linda thank you it is likely the current restrictions on your network which are preventing the Creative Cloud Desktop application from functioning properly. Please ask your I.T. department to review the Adobe Creative Cloud Service Access Documentation for IT section of http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html. This documentation provides guidance on how to configure your network to allow the Creative Cloud Desktop application to download and install applications and updates successfully.

Win 7 Professional + SP1 update, 32 bit operating system;
Toshiba Portege R700, Intel Core i5 CPU, M 450 @ 2.4 GHZ;
Memory: RAM 4GB (2.86 useable);
HDD: 89 GB free of 454 GB;
Network:
Netgear N600 Wireless Dual Broadband ADSL2 + Modem Router ("N" class wireless LAN);
Connection to PC - Ethernet Cable;
Connection to Internet - Telstra ISP ADSL2 plan.
Installed Adobe Software:
Photoshop CS6;
Lightroom 5.

Received Error code 1 when installing Creative Cloud desktop
I am running OS X 10.9.4. I just signed up for Creative Cloud (I want Photoshop and Lightroom) and tried downloading Creative Cloud desktop but got Error Code 1. In the Utilities folder>Adobe Application Manager, the following were installed: P6 folder, pim.db, DECore folder, core folder, D6 folder, PDAppFlex-app.xml, PDAppFlex.swf, UWA folder, CCM folder, LWA folder, DWA folder. In the Adobe Creative Cloud folder, pim.db was installed. What do I do about this?

Error Code 50 when installing Creative Cloud desktop update - tried everything and no joy
Folks I've been trying to update my CC desktop app to the latest release and keep getting Error Code 50 at around 47% of the install process.
I've tried every suggestion that has been posted on the Adobe site and forums including:
1 Opening my CC account in the Adobe website and then trying to install - no joy.
2 Running the Adobe cleaner and re-installing CC - no joy.
3 Restarting computer and attempting reinstall - no joy.
4 All of the above with my firewall and anti-virus switched off - no joy.
I'm running Windows 8.1 on a hi-spec machine and I've never had an issue with any update of the CC App or any of the program apps I utilise (Lightroom, Photoshop and Acrobat).
Not really sure what I do now as I've tried everything and really need to keep working (pro photographer) so am having to ditch this for now as it's taking too much time.
Grateful for any suggestions please.

Persistent 205 Error (Win 7) when installing Creative Cloud Desktop
Please help. I am at wit's end here. I am getting a perpetual 205 error when trying to install the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
I've reviewed these forums and have tried everything:
Disabling firewalls, anti-virus, and anti-malware programs;
Clearing cache;
Logging on as a different Windows 7 user;
Dowloading under a different Adobe ID;
Three different web browsers.
I even tried using my phone as a mobile hotspot for a download to see if a different internet connection would work. No dice.

Error 205 when installing Creative Cloud, Error A12E5 when trying to manually install AAM
There's always one machine that gives you trouble... This is on a network with 20 other machines that all installed CC just fine. I went to install it on this machine, and I got a bunch of failed download attempts. CC installer gives error 205, and installing the AAM from adobe.com/downloads -> other downloads runs fine, and then craps out when downloading (A12E5). Both generate log files that look a lot like this (attached at the end). No proxies installed, Windows firewall disabled, very basic AV (MSE) running. Router and FIOS just rebooted for the heck of it.
It looks like when I try to access the file directly, I'm told I don't have permission to access the file -- not sure if the server is looking at the browser request headers and denying it because it's not coming from its downloader. I really don't feel like firing up Fiddler to check. It sounds like there's an error in Adobe's CDN -- no way this many people have "bad ethernet cables" or need to try another ISP. If that were really the case, I'd have web pages and other downloads timing out left and right. This computer is nothing special. It had CS4 installed, which I uninstalled and ran the cleaner before installing this.
Any ideas that aren't the official Adobe "fixes"? I never thought I'd long for the days of having a DVD in hand. Most software houses do online distribution right. Judging by the number of people on these forums reporting these issues (with zero resolution), Adobe is really hamfisting this.
And... I would post the log, but I keep getting 'Please try again later m5' -- VERY USEFUL ERROR MESSAGE. Thanks Adobe, for your wonderfully inadequate error messages.Very odd. And it just limited to this one computer? If you review the DLM_Native.log it will contain details of the downloads being saved. I would recommend reviewing that log file to see if there some errors which are preventing the download from being saved and the installer from initializing.
Also in case you run into any difficulties with the installation process please see Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC for information on how to locate and review the installation logs.
You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover. If you can indicate which log file you reviewed as you did in message #3 it is appreciated. -
When installing creative cloud for photoshop
I am getting the message "installation failed. Unable to extract the downloaded files. Retry." I have retried and it is not happening. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

This error usually comes up when the downloaded file has been corrupt.
Please redownload the software.
Alternatively you can try downloading it from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html
But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download. -

I have instaled creative clouds, but when i open, my creative cloud shows empty window. I have reinstaled, and does not help.
