Split Delivery Configuration

Hi SD Gurus,
Please help me out in configuration of split delivery. Here sold to party is A and ship to party is B,C,D.
When trying to raise an order, I'm able to select any one of the ship to party but not the remaining. I require to select all the remaining ship to parties and split the delivery between them. Reward points are awaiting.

Hi,
when u enter VA01 and give Sp no. then u get a pop up screen for SH ... so u select one ... it is for header u have selected...
Now enter items and for each line item u can goto item partners screen .. double click on items to reach item screen ,... there u can c the SH which u slected in header so u can chnage it here
u can have different Sh for esch line item in item partner functions screen
For header u have only one
Hope i drove the point
Reward pOINTS if useful

  • Exchange 2007 Split-Delivery

    Hi,
One of the child domains in our Forest wants to move to Google Apps (GA) for email and I have some question about split-delivery from Exchange 2007.
The child domain's smtp domain is bluecrayon.com. I think the steps are:
Change bluecrayon.com from Authoritative to Internal domain
Create a send connector for bluecrayon.com address space to send to the GA smarthost.
If both the bluecrayon and default (*.*) send connector both have priorities of 1 Exchange should favor the bluecrayon connector for bluecrayon.com mail, correct?
    For MX:
GA is able to forward unresolved recipients to our Edge servers.
Shouldn't I then point the external bluecrayon.com MX to GA, which would then forward to our Edge servers?
Is any configuration necessary on the Edge to receive bluecrayon.com mail from GA or is this covered because bluecrayon.com is listed as an internal relay domain?
Lastly, how is a mail loop prevented if a bluecrayon.com address isn't found on Exchange or GA?
    Thank you,
    Robert

The more specific send connector, i.e., the one with the bluecrayon.com address space, will take precedence regardless of cost.
It makes sense to change the MX record because it will get your server out of the loop, since it really doesn't add any value.  Don't forget to add the appropriate GA strings to the bluecrayon.com SPF record.
No change to the Edge is required for exactly the reason you cite, but changing the MX record makes this moot.
You would need to change each mailbox to either a mail user (if the user still needs domain authentication) or a mail contact, each with a @bluecrayon.com target address if you still want them in your GAL.

  • Exchange 2010 Google Apps Split Delivery

The situation I'm facing is a little confusing.
Our organization has Exchange 2010 email accounts in place for all staff with an address scheme of
    [email protected]
We recently signed up for Google Apps and are using the same domain name for those accounts as well.
These accounts are for our students with the address scheme of
    [email protected].
With using the same domain name we are looking to a split delivery solution I’m assuming to make this work.
In theory what we are looking for would be that if an email is sent to a recipient at mydomain.com it would come through our Exchange server.
It would look for the intended email account.  If it were for a staff member an account would be present and the mail would stop there.
However if it were for a student it would not find the account and then pass through to Google’s servers by way of a send receiver.
I have set up the send receivers according to the documentation from the following website:
    http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/38537-ms-exchange-and-google-apps-split-delivery-for-single-domain-name-k-12-school-sample-shown
    These steps include-
Setting the accepted domain from “Authoritative” to “Internal Relay”
Setting up a send connector to point to Google’s servers with a cost of 1 to make it priority.
Since we currently have a send connector setup to route email out through our spam filter, that would go to a cost of 2.
The issue seems to be that when the send connector that is pushing the mail to Google’s servers is set to a cost of 1, giving it priority, it then creates a send loop for the staff members sending
    email from Exchange.
The Google student accounts do not receive any mail from outside without a send connector in place to tell the emails to go to the Google servers to look for those accounts since our MX records
point to our spam filter.  I know I have read multiple place that it would be easier to have the MX records point to Google for the domain and then set up routing on that end to push email to unknown accounts to our Exchange server, however
we would like to route it the opposite of that.
Please let me know if I have overlooked anything, however at this point I’m stumped.
    Thank you for your time.

What are the namespaces on the two connectors ?
    Cheers,
    Rhoderick

  • SPLIT ACS CONFIGURATION

Hi all. in cisco's documentation, I found somthing about split acs deployment where both acs boxes can act as primary in their zones and then secondary for the other zone respectively, but I don't seem to understand how this can be done on the two acs boxes.  My concern is this:
Is there a place where you can configure on each machine that machine "A" is the primary for this zone and machine "B" the other zone and vice visa?
I also want to believe that on each aaa client, the first tacacs server configured would be default aaa server less its on available, the client checks the next server just like the behaviour of acl.
Are there any docs that explain the replication of this database, and configurations required?
    Regards all.
    Thanks.

    Hi
Split ACS Configuration is the concept of dividing the AAA load.
As per Cisco :  In split ACS deployment, you use primary and secondary servers as in a small ACS deployment, but the AAA load is split between the two servers to optimize AAA flow. Each server handles the full workload of both servers in the event of a AAA connectivity problem, but during normal operations neither server carries the full load of authentication requests. This property of the servers allows for less stress on each ACS system, provides better loading, and makes you aware of the functional status of the secondary server through normal operations
If you want to Split the Load then you have to change the way of AAA deployment.
For Example : You have 2000 Decives  & 2 ACS Then you can divide the load.
You can configure the 1000 Devices with  : ACS 1  - Primary  IP address
ACS 2 - Secondary IP address
    & Other 1000 Devices with : ACS 2  - Secondary IP address
ACS 1 -  Primary   IP Address
In this way the Load of 2000 devices will be split between 2 ACS Server.

  • Split delivery

hello sir if i have 2 ship to party and order quantity is15 then if i want 10 items go to one ship to party and rest go to another ship to party. inshort i wan to do split delivery  due to multiple ship to party .kindly help me to solve this.

    Dear Chavvii,
I think it is possible in standard.
For Ex. If you want to deliver Material A - 100pc to Ship to party X and Y 50 - 50.
Then in your sales order enter Material A - 50pc and again enter 2nd line of same material A - 50 pc.
Go to details of your first line item then go to item partners and maintain shipto party as X and similarly maintain Ship to party Y for 2nd Line item.
Now when you create delivery, system will split delivery for each Ship to party which will be processed further seperately
I think this is what you want.
    regards

  • Split delivery based on partner type

    Hi Forum Colleagues
I have a scenario where in I need to split delivery based on partner type at line item level.
I am aware I need to look into copy control routine to be able to address this concern, however I am unable to find the solution.
    Could someone guide me.

    Hi
I am getting the following error
Item 000002: delivery split due to conflicting header data (Function Y2: Partner Number: 5100001701 <-> 5100001154)
I have created new delivery type in which I have checked "Delivery Split Part" which should ideally address this issue but it is not.
I would like to create delivery for each line item having different partner number. I am unable to locate the routine in which I could include the logic to separate the deliveries based on line item.
    Pls guide.

  • Consolidation of split delivery detail lines after backordering

Does anybody know about any functionality which can consolidate split delivery detail lines again back into one according to current sales order status after they were backordered.

    Prabhu
To get an answer, please do the following:
    1. When the order line is scheduled, how many delivery details you see for a given order line?
    2. If you see only one, then during pick releasing, do not pick confirm automatically.
    3. In the transact move order form, how many allocations you see?
    4. At the same time check (after pick releasing) check whether all the delivery details (if multiple) have different delivery_id (wsh_delivery_assignments table).
    5. If only one allocation is there, pick confirmation should not split it.
So you can get an answer in the steps 2 to 4.

  • One delivery, one billing, don't split delivery

    Dear all,
I has a requirement: one delivery must be one billing, don't split delivery when billing, how to do this?
    thanks!

    Hi,
    thanks your reply.
I do the test according your solution. VBRK/VBRP select data transfer routine 3(single invoice). the routine 3: one billing is one delivery, but one delivery can has many billing.  that is: if one delivery has 3 item, when VF01 do billing,  click "select list", you can select the item. so that one delivery can has many billing,
My requirement is : one delivery must be full billing in one billing document. Can you give me some advice.
    thank again.

  • DHCP Split-Scope Configuration Wizard showing error "Not enough storage is available to process this command".

    Hi,
I'm trying to split the DHCP scope between two Servers using the DHCP Split-Scope Configuration Wizard.
Server one is a VM hosted on Hyper-V and is running Windows Small Business Server 2008 (I think this was previously SBS2003 and was upgraded at some point in time). The whole DHCP scope is currently configured on here.
Server two is a VMware VM running Windows Server 2012 R2.
I've installed the DHCP Server role on Server two (2012R2) and authorized the Server. When I launch DHCP Manager, add the SBS2008 Server in the MMC, right click the scope and choose "Advanced > Split-Scope", and then run through the wizard,
I get as far as the "Percentage of Split" screen, and when I click next I get the error "Not enough storage is available to process this command".
I've searched online for this particular error message and I've come across articles suggesting AV exclusions are not in place for the DHCP database and files, however in this case the exclusions are definitely in place and I've also tried completely disabling
AV on both Servers and this made no difference to the outcome.
I also came across articles suggesting the "IRPStackSize" registry DWORD needed to be added and set to a decimal value of 15 or larger. Again, I've tried adding this and rebooted both Servers but I get the same result.
    Anyway have any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Craig

    Hi Eve,
No, there were no related events in the event logs. I've since tried splitting the DHCP scope manually but this did not work - the DHCP Server on the SBS would just stop and event: 1053 was displayed when trying to start the service again. I noticed
that as soon as I de-activated DHCP Server on the 2012 Server then the DHCP Server on the SBS would start again.
I then found the following in a TechNet article that would suggest I cannot have another DHCP Server on the network if using Small Business Server.
    Notes
A DHCP server running Microsoft Small Business Server will not operate if another DHCP server is active on its network.
Detection of unauthorized DHCP servers requires the deployment of Active Directory Domain Services and the DHCP service. Other DHCP servers do not attempt to determine whether they are authorized by Active Directory Domain Services before offering IP address
    leases.

  • Invoice split & Delivery split

Can any body tell me what is Invoice split and Delivery split and how it is done?

    Dear Raj Kumar
Please make use of the "Search" option b4 posting your question, as the question what you posted has been answered so many times.
    1)  Delivery Split
If you want to combine multiple sale orders in one delivery, the following should be same in all sale orders
    -  Ship To Party
    -  Inco Term
    -  Delivery Priority
    -  Shipping Point
    -  Transportation Group
If any of the above differs in any sale order, you will get delivery split which means, multiple deliveries will be created
    2)  Invoice Split
As like delivery split, if you would like to generate one invoice against multiple sale orders / deliveries, the following should be same in all preceding documents
    -  Payer
    -  Inco Term
    -  Payment Term
    -  Actual GI Date
    -  Exchange rate in case of exports
If any of the above differs, then you will get multiple invoices which is nothing but an invoice split.
    thanks

  • To split Delivery into multiple delivery

    Hi,
VL10C is used to generate deliveries in  background. In Delivery if sum of the line item weights is greaterthan Maximum weight then deliveries should split according to the requirement.
    Example:
    lineitem       quantity
    10                 1000 KG
    20                 1000 KG
    30               25000 KG
If Maximum weight limit is equal to 25000 KG or Greaterthan  then I want to split the delivery. In this case Now I want split this as 3 deliveries.
    one is with 1000 KG
    second is with 1000KG
    thirds is with 25000 KG
We are using one subroutine to split based on LIKP-ZUKRL field. But we are not able to solve the requirement.
Whether the delivery is split with using of field LIKP-ZUKRL  or else required.
Otherwise is there any function moudle to split the Delivery.
Please let me know in case of any further details needed.
    Regards,
    Kumar.

    Hi,
I also need to split my deliveries based on the volume. Have you been able to find a solution for this requirement? Please let me know in case you have been able to solve this as I need to give a solution at the earliest.

  • Use of .private as FQDN for SLS in split DNS configuration

I am setting up a new SLS and just wanted to reach out to see if anyone has had any negative experiences using a domain.private for a FQDN for the server and enabling mail service with mail.domain.com.
We will be publicly hosting domain.com on a completely different server.
I have the SLS server set up this way right now. We are in testing but not yet in production. It was set up that way based on discussion with a couple of Apple reps.
We do not plan to use any of the SLS services publicly, with the exception of Mail. All of the other services will be accessed locally on the network or through remote VPN connection to the SLS.
Server is working properly thus far with public static IP sitting on an Airport Extreme and private IP of the server NATted behind the Airport Extreme.
A record, MX record, SPF record, and PTR record have been properly set up the respective ports opened on the Airport Extreme. So mail is coming in and out properly.
Thanks to anyone who can share any insight on this general configuration!

I prefer to use a registered domain name, or a subdomain of a registered domain name, even if it's not externally accessible. That absolutely prevents domain collisions, and it means if (when?) you go public, you don't have to re-address everything. It's insurance at the cost of a couple of trips to the coffee shop a year...
If I'm going to make something up that I don't have registered (eg: .private) (and I don't prefer to do that), I prefer to make something up that will be extremely unlikely to ever be used. (eg: .local got used for zeroconf, and has subsequently been causing some "fun" for folks that squatted on it.)
IANA has been adding TLDs and that practice will undoubtedly continue, and they're in the process of opening it up to most anybody that wants to run their own TLD. (eg: .travel, .cat, and I expect there'll be a whole pile of new ones arriving as TLDs turn into "vanity" TLDs; as each company with a big enough budget to rent or run their own big DNS servers gets their own TLDs.)
Your configuration will require you to run your mail through NAT, or set up a split-horizon (you're not really running split-horizon yet) for your internal IP address translations or (probably the way you're going to do this right now) via an authorized relay and your external mail provider.
I've set stuff up using all of these. It works.
And though you don't mention it, get out of 192.168.0.0/16, or at least out out of the most common subnets in that IP address block. Using the block or particularly the common subnets in the block messes up VPN routing if (when) you get to wanting (needing) that. Best to start out in 172.16.0.0/12 or 10.0.0.0/8, as most home networks and most coffee shops are in 192.168.0.0/16 and most are in the same subnets within that block, and that precludes VPN routing.
The Airport and Time Capsule devices are good home routers, but comparatively weak server routers. Budget for a replacement firewall, particularly as you start using features. You'll likely then repurpose the Airport or Time Capsules as access points (APs), or what Apple calls "bridging", when you replace them with a server-grade firewall. (Requirements here can differ, but can include a VPN server within the firewall, DMZ, RADIUS authentication, or port forwarding requirements past the (very limited) capabilities of the Airport and TC boxes...)

  • Splitting Delivery per line item in Sales order

    Hi All,
We have a requirement of splitting the delivery per every line item on the sales order Is there a way to achieve this
So eg. if we have 10 line items with X quantity each, it should create 10 deliveries.
    Suggestions awaited.

    Hi,
You may have to change your copy control to work the way u want it to. In Tcode VTLA, for the say OR to LF you will have to write the condition at header (for copying the header data) and item level (to split the items into a new delivery) in such a way that, once the delivery is created for the first line item (I think the status of the table VBUP for the item number changes and that can be retrived), the new delivery gets created for the second and the same follows.
BTW, what is the scenario you are dealin with. If you have this kind of a scenario, then, in real time, it becomes very difficult to really have a track of all the sales orders, deliveries and invoices. Also, from system point, the delivery tables will get filled up very fast and so as the VBFA table. So, acrchiving will have a problem. Returns is another thing you may have to look into.... So, as I have seen, normally, one sales order, one delivery, one billing doc is created always so that it is easy to track and archiving becomes very easy.
    Hope this helps

    Mukund S

  • Error while creating split delivery

    Hi
I am getting following error while creating delivery split
" Item 000002: delivery split due to conflicting header data (Function Y2: Partner Number: 5100001701 <-> 5100001154) "
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    Kalpesh

    Hello
check your header partners there address numbers. are your header partners coming from external systems, in some cased they might be duplicated and each of the partner might have different ADDRNR numbers in which case the delivery will be split.
but in case this doesn't solve your problem., can you corroborate your question, in first place what  is the criteria for your delivery split and in this present scenario are you expecting a split and an error is coming or are you not expecting a split and the error is coming..
    Thanks and regards
