    You're nearly there:  Home button twice to get the list of recently used apps (they're not running) and swipe the large thumbnail above upwards to remove the app.   (99% of the time this activity is unnecessary.)

  • Issue Importing FR in Excel using 'Split Pages across worksheet'

    Hello All,
    I'm having an issue importing any of my FR's in which there are multiple 'Page' members in which I would like to display across multiple worksheets. I have tried checking the 'Split Pages across worksheets' box, however, only the first Page member is imported. I am currently running FR version 11.1.2.721 using SmartView version 11.1.2.2.310. Thanks in advance!

    I tried that on 11.1.2.2.000 (Build 453) Smartview and 11.1.2.2.300 FR and it works fine.
    It adds all the pages as worksheets in the same work book. See whether that is an issue with your FR version.

    No, it is not.

  • I get a split page on certain bookmarks?

    When I click on my arknet book mark, I get a split page. none of my other book marks do this

    After you quit the Safari browser, then next time that you launch it - it will always open to a blank page. That is normal behavior - if you actually quit the app. If you just leave the app and come back later, it should open to whatever tabs that you were using when you left it.
    What I mean by quitting the app is this ....
    Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

  • How do I split each page into a PDF and name them after a line of text on the split page?

    All,
    I am running a report that is creating hundreds of letters to be sent to customers.  When I run the report it creates one large PDF (one letter = one page).  To help with a specific business solution I need to split each page into an individual PDF.  I know I can extract the pages using the extraction tool.  I have also been able to duplicate this from the Javascript console, but only with generic names.  The problem is that I need each PDF named after the customer's account number.  The account number is listed on the page that I am extracting, but I am having a hard time parsining the text on the pages to find it.
    I need to be able to turn each page into a seperate PDF and then rename that PDF to match the account number list on the page.
    The account number, is of course, different for every customer and has varied prefixes.  The line of text that I need to read starts like this:
    Account Number#: NJA00001
    I need to just pull the NJA00001.
    I would really love to automate this process.
    Can you help me with this?  Thanks in advance.
    PS: I am a little rusty on my Javascript, its been a couple years.

    This can probably be achieved with a custom-made script, but it's not possible to know for sure before seeing some sample files.

  • What version of Acrobat is needed to split pages of a PDF into separate documents? Standard or Pro?

    Need to be able to split PDFs into separate files dependent of what page. Can standard do this? Or will i need Pro?

    Hi asfkmg,
    Both Acrobat Standard and Pro will allow you to split a PDF into separate documents. Here's a great video that shows you how: https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-break-a-pdf-into-parts

  • Will not print correctly. Splits pages vertically in half

    Firefox will not format my pages correctly for printing. All pages are split vertically in half.

    Does that happen with all three printers?
    Your Deskjet seems to have one really messed up preference set: <br />
    '''print.printer_HP_DeskJet_830C/832C.print_paper_size 3801127'''
    ''I don't recall ever seeing that particular preference before.''
    Right below that pref are settings that are normally seen for '''paper_size''': <br />
    '''....print_paper_size_type''' & '''....print_paper_size_unit 0'''
    I don't know what that pref is for, but it sure looks like a faulty setting.
    Try the '''''reset''''' described here for just that one printer: <br />

  • SAPUI5-How to create custom Split Page control

    I want to create a custom split -like page control using sap.m library instead of Splitter.This page should contain two areas left and right
    content with different width.How to create this type of page as a custom control?
    Please help me with this.

    Hi,
    I think There is no need to create Custom Page for the labels.
    To create labels in SAPSCRIPT, you will have to define multiple MAIN WINDOWS in the Page Window.. try the following steps..
    Main windows in page windows allow you to format text in multiple columns. Define an area in the page window, in which to position the main windows.
    1. Create a page window and assign it to a page.
    2. Choose Edit --> Main windows.
    A dialog box appears.
    3. Enter values in the fields Area width and Area height in accordance with the input guidelines for main windows.
    4. Enter values in the fields Spacing and Number in the Horizontal group if you want to use multiple columns. You can ignore the fields in the Vertical group.
    5. Determine how many columns and line areas are required for label printing. Then enter the corresponding values in the fields in the Horizontal and Vertical groups.

  • Splitting pages on a scanned document

    I took several pages to be scanned onto a flash drive and when I came home to download them, it was one big lump....and I had asked for 5 separate pages/files.  Now I only have Adobe Reader 9.0 and can't split the pages like you can in Acrobat.  I tried copying them each as separate images into word files but it didn't maintain the 100% size.

    Are you running on a Mac or a PC. If you have a Mac you can use Preview to separate the pages. If you have a PC you can install a trial of Acrobat X Std.  and then separate the pages.

  • Splitting pages from an existing PDF?

    Hi,
    Does the Adobe PDF Pack allow me to split out only certain pages from an existing PDF? If not, is their any Adobe online solution that can do this or do I need to use the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
    Stephanie

    Hi Stephanie,
    You do need Acrobat to extract pages from a PDF, but Adobe does offer a monthly subscription to Acrobat. For more information, see Acrobat Pro, PDF Pack, Export PDF & More | Acrobat Document Solutions.
    Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

  • ImageIO encode split page with original params?

    Hey all,
    I'm working with TIFF's and the ImageIO library. I split out a single page from a TIFF and then re-encode it, but I can not figure out how to re-encode with the exact same configuration of the original TIFF (i.e. compression, resolution, white/black, etc.).
    Is there some way to do this please? Attached is my working code if this helps!
    -D
         Iterator writers = javax.imageio.ImageIO.getImageWritersByFormatName("tiff");
         javax.imageio.ImageWriter writer = (javax.imageio.ImageWriter)writers.next();
         ByteArrayOutputStream out = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
         javax.imageio.stream.ImageOutputStream ios = javax.imageio.ImageIO.createImageOutputStream(out);
         ImageReadParam rparam = imageReader.getDefaultReadParam();
         TIFFImageWriteParam writeParam = (TIFFImageWriteParam)writer.getDefaultWriteParam();
         writer.setOutput(ios);
         writer.write(iiometadata,iioimage,writeParam);
         ios.flush();
         return out.toByteArray();

    I'll answer my own question. Key is to copy and/or edit the Node object representing the image's metadata. This is an XML representation of the TIFF tags.
    In this example, all the input images properties are encoding in the output image.
                ImageReader reader ...
                ImageWriter writer ...
                BufferedImage bi = reader.read(0);
                IIOMetadata metaData = reader.getImageMetadata(0);
                Node node = metaData.getAsTree("com_sun_media_imageio_plugins_tiff_image_1.0");
                ImageOutputStream ios = ImageIO.createImageOutputStream(target);
                writer.setOutput(ios);
                IIOMetadata imageMetadata = writer.getDefaultImageMetadata(null, writeParam);
                imageMetadata.setFromTree("com_sun_media_imageio_plugins_tiff_image_1.0", node);
                IIOImage img = new IIOImage(bi, null, imageMetadata);
                writer.write(null, img, writeParam);

  • Split pages into several reports.

    We have reports that need to be separated. At printing the report includes several invoices. When we print on both sides of the paper, next invoice continues on the back. Is there a way to continue printing on a new paper if the invoice number changes and print at the back if the invoicenumber is the same?
    //Daniel

    Hi Daniel,
    You will have to modify your Crystal Report and your invoice should go into multipul even pages, then this issue will get resoved.  As the printer will not know / can't instruct printer to print fresh invoice in a different new page.
    Thanks,
    Sastry

  • Split pages when printing?

    My pdf document shows page 2 and page 3 together in the size A3.  How can I print it to two different pages in the size A4?

    In the print dialog, select Page Scaling as none and print the file to A4 papers.

  • Can you help add a split page operation to my batch script?

    Below is my batch script to create a bookmark on each page of a pdf.  It takes all the text from the current page and adds it to a variable then checks the variable for the string "SASID:"    It then takes the 10 digits following the "SASID:" string and creates a book mark with the 10 digits as the name.   I am looking to use the extract page method to extract each page to a new file.  Each new file should have the name of the string on that page.  So.  I think I need to add something like this.extractPages({nStart: i,cPath : filename + i + ".pdf"})   Either directly  before or after this line root.createChild(PageText,"this.pageNum=" + i, i); and the filename should be the variable that holds the 10 digit string.  I do beleive "newWord" contains the 10 digit number. Thank you!
    var root = this.bookmarkRoot;
    var RegularExpression  =  new RegExp(/\n|\r|\t|\s/);
    for (var i = 0; i < this.numPages; i++)
            numWords = this.getPageNumWords(i);
            var PageText = "";
    var FoundSASID = 0;
    for (var j = 0; j < numWords; j++) {
                var word = this.getPageNthWord(i,j,false);
    PageText += word;
    var strMatches = PageText.match('SASID:');
                 if (strMatches != null) {
    // Found text SASID: So reset the PageText to nothing and set the FOundSASID to 1
    FoundSASID = 1;
    PageText = "";
    var newWord = PageText.match(RegularExpression);
    var foundSpace = PageText.match(' ');
    if (newWord != null || foundSpace != null) {
    if (FoundSASID==1) {
    root.createChild(PageText,"this.pageNum=" + i, i);
    FoundSASID = 0;
    if (FoundSASID==0) {
    PageText = "";

    Guess no one wanted to help.
    I found a solution. I added this before the root.createChild line.
    this.extractPages({nStart:i, cPath: PageText + ".pdf"});
