SPNego Login fails while using MacOS 10.4 and Firefox
Hello,
we are running an EP6 NW04 SPS 19 on an HP UX. For authentification we
configured kerberos via spnego. This is working fine for all windows
clients and the browsers ie6, ie7 and firefox.
While using Firefox on MacOS X it is not working. We analyzed the error.It is the following
error message in the trace file:
Decoding error in parsing of spnego token.
[EXCEPTION]
iaik.asn1.CodingException: ASN.1 creation error:SPNego OID expected.
Found 1.2.840.113554.1.2.2
As you can see, the mac client is sending the raw kerberos ticket. How
does the WAS handles this ticket?

The SAP SPNEGO login module supports OID 1.3.6.1.5.5.2 only, which is the OID for SPNEGO protocol, and this is why it is called an SPNEGO login module. It does not support other OIDS such as RFC1964 Kerberos V5 (1.2.840.113554.1.2.2) or NTLM (1.3.6.1.4.1.311.2.2.10). If you need to support other OIDS, and not just SPNEGO then you need to use a different login module. I can help you with that if you are interested since my company has a product (comprising a login module which uses Kerberos) which supports SPNEGO as well as other OIDS - it is not 100% SPNEGO based like the login module available from SAP.

Sounds like you may have deleted something you shouldn't have. Boot to an OS X DVD or a bootable backup, and using Disk Utility, do a repair disk, and while there repair permissions. Disconnect any peripherals, and reboot. If you get the same startup behavior, do a safe boot, by holding the shift key down when booting. If that works, try a normal boot. If neither step helps, you may need to relaod your operating system.

You need at least 50 MB of free space in order to back up to iCloud. Rather than backing up, have you tried importing the photos to your computer and deleting them from the camera roll as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083?

Go into FF Preferences & set it to be your default browser. This way when you click on an email link in Chrome, FF will open.

we have installed BI 7.0 SP15 with Portal as the java side of the BI (double stack). We have CI + 3 dia instances.
We get the following error only on the CI server:

Authentication Stack: com.sun.security.jgss.accept

The problem is that the SPNego authentication is not working on that server, we get the logon screen. On the other servers the authentication is working perfectly.
What I've checked:
*The spn is set correctly.
*The wizard was configured.

Crystal reports "Database login failed" when using push method
I have a web application (ASP.NET, .NET v3.5), that pushes data to a CR 2008 report. On two servers one of the three reports returns a "Database login failed" error. I am stumped since there is no login, it's push not pull; in addition the problem is hard to debug since it works fine from my developers workstation. I have "updated" the xsd in that report, reinstalled the app, etc., non of which helped. If anyone has a solution or even ideas I'd appreciate the help.
What about following the troubleshooting steps as described in the blog;
Create an XML file off of your dataset. Make sure this is done just before you set the dataset to the report:
rpt.Load(rptPath)
myDataset.WriteXml(xmlPath, XmlWriteMode.WriteSchema)
rpt.SetDataSource(myDataset)
Copy the above created XML to your development system
Open the problem report in the Crystal Reports designer

Browse to the location of the XML file you created in step (1)

Typically, either of the following will happen:
You will get a u201CMap Fieldsu201D dialog. This indicates that the XML written off of your dataset does not match what the report is expecting. This may be due to incorrect fields name, incorrect field type, etc. You will now need eliminate the difference.
Incorrect data or no data. There is an issue with your dataset and you need to determine why the data is not present in your dataset. Looking at the XML may be a good place to start.

Mouse is very laggy while using trackpad, but click and right click are not
This problem started yesterday. While using the trackpad, the mouse became very laggy. I stopped to see if a few minutes would help fix the problem, but the mouse kept moving sporadically. I can click and right click fine and with no lag, but the mouse is either non responsive or extremely laggy. The problem was infrequent at first, but now it is almost constantly there. I'm using a MacBook Pro with Mac OSX version 10.5.8.
Use the Toshiba application installer to reinstall the Touchpad driver.
To find it search your laptop for Toshiba application installer and run it is will download and install all your drivers.

Temporarily prevent login items while using FileVault2
Hi everyone,
in the past you could hold down shift while logging in and this would temporarily disable your login items so no windows would pop up. This still works in 10.9, but only when I am on the regular login screen. I am using FileVault so I have to enter my user password before the boot process and this user will get logged in. How can I achieve the shift key behaviour with FV enabled?

The same code does not work with bulk collect into caluse.

I agree with Billy.
Why are you not using an INSERT..SELECT ?
Also, what are you trying to achieve by
- incremental commits?
- copying data from one table to another (using expensive I/O)?
- using dynamic DML?
Most of these approaches are typically wrong - and not recommended for scalable and performant Oracle applications.I could see you using a CURSOR FOR LOOP if you were changing the data being inserted in such a way that you couldn't encapsulate the changes in a query, but you are doing a straight insert into the table from your Cursor. A much more efficient way would be to use the following modifications I made to your code example:

I know that this question has been asked dozens of times over the past few days, but ive managed to get all my songs cover art...but on the IPod only about half apear. When i play the music in Itunes from the Ipod the cover art apears...but not when
