Spoil national characters while migration

Question

I ran into a bit problem: while migration from MS SQL to Oracle all national symbols were transformed to "?" character. Oracle was installed with two locale - American and Russian. Changing of current operatio system localization hasn't taken any effect.
I tried to migrate data by means of MTS but the error has been occured while migrating LOB objects (something like "OCI error when call lob function").
As a result I cant migrate the majority of the data
How can I solve the problem?

check the list of fonts available. You can use the following code for the purpose.
