Spool info printing after output on printer

Hi all,
I have a problem whit spool printing using NO local printer. When I print a request spool the system send to printer a final page after last page of spool.
Sample:
     User: ABAP01
     Host: citsdrx008
     Class: <none>
     Job; 000Auapt.DEV
Please send me any information in order to solve my problem.

are you using a customized program or copied some standard program. If you are using SAPScript close the form after all the windows gets displayed. After the write_form. Else comment out the new page statement on text-editor. Else if you are using a standard program to call standard form, look at the selection-screen to find the parameters which determines whether to print the last page or not. Just pass that parameter as 'X' or not 'X'. Else create a variant in the program ticking that field.

HP4501e "print spooler off" error after installing printer update

Motorola Android OS, getting "print spooler off" error after installing printer update... have rebooted both printer and phone to no avail... any help ideas?

If the notebook worked prior to an update -- and this is an entirely different can of worms and problems -- and you think that there is any chance the notebook is just in some sort of "tangled" state and not completely hosed for some reason, you can try the following non-lethal device reset:
Create a Restore Point: Create a Restore Point – Win7 OR Create a restore point Win8
If you are using a Notebook:
Close all your programs and shut down the computer
Disconnect everything (little Unifier for the keyboard / external mouse can stay)
Perform the Hard Reset for your notebook model
Boot the computer and log in
Reminder: Hard Reset is just a device Reset. The procedure does not wipe out your files nor does it destroy your Windows setup in any way. This type of reset "clears the cobwebs". Depending on the root cause of the problem, this procedure can fix a variety of computer glitches.
This does not fix severe Operating System errors -- it is just a device reset. It can fix minor problems that updates sometimes cause.

Can print one time, next time locks up on spooling to printer... 8.1 64 bit, M476dw

Bought a M476DW about a month ago. Hooked it up to the network and installed the drivers on several machines and everything worked fine. Then last week had to re-install 4 of the laptops - just did a reset and reinstalled...
Windows 8.1 64 bit,
with a local install of Office 2013 64 bit and all updates.
This was a clean install on all the laptops (Surface Pro 3's) most connected via dock.
Installed the full-driver package from the website.
All machines are set to private network with no firewall. No antivirus running except for WIndows Defender.
After this install we had a new problem we did not have before. After you print the first document, the next time you print it locks up and says "spooling to printer". No other application can print on the computer after the first document. The only fix is to reboot.
Fixs attempted:
Uninstalled and reinstalled (on all the computers)
Installed the newest firmware - M476_Color_MFP_Series_FW_Update-20150112
disabled the notification software
disabled firewall
installed new network cable
set ip to static
ran HP Print and Scan Doctor - Just says there is a problem (print queue), says reboot machine, then doesn't see a problem.

I have some suggestions that might help. There is another way you can install the printer. Typically when users want to use their older printers with newer systems that don't have supported drivers I tend to advise they try alternate drivers. Thus, I recommend you try the following steps, using the Deskjet 9800 driver instead: Disconnect the printer's usb connection from the PC. Press the Windows Key + r. This additional info printing on the preprinted stationary on One printer &

I am using smartform to print info on the preprinted stationary.
The info to be printed is coming fine, But it is printing additional info like Job Name and User name (Login name) on the top left hand side of the pre-printed stationary when we use "HP Jetdirect print server".
The same does not happen when i choose Epson printer as the Front end printer.
To check if this has got some thing to do with the printer settings, When i print a Word Document to the same printer "HP Jetdirect print server". It does not print the additional info ( job name , user name ).
So please let me know what could be the reason for this additional info printing on the preprinted stationary on One printer & Not on other printer.

Have your Basis look into the Printer initialization code in the transaction SPAD. This code is linked to the output device and paper format type, so it is possible that the same printer works differently with different paper media.
Also have them check if there is a cover page. Although it would print as a separate page, I believe...

What is OS spool in printing?

As we know, spool request was output to on a particular device, that is, output request created. The data from spool request was converted to printer language. Between SAP system and printer, there are OS Spool and Print Server. (Refer to TADM12_2, 2005Q4 version, Figure 185). I am confused the concept of OS Spool and Print Server. Where is OS Spool, and where is Print Server? Please advise. Thanks

Your SAP system will generate the spool request and then it will pass to your operating system
if you are using the front end printing then the saplpd will act a intermidiate between ur sap system and the os printer.

Spool OK, Printer not printing

Experts,
While I try printing documents from SAP on a dedicated printer, some are printing normally and others, despite a "Completed" status in the Spool list and the SAP Print GUI Popup, are not getting printed. BTW, they appear fine on the Print preview too...
Could this have something to do with the actual forms (Sapscript/Smartforms)?

Could it be a BASIS Printer config issue?

I am facing a similar issue here with the labels. In one SAP Script we have 3 labels being printed. Out of those only one is getting printed. For other one it is generating a spool but never prints it. For the succesful one it also generates the spool but prints it too !! I have no idea why is this happening. I tried following :
1. The same script is there in one more server. I print from there on the same printer. It printes everything.
2. I tried to print the ITF file of the problamatic labels on the problamatic server. It also prints. Only through script its not printing.
Help me out here.. Please !!!!!

Slow spooling and printing from Powerpoint 2013

Has anyone experienced slow spooling and printing of PowerPoint documents from PP 2013?
If I attempt to print the same document from PP2010, it spools and prints normally. It seems that the document background has something to do with slowness.
I saw an older KB where Microsoft suggested to disable background printing. Disabling background printing makes it even worse.

Does this only happen with PowerPoint documents? What about other Office files? How many machines are affected by this issue?
Please first check whether you have the same print settings in PowerPoint 2013 and 2010.
Also, if this is a network printer, please try to add it as a local printer, then try again and see if issue persists.

Delete after output- su01 settings

Dear experts,
We are facing an issue with user settings.
we enabled the option 'Delete after output' in Default Tab, in thought of decrease spool requests in SAP and to regulate my database increase.
User is creating large amount spools and spools are not deleting after print.

Whart type of output are the spool requests that are not being deleted?
If they are forms (e.g. Purchase orders, sales orders, invoices etc.) then the print definitions are defined by the outout conditions in the application rather than the user-specific settings. In this case you need to update your output conditions to delete after output. Speak to the business about updating these if this is acceptable.
Or is the output generated via periodic background jobs? Updating the user settings will not affect jobs already setup. If you see similar output being generated at regular intervals is probably being generated from a background job. In which case find and update the background job responsible. I have often see jobs that run every 5 minutes generating large numbers of unneccesary spool requests.
I am assuming that the output is completed? As spool requests will only be deleted if they have been printed (and that the output has had no errors, as the output will not be deleted if it has an error).

Spool problem with invoice output

we are having an output type za01.and this is attached to vf31. when ever the user gives multiple documents in vf31 and executes then the spools will be generated for every billing document .
our requirement is spools should be generated but it should not be printed in the printer ie it should not go to the printer. If at all the user want the prints then he can go to sp02 and from there he need to issue.
please tell me how to acheive this.
And one more issue is , the spools from sp02 are automatically disappearing sometimes. Please help

Key-in Output Type: ZA01
and Click Tab: Key Combination.
For Condition Record, maintained, Select the Record-line-item and click Tab: Communication.
De-select Check Box: Print Immediately.
Also,
T. Code: SU01 --> Key-in User Name and Click Icon: Change --> Tab: Defaults --> Sub-Tab: Spool Control --> Check Box: Output Immediaely
Uncheck the Box.

For table you can refer the link provided by Ranjeet. The system check to print the pricing of the particular condition from Pricing procedure. Whatever condition you would like to print in your document, you have to flag 'X' or as per busine requirement in field P in the pricing procedure.
