Spool not generated when creating the TO from TR

Hello,
I am facing a issue while creating Transfer order. My scenario is like below:
1) Create Goods issue MB1A with two items
2) Create Transfer order from Material document
3) TO is created with 2 items
4) But spool is generated only for one item.
As per my analysis, the TO line item with storage unit which starts with 3* gives a spool while the second item with storage unit which starts 9* does not generate a spool.
But when I print the TO manually  in LT31, I am able to see the spool for both items.
Please help me if you have any idea.

Please see the attached spool output when TO is printed manually LT31.
However, when the TO is printed automatically, one spool will be displayed in SP02.
Please let me know if you need any more clarifications.

    There is a standrd role AZ.
    There is a standrd Partner Determination procedure  L1.
    The role AZ is assigned to the Partner Determination procedure  L1.
    When creating the vendor master in MK01 the role is not coming in the list of partner function.
    For Document types there is a standard shema 0002.
    The role AZ has also been assigned to doc type.
    What can be the reason.
    Is the assignment against doc type at all required.
    Please suggest.

    If you want a partner schema for your own document type then define your partner schema and assign to document type using the below mentioned path.

    And then

    Once you have this configuration then you change your vendor in easy access menu (XK02-select partner function) define the partner roles.

    I have a problem in  updating material slip no when creating the transfer posting(MB1B 313).
    when creating the MB1B if i put the mat slip no manually then system updating in the material doc.
    But when system creating the transfer posting(through auto Jobs) the material slip no not updating in the material doc.
    this is started to happen only after i deleted the condition records(ZDRL) for printing the doc for a relavent storage location.Kidly let me know is there any relation between ZDRL and the material slip updating.

    Pl ensure that there is any release strategy, or in the transfer posting enter the plant and m.type also storage location in the application tool bar click with reference to PO, and enter the po number and try to proceed. it will work.

  • Hyperlinks not converting when creating a pdf from Word 2010 to Adobe Acrobat 11.0.6

    First off, let me say that these are not table of contents hyperlinks.  I have created a document in Word 2010 (not a MAC) with hyperlinks to files residing on our company's intranet.  In Word the hyperlinks work great but when I create the pdf, the links do not work.  I have converted using both PDFMaker from Word and Create a pdf from within Acrobat.  Yes, I have all the boxes checked regarding saving links.  The links appear to work partially.  Meaning that when I hover the cursor over the link, the pointy finger appears but when I click I get a pop-up message telling me the file could not be opened.  Also, when I hover over the hyperlink, the address appears.  So, I think it knows there's a link and it tries to open but can't.  When I create the file within Adobe the link works - once.  When I click on the link I get a pop-up window asking me if I want to save my file before closing.  After my response the file closes and the linked file opens.  However, when I go back into the file and try the hyperlink again, I get the pop-up telling me the file cannot be opened.  HELP!  I am at my wits end.  After spending hours yesterday trying to research (I think I read every thread related to hyperlinks but I am not using a Mac, table of contents or Adobe 7 around which it seems all the prior questions revolve) and futily creating and recreating the pdf (as if doing the same thing repeatedly would somehow magically work) I am about to give up.  This is a document that will be published to our intranet for use by employees which cross-references other documents to which they can refer for additional information.  I would prefer to publish a pdf and not a Word document.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks for your input Bill. I've checked the preferences and "view large images" is turned on. It's not all of the images which are missing, only certain ones do not transfer over to PDF.

  • Profit center document not generated after creating the billing document

    I have few billing document for which the accounting document is created, but no profit center document got generated. What could be the reason? The profit center is captured at the account assignment tab of sales order as well as at the item level of Invoice and in accouting document too. The only problem is it has not generated the "Profit center document".  Pl help. Thanks in advance.

    When you save the billing document then the accounting document and Controlling document gets generated.
    A profit center gets captured and it can be used when we check the accounting  document. But make sure that for the G/L accounts profit center is assigned and in your controlling area details  also profit center is checked.While configuring controlling then the profit center should also be assigned . to the G/L accounts .So kindly check with the help of your FICO consultant wheather proper assignment has been done or not

    I created Billing request document (VA01) by reference with a contract (VA41) , but the PO number field ( VBKD-BSTKD) is not copied over. I have checked all the data transfer rountines, but still could not find out.
    Please help , which data transfer rountines should I use to copy PO number to the next document ( copying control from Sales document --> Sales document)

    When creating a PDF from the scanner, it only scans one side. I am using a fi-7160 that supports scanning both sides at once. The Scanner software is configured to scan both sides, and so are the presets in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I've only gotten the setting to work with the Custom Scan setting. Has anyone else had this problem, and what is the solution?
    Additionally, the software bundled with the scanner with automatically omit the back sides of a page if it is blank. I am scanning large files with occasional double sided pages. Is there a way to avoid having to manually delete blank pages when creating a new PDF from the scanner? It takes twice as long because I'm using the OCR stabilization.

    Does this happen in case of any particular PDF or all PDF files?
    Try repairing Acrobat and then again check.

    You may need a version without macros on it. Unfortunately, pretty much all apps are skinned down versions of their original program, often with less functionality. For example in a word document I can italicize,bold and underline, but I only have a handful of fonts to play with and I don't think I can insert tables or images.
    It is very possible that the app simply cannot run macros, which means that document may never work on an iPad.

    When creating photobooks with PSE 8 I find occasionally that certain photos block the autoimport function and none of the sequence are loaded into the new photobook. Using the identical setting to create a photobook other sequences of photos work perfectly. The photos have been checked and found and all are connected and recognised. Are there knows issues with some photo formats which will not autoimport when creating a photobook?

    Sometimes LR can be "nudged" into showing folder relationships which better match the file system, by using the "show parent folder" command. When existing folders appear as if they were "top level" in the drive, we can see a more or less virtual picture of the situation, rather than anything real. So newly added folders can sometimes present themselves as if independent of what is already there.
    By forcing LR to show a fuller hierarchy of folders, more attention gets paid to the actual arrangement - so new and existing folders should "wake up" and thereafter appear more reliably in the right relationships.
