Spool status Incorrect

Hello Everyone
     I have one problem. I have configured PO release in such way that when ever user will release and save PO , immediate print command will be sent.
    Now i have two transactions ME29n and ME28 to release PO. At backend both transactions use the same program and form to print.
   When i run ME28 , print command is sent immediately and i can see spool completed successfully in SP01.
When i run ME29n, 1st time i can see a message that PO is changed after save , but when i see spool, spool does not get created.
When i run ME29n, 2dn time for the same PO, if i go to check message setting and come back to main screen without doing any changes, and press save, spool gets generated and completed successfully.
I tried to debug both the transactions number of times, then in debug , both transactions ended up in giving me spool status 'Incorrect'.
(Don know the reason if this is due to debug or something else )
So i am not able to understand the reason behind this situation.Assist.

I am honestly unable to understand what exactly is the question (you need to be more specific, SDN is not a Help Desk). In the subject you're saying "incorrect" but then "can see spool completed successfully in SP01". Which one is true?
In any case, my guess is that you need to change the output configuration. If it is required to perform two transactions then the output should not be triggered until the second transaction completes. There is also separate configuration for the initial output and output for changes in POs. And, on top of that, in SP01 you should be able to see an explanation what is "incorrect".
Actually this is not really an ABAP question but the output configuration, so ask your MM/PTP consultant.

When a follow up transaction was being created for an order with errors in CRM, an error is coming "Predecessor has the status 'Incorrect' " in the order.
We have removed all the errors from the predecessor transaction (Order), but the above error is still not getting removed.

"Waiting time until status incorrect" - BI delta loading issue

Hi All,
We have a delta master data load, which happens daily. It runs almost for 40 minutes, there is no extraction happening for first 31-32 minutes and the thousands of records are picked in the subsequent few minutes.
After 30 minutes, the load is momentarity turning into status 'RED' and the load is picking up as usual. I could see there is a setting for the load in RSMO transaction itself, in Settings tab --> Waiting Time Until Status Incorrect. In this settings time set is 30 minutes.
Now can some help me in changing this setting time value or speed up the loading (i.e. to pick before 30 minutes). This has been happening for the past one week. Any help is highly appreciable, as this job fails unnecessarily in monitoring tool.

I had a performance issue for an infopackage loading from Generic datasource. The reason was identified as Index not being not created for the source table.

I think the clearest statement about this is on page 11 of the Master Guide (SAP BPC 7.0 M Master Guide at [http://service.sap.com/instguidesEPM-BPC]).
Look at the rows for OLAP Server and Microsoft SQL Server. In each of those, you wil find this statement:
"Can be 64‒bit when separate from Application/web services"
On page 10 in the Installation Guide, for look at the rows for Application server Web Server. The prerequisites are as follow:
App Server:
Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard or Enterprise Edition SP2 (32-bit) configured with NTFS, set to English (United States)
Web Server:
Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard or Enterprise Edition SP2 (32-bit) configured with NTFS
Finally, the PAM is a bit confusing. For product SAP BPC 7.0 FOR MICROSOFT, click on the tab Operating Systems and then click on the tab BPC Server. That is the software that you install for the Application Server and the Web Server server types. The Operating System Version listed is WINDOWS SERVER 2003/IA32 32BIT

You can use FM <b>BP_JOB_READ</b> to check the status.
The status would be available in JOB_READ_STEPLIST-STATUS.

Spool status - error no authorization

Hi All,
There is a background job which is generating the report in spool. It has the status has Incorrect (No authorization).
It has total number of pages: 3.000 and giving the error as "No authorization for this number of pages".
how and where to provide the authorization to avoid this error.

Error /var/spool/cups incorrect permissions

Does anyone know how to fix this error I get when printing
The file `/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/012c5512ac322' can not be printed because of incorrect permissions
The print file spools and then errors and nothing prints. It is happening with my HP Laserjet 400 M401dn monochrome printer, but not any other printer.
It will print some files but not emails or PDFS
I've upgraded the printer driver and firmware, uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it. Rebooted everything.
I'd be VERY grateful for any help

Ok I finally fixed it.
I have upgraded the firmware, downloaded from the HP site
Then reset the printting system:
In System Preferences>Fax & Print, Right click or Control+click on the Printers list Sidebar, choose Reset Printing System.
if you hold option and click the "-" tab it resets the printing system.

Email status incorrectly processed while notifying bidders

Hi Experts,
We are using SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 , while notifying bidders through email (by clicking on send notification button in portal), the success notification message is displayed in portal, but when we see in output medium the status of email is shown as incorrectly processed and no email is sent to bidder. when we try to repeat the output ( by clicking the repeat output button) the email is sent to bidders and the status changed to successfully processed .
Please let me know why the email is not sent when the send notification button is clicked . Did we miss any config , please suggest how to proceed further.

Please check the following in your system:
Execute the transaction 'bbp_po_action_def'
In the Action profile select 'BBP_PD_BID' and double click on "Action
Definition'.
Double click on the standard bid.
Make sure that the processing time is set to 'Processing when saving
document'.
If not perform the previous step and save the changes.

PO output message (Fax) showing status- incorrectly processed.

Hello,
I'm unable to send the PO output through fax.
Processing status shows- "2 incorrectly processed".
I checked the fax number and necessary configs and are correct. Moreover there are two messages triggered for same Po. one is processed while the other one is getting error.
Can anybody suggest what might be the issue?

Can you see from SOST how many attempts were made to send the fax? Sounds like the fax number was busy at the time, preventing the fax from being sent. If 2 faxes were created from the same PO, were they both going to the same number? If so, this may be the cause as both would be trying to dial the same number at the same time.
If you try and reprocess the message from SOST does it go through? If so, this is definitely an issue linked to the fax number being busy.

Upgrade Status incorrect

the upgrade status for one of my phones is incorrect It reads as "Upgrade Available on 12/07/15", when in fact the phone is available for upgrade now.
How can I get this status corrected?

I'm just another customer - so no, I cannot correct this.
If you returned the phone within the 14 day window, the upgrade eligibility *should* have been reset, but it appears it did not. I would call customer service (800)-922-0204, press 4 for "Other options", say "Agent" at the prompt, and get a rep who can help you get this done. Or go into a corporate store (use the locator on the top right corner of this page to be sure it is a corporate store vs an authorized or premium reseller) and see if they can do this.
Your best bet is with a rep on the phone though.

PR status incorrect for POs craeted via PUR_ORDER_CREATE_VIA_SD_EVNT functi

We use the ALE process to create Purchase Orders automaticaly from Sales orders.
The standard function module assigned to the Business Object BUS2032 in SWETYPV for ALECREATE is PUR_ORDER_CREATE_VIA_SD_EVNT
SAP creates a PR and then converts it into a PO using this functional module. However, the procurement status does not get updated on the PR and the PR still shows as open.
Is there any standard correction report to update the status on these PRs or any OSS note that addresses this issue?

Please check the FM which automatically creates the P.O. whether it has any parameter for PR status, if it is there, then make sure you pass the required value if the same is not there and it is a standard FM then raise a SAP message.

TP Posting Third Party Remittance Documents Status Incorrect

Hi everyone,
I have run payroll to an employee and posted the results to FI Posting. Documents are posted in FI Posting. By using Tcode PC00_M99_URME - Evaluation Remittance (New) I am able to do the third party evaluation for this employee. Until this step the system is working fine. But when I am trying to execute using the T code PC00_M99_URMP - Create Posting run the system is generating incorrect documents.
The message its showing is
Messages for Document 0000002282Error in document: HRPAY 0000002282 LOG_800 ( Error Message )
No data was transferred in parameter ACCOUNTPAYABLE (Error Message)
Regarding configuration everything is correct in HR, I verified several times.
Kindly let me know is there some thing to do reg vendors in FI such that vendors information will be updated in FI.
Does anyone faced the similar issue earlier.
If anyone has an idea in resolving the above issue please guide me.

I verified the configuration, but I haven't noticed any issue.
The problem I noticed is when we run third party evaluation run the amount of sign should be changed fron negative to positive. but its not changing.
The processing class 73 has specification 1.
Kindly let me know if you have any idea why amount sign is not reserved.

Dbconsole - emctl agent status - incorrect for 'emctl resetTZ agent'

When I run - emctl resetTZ agent
...Agent is running. Stop the agent and rerun the command.
When I run - emctl stop agent
... Agent is not running.
When I run - emctl status agent
... Agent is Not Running
The agent is not running but "emctl resetTZ agent" thinks the agent is.
How do I fix this issue?
I'm using Oracle 10.2.0.4 on AIX 6.1
