Sports Tracker and Angry Birds?

Does Sports Tracker and Angry Birds work on the E6? I cant find them in the OviStore. And I can not see the album art cover in musicplayer? Do u think it will work or do I have to wait for the big update?

1. I am not sure about the Angry birds since there may be resolution issues, but I think sports tracker should be available.
2. Regarding album art, what was your old phone? You see for Symbian, album art should be embedded within the mp3 file so the transfer from PC to phone is seamless, or else you need to use the phone to reassociate album art.

I am having the issue where I have 5.5 gigs of "other" data appearing on my Iphone summary, I've seen a bunch of posts where people say you'll need to restore to get that to disappear, my question is when I restore do I lose my progress in games like Cut the Rope and Angry Birds? You can try a restore from a backup first. That should have no affect on your data. It is when you do a restore as a new device that you will lose all of your data, game data, etc.

N9 and Angry birds

I know this is trivial. Am I correct that to reach the next level of the game requires a NFC connection with a compatible device. and also will the full version be available on the N9 currently it would appear not.

I guess it vary from region to region and provider to provider what your N9 is loaded with. Mine was preloaded with Angry birds, but I deleted it as I go tired of the game long time ago.
If you don't have it on your device, I'm pretty sure you will have to buy the game unless there are some lite version of it for N9 somewhere...

IPod touch iTunes update and Angry Birds Rio

after i updated the latest itunes Angry Birds Rio level 8-5 is showing 1 star even though my score is 80110, anyone know how to fix that?

A little bump... Someone must know this...? Surely? If not, where can I get hold of an Apple rep, because I can't be doing with hundreds of albums consisting of just one song.

Cant play Angry Birds on Nokia N8 Belle

Hei - after Belle update my N8 just refuses to start Angry Birds-after i select Angry Birds from my apps then my N8 screen goes black and stys black....if i longpress the menu button i can see angry birds running on taskmanager-but only the name, picture in task manager is also black... ive tryd it with angry Birds and Angry Birds Rio - both doesnt work. Tried reinstalling the game-still nothing...

Nokia N8 : Angry Birds & Angry Birds Seasons Crash...

I installed the new update for both angry birds and angry birds seasons......from then on, both the games just shows the angry birds logo page and then crashes.....it doesnt even go to the menu....
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling..but the same problem exists.....someone please help....

now it works
even with kaspersky antivirus running/installed

I have OS Lion and Angry Birds on my MacBook Pro. Everything is up to date. But everything I open Angry Birds it pops up a window that says "The Application quit" Then it asked restore windows or not to restore windows. Either option I choose does nothing.
It was fine when it was on Snow Leopard but just a few days after upgrading to Lion it messed up. I'm really not sure what to do.

As with a problem with any other 3rd party app, you need to contact the app developer for the app. The developer for Angry Birds should have a website that may include troubleshooting steps for common problems with the app, and/or a way to contact the developer regarding a particular problem you are having.

I have the same problem. Everything was fine on my Macbook Pro until the App Store told me there was an update for Angry Birds a few weks ago. Since downloading the update I am geting the same messages described above, and cannot access Angry Birds. Angry Birds Rio works fine, including the new update of that game.

How exact is the N9 distance with Sports Tracker o...

I use Sports Tracker and sometimes eCoach for recording and managing sport activities but it seems , that the distance is not very exact. The N9 shows sometimes 4,5 up to 5,1 km for the same track.
Another example: if I start Sports Tracker without moving the N9, it shows a distance of 800m in 20 minutes. On the same place, gpsmeefo shows that 8 satelittes are in use.

I've just done a brief 11 minute test with N95, N8 and N9 on the roof terrace: - N95: 30 m - N8: 20 m - N9: 10 m When I then took the devices into a room with poorer satellite availability, the distance counter shoots rapidly higher and higher (applies to all devices). If you do your exercises in a densely built area with a lot of buildings arround or in the forest or park with lot of trees, then it's likely to be a greater deviation in the measurement. But you may ask directly Sports Tracker developer about that...

Getting Angry Bird App updates, but nothing is updated after updating

I got the notices that there's updates for Angry Birds, Angry Birds Rio, and Angry Birds Season. I download the updates, go to the apps, and NOTHING has been updated. I remember there being some type of message saying something along the lines of "you have already downloaded this app but has not been updated. Please connect to computer......" i clicked on update, they've been updated! I went ahead and connected to computer and still, nothing! Whats the problem!?

I faced the Same Issue. It is resolved by changing the language at Settings-->General-->International-Language. Change the Current Language ( I have changed it from British English to English). Then after a succesful change, Go to Appstore- Updates. The Issue is resolved. Now go back to your original Setting (if required)

Sports Tracker new version available

Somebody found the new version, which obviously now works on new touchscreen devices (which was asked for several times in this board).
I love that app, but the new version is unfortunately not available for my E71.
If interested, check www.sportstrackingtechnologies.com, there is a link that opens the OVI store. Or check in OVI.
Users who can install it on their phones seem to be happy...

@noplayback - your link is correct for the new version of sports tracker. What chanchan fails to realise (in his quest to answer ever post )is that nokia has ceased development of sports tracker and passed it on to a third party.
The old site is there for the foreseeable future but there will be no further development to it.
A new online component is planned by sports tracking technologies who now have the rights to develop the app further.

N95 updated, Sports Tracker problem

I had Sports Tracker installed in my phone memory. I updated new firmaware to N95 (did not make any backup). I tought that I can have my contacts with PC Suite, and maybe it is better put programs to clear phone.
Then I tried to install alla programs again. Loaded Sports Tracker (and other, they play normally), and installed it with NSI. Icon is there in programs, when i clik it, something happen about 1s, but program do not open.
I tried to uninstall it and install again... same thing.

Did not help this hard reset.
But I found solution:
I removed old folder "SportsTracker" from my memorycard. Now it is playing fine.

Updated angry birds app, but call came in that interrupted it - update fail

I was installing the new Angry Birds "update" today when a call came in on my phone which messed up the update process. The new game level is not opening. I tried resetting the computer, re-syncing, turning off and on the phone, etc, to no avail. If I repurchase it from ITunes, will it erase all my gaming history? I don't want to waste all the levels I achieved (spent too many hours and don't want to waste more time redoing). Is there any other way to get the app update to try again? To reset?

The problem may not be with the phone call. I just updated angry birds original and angry birds seasons at the same time. Seasons works fine, but the original does not show the new levels, it still says coming soon.
