Spotify account, Facebook and new Mobile contact...

Hey all I'm currently subscribed to premium Spotify and have my Facebook linked to this account. I'm looking at taking out a new Mobile contract, and with this they offering 24 months free Spotify... I spoke to them and they told me they would provide me with new spotify account details and I would have to use that. My question is am I able to link my facebook to the new account they give me since its already linked to my current account or not?Also I think I can take across my playlists but I'm not to worries about them. I don't play mafia wars, but I love the facebook applications on mine and i too can go to the mobil site if I want. Srry you are having trouble with it.

I just purchased the z10 yesterday and I love it! However when I imputed my Facebook and twitter information it synced my Facebook contacts and twitter ones with my personal contacts. Is there a way to turn that off? Or do I have to manually do it? Thank you!

Lightroom 5.4 and new Mobile

One issue with the subscription model is that glitches in user validation can prevent using the software. I try to login to Lightroom (is that the proper terminology) with my current and active Creative Cloud account and Lightroom tells me "Lightroom mobile subscription expired."
To make the subscription model fly right, Adobe really needs the support services in place to get such problems resolved in a speedy manner. I've been told that I may wait up to three days for the next level of technician to respond to the issue.
It's a new feature that I obviously wasn't using before so I can survive. But difficulty getting a glitch like this resolved make me feel a little bit worried about locking into using Adobe products.

Facebook and new Blackberry Software

Ok- this is silly, but with the old blackberry software, to do almost everything on facebook i would have to go to the Full site link and wait forever for everything to load but i could at least access all applications on facebook- now with the new software i can still do that but for example, i try to play Mafia Wars- i try to click on links etc. and nothing happens- is there some new trick or something?
I wish they would make sites not mobile version- the mobile versions never have everything- at least facebook has a link to view full site- but that's the 1 think i like better with the IPhone- u can view normal webpages!

Older ipod touch and new mobile me calendar

I have an older touch that can only run IOS 3.xx. I just updated my mobileMe calendar and it won't synch appointments. It says I need IOS4. Is there any way besides 'hand' synching using iTunes to keep appointments synched?

You might be able to do it if you can generate/sync you calendar with a Google calender and set up the iPod to use an exchange account for Google. Google exchange account syncs via wifi and is supported by iOS 3 and later. See:

Contact syncing - Facebook and Linked In when disabled

Does anyone else have a problem with contacts syncing in Facebook and Linked In contacts even when disabled ?

I had tried this several times before but alas no luck, i had also tried <appdata\adobe\online services\Photoshop Elements 12.0.0> and added <_old> like i had seen in one of the forums but it took out Facebook and Flickr from the drop down menu in the Organizer, so reverted back. I have done a System Restore which did not work, then tried your sugestion several time again yesterday with no luck, then received your e-mail and tried it again and went throught the Authorization process 4 times then it actually uploaded a couple of photo's, so in suggest keep trying and it may take the hint and upload lol, thank you if you haden't sent the e-mail i might not have tried again, again thank you

Facebook was deleted and now I can't delete that spotify account?

Hey, I just went through facebook hell. I couldn't verify my facebook profile name adequately, so they deleted my account. My spotify was linked with this account. Since I can no longer log into facebook, I can't access this spotify account to cancel my subscription. I tried contacting Spotify, but no response. Please help! I had spotify premium and can't afford to keep paying for something I can't use. On top of this, I made a new spotify account with my e-mail instead and now I can't log in with my computer. It consistently says incorrect password even after I had uninstalled and reinstalled the application as well as restarting my computer. If somebody could help me it would mean the world to me. A good friend just passed and on top of losing all of facebook pictures together, I can no longer just cry and listen to spotify in my room hah. Thank you SOOO much.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

That's not the correct port. It should be 993 for incoming.
If you signed into iCloud from the System Preferences, it should automatically create the iCloud account for you in Mail. Sounds like it is an account you already had set up for MMe in Mail.
Open Mail preferences, open the Accounts tab, disable that account in the advanced pane.
Open Sys Prefs, open the iCloud tab, and sign out of iCloud. Then sign back in and see if a new iCloud account is automatically created.

You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller
Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
you need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.

If you sign into your old account using your iPhone and turn on contacts (Settings > iCloud) then once all of your contacts are on your iPhone turn contacts back off and select keep on my iPhone. Then delete account on the old account and sign in with your new iCloud account and turn on contacts and select merge. That will get your contacts over.
If you have photos stored in iCloud it will be in My Photo Stream. This section only keeps the last 30 days of auto uploads from any of your devices or computers that are using this feature. You can access these photos by signing into the old iCloud account in Settings > iCloud and enable Photos > My Photo Stream. If you have any photos in there, they will load into your Photos App. In the Photos App, tap Albums in the bottom right, then tap My Photo Stream. There is no way to upload them to your new iCloud account once you sign into it short of creating a Shared Photo Stream and inviting yourself to it.
In the end you should really try to keep one Apple ID for everything when possible as there is no way to merge Apple IDs and you can end up in a tangled mess.

Just wondering, what context is this in?
First up, is your iTunes account part of an iCloud account?
Secondly, if it's a free app, why don't they just download it? If they are having trouble finding it on the App Store, but you can find it easily, you can share the link for it via email with them, and if they view that email on their iPod they can just tap the link and it will open the App Store to that App for them, so they can download it themselves.
If you were to go to the Store settings pane and sign in with your iTunes account, that should only provide the possibility for download items from your iTunes account, such as purchased apps, music and movies. However, if you signed in, downloaded the app, and then went back and signed out of the account again, there shouldn't be any access apart from the app you downloaded. This is provided you sign in using the Store section of the Settings app, not the iCloud section.
One problem they will have if you download this in your account instead of theirs, in order to download updates for that app, they will need you to enter your iTunes password to download the updates. Doing that doesn't give them access to anythign to do with your account other than that update, but they will be unable to receive updates for it without your password. They would also likely be unable to sync the app onto their computer, as their computer would not be Authorised with your iTunes account.
If you can answer some of the questions I've asked, I may be able to suggest alternate ways for you get them the app on their device.
