Spotify is charging me twice for a subscription after I cancelled it

Okay, I used to pay for my sister's Spotify, but I cancelled it a couple of months ago. I have my own account, and I just realized Spotify is still charging me for hers, when I clearly cancelled it! There wasn't enough funds in my bank account because I'm not supposed to be paying for her account anymore (remember, it's cancelled), and my bank is now charging me the insufficent funds fee of $35. I had to log into her account again, and surprise surprise, it says 'Premium'. I had to cancel it AGAIN, what the hell. I cancelled the subscription as clear as day, and Spotify has been making $100 right out of my pocket, I gave away money for free at this point. What do I do and who do I contact for that? I just cancelled my own subcription, and I'm never using Spotify again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

If you're having trouble canceling premium on an account, contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can make sure it's canceled for good.     I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
    Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.

    For the film not playing, you can use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
    Not sure whether you can request a refund for the double charge via the same link, if not then you can contact iTunes support here : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

    They are two different albums/EPs, so yes you would be purchasing (and therefore be charged) for both.

    You can certainly turn off auto-renewal for your subscription, so that you're not automatically charged when you subscription expires.
    Log in to Adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password.
    Click Manage Account.
    Find your subscription under Plans & Products, and click Manage.
    Turn off Auto-Renewal.

    One of charges was 807.85 USD on Dec 11th. The other was 802.19 USD, which has displayed as "pending"
    I received my iphone 5 on Dec 13th.

    Do both charges actually show up as charges?
    Most companies routinely do a temporary authorization charge when someone uses their credit card to make sure they are using a valid card. Once the item is shipped, the correct amount is charged. The temporary authorization will usually disappear after a while. Call your credit card company and ask if one was temporary; if not, open a dispute.

    Even if it happened to someone here, why are asking on a message board? You should be contacting the store where you purchased the the iPod from AND the bank who handles your debit card.
