SPRO Menu Path with TCode

Dear All,
Can we view Tcode along with SPRO menu path?
Thanks & Regards
Harpal Singh

Hi,
It totally depends upon the view maintainence activity...
However, if you want to see any t-code {if you are not able to see in IMG} then follow as below:
- Right click on the IMG activity {say define & assign pricing procedure}
- Select 'Display technical info
- Select Main Objects in above screen
- Copy Customization object
- Go to SE16
- Input 'TSTCP' and remove Max No of hits from selection screen
- Execute
- Then select Find {Ctrl + F}
- Input Customization object
- Then you will see the t-code
This will give you the t-codes in almost 90% of cases.

  • Tracking Menu Path thro' TCode

    Gurus,
Anyone knows the TCode for the following process:
A person knows the TCode, yet he couldn't find this node in sap menu tree view.  I did this some weeks ago, but now I forgot the TCode to find out this.  Sap has provision to find out the TCode menu from all Modules where the same TCode can be accessed.  Please help me.
    Regards,
    Ashok

    Hi Ashok,
Use transaction code "<b>SEARCH_SAP_MENU</b>". When prompted by the system, type in the transaction code you wanted to know the menu path and hit Enter.
<b>Note:</b> There may be more than one way to get to the same transaction. the system would list all these for you. Basically, you would start from the bottom and move upward.
    I hope this helps.
Do not forget to award the points please.

  • HOW TO FIND MENU PATH FOR A TCODE

PLZ TELL ME HOW TO FIND MENU PATH FOR A TCODE .
I HAVE MADE A MENU ENHANCEMENT  WITH TCODE +DW2.
IT MENU PATH IS NOT TRACEABLE.

    Hi Madan,
It is in the transaction code <b>S001</b>.
Check my previous post on this.
It is not listed on the SAP Menu. Thats why SEARCH_SAP_MENU returns nothing...
<b>Go to the Initial Screen and then type /n in the TCODE.
From there now type S001 to go to transaction S001.</b>
The other ways do not work. Like combining both in a single step : "/ns001".

But i cannot able to find the "SPRO / IMG" path.
    Please update with solution

    Hi Ravi,
I am not aware of some direct solution like Search_SAP_Menu for SPRO but here are the alternatives..
    1. Cntrl F in SPRO with some key search words.
    2. Go to that T-code, press F1 and click on customizing from there.

  • How to assign a TCODE to Menu Path

    Hi,
I have to assign a TCODE to Menu path. I saw many threads but its not helping.
Could you please let me know how to create.
    Sandeep

Is it a Standard Transaction by SAP?
1)Once you log in to SAP Click on Menu >> SAP Menu.
Now you can see the Standard Path of SAP
    2) Extras>> Setiings >> Tick the box for Display technical Settings.
Now when you drilldown the folders you will be able to view the T-codes in the folders.
    3) You need to find that it belongs to which Moudule, Like FI , MM, SD etc then go to the specific folder of the module and do a drill down. You will find the T-Code.
If you find it difficult, then you can create you own T-Code Path in Favorites Folder, by right clicking on Favorites folder you can add a transaction or add a subfolder.
    Thanks & Regards

  • How to add own customized transaction in SPRO (IMG Menu Path)

    Dear All,
I have a requirement of adding new customized transaction in IMG menu path. Can you please help me out how to do that?
    Best wishes,
    Atanu

    Hi
    Can you try this way:
You need to modify the structure ( node ) that you want to modify using transaction SIMGH. First you need to go to transaction SIMGH.
In the IMG structure just press f4 -> you need to give the title of the structure that needs to be edited. f8. Then you can modify the structure -> insert node.
You need to give the node text.
After creating the node, click on the node and select insert activity.
In the ID field give an entry, Give the description in 'name'.
Please check this link on how to add a node in IMG.

  • Menu path for factory calender. SCAL tcode

    Dear all,
Please let me know the menu path for factory calender. SCAL tcode

    Madhava
I cannot comment on Raghavendra's company's business policies.
User menus are user specific.  SAP menu is generic (by default).
My personal opinion is that everyone should have full access to every branch of the standard SAP Easy Access menu.  If you wish to prevent users from accessing certain transactions, it should be handled through standard auth objects, and not by 'hiding' branches of the SAP menu.
In most production systems, config change is locked down.  Therefore, regardless of authorization, SCAL is only effective to VIEW calendars, and not CHANGE them in production.  Pretty harmless, as far as I am concerned.
If your company wishes to add SCAL to a particular menu path, this can be done.  In my company, this type of change is handled by developers.

  • Restriction in menu path access

    Hi all,
I have just been assigned to limit access to menu path <i>List->Save->File</i> from the output of an ABAP report. Tcode has also been assigned for this report. I was able to access PFCG but I'm not too familiar as to how I could limit access to a menu using activity groups and profiles.
Any enlightenment is very much appreciated. Thanks.
    Sheila

    Hi,
If it is a custom code, you can restrict it by using command SET PF-STATUS ... EXCLUDING <menufunc> where 'menufunc' is the function-code (what you get in the sy-ucomm field when you choose this menu option eg %PC is what you get for 'Save to file').
If you are using standard PF-STATUS (ie no explicit PF-STATUS assigned to the report), you may wish to copy and apply the standard interface (STLI of program SAPMSSY0) to this program. Then you can use this option (or change the PF-STATUS itself to exclude this option in SE41).
I do not think that with PFCG you can disable menu options from the output screen of a report.
    cheers,

  • Diff b/w activate storage section chk via menu path & OMLZ

    Hi,
In SPRO>LE>WM>Strategies>Putaway strategies>Define strategy for Fixed Bin,
While activating putaway strategy as "Fixed Bin" it is not possible to tick the check Box "Storage Chk. section active" & getting error as "If you have st.pl.str. "Fixed bin", the area check must not be active"
But in Tcode OMLZ, i can able to activate this Storage section Chk.
I want to understand why such difference & what is the impact if i activate it in OMLZ
    Regards,
    Baskar

    Hi,
OMLZ is storage section search and the menu path is for putaway strategy, both are completely different.
Error message, is you are giving a particular bin as fixed bin but the storage section search is active for that. When the storage section search is active, i beleive fixed bin indicator is not possible.

  • OIOP-Menu Path

    Hi Experts,
I have one transaction Code OIOP now i want to search the Menu path for the same but unable to get the SAP Menu path.
I know there is transaction code search_sap_menu for searching the menu path but this is not supporting to search the Customizing related transaction code.
    Regards,
    Kavvya

    Hi
There is another work around for finding the menu path if you know the transaction.
Search in TSTCT table, take the short text of the transaction and search in SPRO (Configuration area).
Here you will get many options for the texts/ business area.
Decide the business area where you want to work with then choose the hit item. It will navigate you to the menu path!
    Hope this will help you.
