Dear Expert,
is work order creation ( IW31), i m not getting the Partner TAB, thats why i m not able to enter the Cuatomer, Is there any setting to Display the Partner TAB from the configration(SPRO)

In SPRO, go to the below menu path:
Plant Maintenance & Customer Service -> Maintenance & Service Processing -> Maintenance & Service Orders -> Functions & Settings for Order Types -> Basic Order View.
Here you will find the settings you want.

Hi ,
i have problem creating PO confirmations in SUS to SRM (6.0).
i have a PO with 2 items (SUS and SRM)

when i confirm a PO in SUS, a confirmation is sent via XI to SRM .
but the confirmation is created with hierarchy in SRM and in SUS is ok.

-HIER2
->item2
If the PO does not have hierarchy, then the confirmations
also will not have any hierarchy item. true??
is this a configuration problem in SPRO problem ? any sugestions ?

Delete PO Confirmation in SUS

Hi all
when i delete a po confirmation in SUS, the value and quantity increases in SRM, and it should decrease.
is this a technical or spro problem ?

Agent problem in Payment Release Workflow - SPRO

Hi FI PRof's,
I am using the standard workflow WS00400012 for Payment Release.I am using two level approval process.If the invoice amount is less than 20,000 it should goto approver X and if it more than that it should do for X first and then to Y.
I have assigned the agents in SPRO Customizing as follows :
WF Variant - 2000 Approval path - 0001 Level - 1 R.Amt - 10,000 Agent - X
WF Variant - 2000 Approval path - 0001 Level - 2 R.Amt - 999999... Agent - Y
I am using the standard rule 00400125 for agent asssignment.
My Problem for single level release the agent is found(X) and WF is fine.
But while two level release the responsible agent is not found..What could be the problem. Am I missing any thing in Customization.

Problem in a footer. FI - SPRO

Hello i have a problem in a SapScript footer.
In SPRO -> Financial Accounting (New) -> Financial Account Basic Settings (New) -> Global Parameters for Company Code -> ENTER GLOBAL PARAMETERS.
I have the company 0300 that as various phone numbers and e-mails in the "adress options". I have 6 ID's in total.
This information as a reflection in the SapScript Footer. Thats is my big problem, i don't know how to put the information of the Last ID 006. Is there any option in some transaction that we associate the "AREA - ID" to the cliente/company? (SapScript footer is not static).
Or the only possible way is to do an ABAP program!

Hi,
Customizing data are never transferred automatically from ECC to CRM. The delta load is not valid for customizing objects.
However, a download object does exist for this table, namely object DNL_CUST_SALES. What you can do is schedule an initial load for this object to run periodically in the background.You simply need to schedule a job for program SMOF_DOWNLOAD. Or you can create a request using R3AR2, then schedule prgram SMOF_REQUEST to run as a background job to load this request. These are all the options available.

I have a requirement to create an IDOC. i am elaborating in details.....
In VL09...i.e for can cellation of goods issued...
when a cancellation is done....an OUTBOUND idoc will be triggered
IDOC generation function module is created.
to trigger the IDOC i have excecuted NACE.
Now what output type I will select....
What is the section in SPRO where I can check whether the process code is activated or not.....

Appraisals & training and event management problem

Hi gurus.
I'm trying to configured the integration between Appraisal and Training & Event management (Appraising a Business Event and Attendee Appraisal
I set an attribute HAP00 REPLA = A .
But two problems occurred.
1.
The definition of Appraisal catalog for employees is no problem. But I have a problem with definition of Appraisal catalog for Business event and for Attendees.
Through the definition of Appraisal catalog via SPRO (Training and Event Management/Recurring Activities/Appraisals/Edit Appraisals Catalog) its possible to create an appraisal templates only for employees (it looks like that, because there is only Category group Personnel Appraisals and its not possible to add new category for example Attendee Appraisal).
Can somebody help me where I can define appraisal templates for Event management or how can I get the Appraisal catalog category groups - Appraising a Business Event and Attendee Appraisal?
2.
I set the attributes SEMIN EVAEV/EVAPA to the values 2/3 in connection with table T77BF.
When I run tcode PV33 or PV34 the matchcode of appraisal templates contains the list of all object type VA. The problem is that when I run tcode PV33 I dont want to see all appraisal templates, but only for appraising a Business Event.
It is possible to configure that so? If yes, how.

Problem in creation of Customer Master

Hi gurus,
I am facing problem in creation of customer master.
I have created a account group zz01 copying from 0001.which has internal no. assignement for the customer.
Now i am trying to create a customer master, at partner functions level under sales area data... the system is asking for the no. for each partner functions.. when i tried to manually enter, the system is not taking any number nor it is letting me save the data.
Please help me out in acertaining, what could be the issue.

its due to the number ranges that is specified in the partner determination ... chech what is the number range assigned in the parner determination ,,, so once u check that u have to manually enter the number between that range only .. this should solve ur problem...
path to check the number range is as below :
spro-img-logistic generalbusiness partner-customers---define account groups and field selection ---
at this point click position button at the bottom and give ur account group .. select ur account group and click detail button .. now inside that u can see the specified number range .. dafault is 08 ( means u can specify between 400000 to 499999)..
and some times u may not have defined number range... check urs and create accordingly ... this should solve ur problem...

Problem in creation of bean

I am currently working on a struts project. Is it necessary to use Validator framework(validation.xml and validator-rule.xml) for validating my form elements. Currently i am not using it. But i am getting errors like ....
In the jsp page where there is declaration for form element
<html:form name="myForm" type="....." action="/tocontrol" method="POST">
it is giving error in the above line that ----->"unable to find setter method for attribute name"
and if i remove the attribue 'name' and 'type' from the above line then the above error is not there but on loading the JSP it is giving
error-->Error 500: Exception creating bean of class com.ml.reportenginemonitor.forms.TryInterfaceform: {1}

I created master group in replication.
I have decided to use multi-master replication and because of that I add another site to my first master site.But when I do that in OEM ,I encunter to a problem
called that invalid compatible version ....
My Oracle Version is 9.2 and compatible parameter in my oracle is 9.2.0.0.0

i have checked the stock transport order setup in customization. but not getting the clear idea to come out from this problem.

Hi Rajesh,
when ur creating STO with UB doc type, then you have to maintain material in both the plants.
Regarding the error which is comming for you, you have to check the settings at
SPRO- IMG- MM-Purchasing-Set up stock transport order- Assign delivery type & Checking rule
here for document type UB and your supplying plant-XXXX select nothing for Dlv type(delivery type) and chr - 01 and after this save.
After this you create STO as you are doing and see what the system is prompting.
