Hi Experts,
Can you please guide me what spro settings needs to be done for implementing CAD Desktop. I have gone through the SAP Library notes but still confused regarding the IMPLICATIONS of the fields under CAD Systems in spro like Group Maintenance, Applications, Parameters etc.. What are their implications and what settings need to be done?
If any of you have got SAP notes on the Implementation and Spro settings for CAD documents, Please forward me.
Thanks a lot in advance....Hi,
for CAD Integration you also need the plug-ins for the CAD Systems. In the installation-guides for the plug-ins you also find the required settings for the CDESK customizing. In addition a lot of information - especially about the parameters - can be found in the notes (service.sap.com/notes).
More info on the plug-ins: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/CADIntegrationin+PLM

SPRO settings for the Creation of treatment codes.
Hi Experts,
Let us know SPRO settings for the creation of the new treatment codes and suggest us where it can be checked once created eg. Sales order,Delivery,Invoice.
Regards,
harmeshHi
What is Treatment Code??
If you mean Sales Order / Delivery / Billing Document Type then you may follow the below path in SPRO :-
Order :- IMG> Sales and Distribution>Sales > sales Document>Sales Document header(VOV8)
Delivery :- IMG--> Logistics Execution > Shipping>Deliveries --> Define delivery Type (0VLK)
Billing :- IMG --> Sales & Dist. > Billing> Billing Document--> Define Billing type (VOFA)

Hi Gurus,
We are trying to use 0CML_INIT_BUDAT, 0CML_INIT_DDISPO, 0CML_INIT_DFAELL, 0CML_DELTA & 0CML_DELTA_CAP for first time.
Have done prerequisite settings in SPRO tode in ECC client.
After when i try to run 0CML_INIT_BUDAT it extracts data only for the date which we have mentioned in 'infosources for position intialisation' in SPRO.
I am not sure where did i go wrong.
Please help me detailed steps for setting SPRO and also why is it not extracting all data from the position date specified rather it extracts only on that date.
Thanks in advance.
points will be assigned.Hi Nimesh,
I would like to receive the document as well.

EBRS - MT940 format - no transaction types available in SPRO settings
Hello Experts,
I got bank statement in MT940 format. I checked SPRO settings for electronic BRS. I checked in node create transaction type. However, I didn't find transaction type for MT940 format. How to get such transaction types in SAP.
Please refer screenshot and help me on how to get the transaction type for MT940.
MeenaHello Meena,
Transaction type which are mutually agreed by business and Banker's and which same has to be configure as mentioned in spro.
Financial accounting New > Bank accounting>Business transactons > Payment transactions > Electronic Bank statement > Make global settigns for EBS > where you have seen create trasnction code types as folder. Double click on that and maintain the same

Hi Everybody,
What are the defaut settings for SMQS in R3 as well as BW. In our server the status is Inactive for all processes. And how to change or register?
Thanks,
KushHi Kushal,
SMQS sttings in BW:
In releases up to and including BW Service API 3.0C, data packages are transferred independently of any enhancements to outbound scheduling (QOUT scheduler) that have since been made available. Settings in the corresponding control transaction SMQS were not relevant. However, in some cases, it was necessary to explicitly deregister the BW destination (see SAP Note 673940).
With BI Service API in Release SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (Plug-In-Basis 2005.1), you can (optionally) switch control of the transfer to the standardized outbound scheduling of the queued RFC. The approaches differ as follows:
● Connected BI system has Release <= 3.5
Default remains unchanged. You perform the switch manually using the RSA1_TRFC_OPTION_SET program. (Prerequisite in Basis Release 4.6C is qRFC version 9 supplement 45.)
Alternatively, the BW destination can be deregistered automatically.
● Connected BI system has Release >= SAP NetWeaver 7.0
The default setting is changed; however, you can revert to the original setting using the program mentioned above.
If you are using standardized outbound scheduling, the number of processes used to transfer data packages to the BI system has to be maintained for the BI destination in transaction SMQS.
In this case, the global data transfer settings (see SAP Customizing Implementation Guide (transaction SPRO)--->Integration with Other SAP Components ---> Data Transfer to the SAP Business Information Warehouse ---> General Settings ---> Maintain Control Parameters for Data Transfer) only effect the number of processes that are used to transfer the data packages from the extraction process to the tRFC for the transfer.
For regestering Go through...
When Your destination is registered and the queue status changes from INACTIVE to ACTIVE, if the queues contain LUWs that can be processed for this destination. WAITING and WAITCONN appear if the maximum number of connections has been reached or if the scheduler is waiting for a connection to become available again. As soon as a connection becomes available, the status changes to ACTIVE and the queue is processed.

Settings for SCE in CRM 5.0
Hi
I am using CRM 5.0 in our environment. We have made the settings for VMC, and it is now running fine. After this what settings do I need to make for SCE. As per documentation available, RFC connections are not required for SPE, SCE or TTE.
But when I look at SPRO in middleware parameters, we have to define some parameters for the SCE. Please tell me what all are the settings required for the same.
Cheers
HitsHi Hitesh
Look at the IPC config guide. You need to make settings in TBE31, CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR. -

Order type settings for convert planned order to production order
Dear sir,
I have 1 company code ,under 2 virtual plants are there. My scenario is plant 1(main plant)and plant 2 (virtual plant)
both plant same FERT material.in plant 2 i am creating sale order and atual production will be done in plant 1.
FERT material plant 2(strategy-40 sp.procurement-40 setting in spro ref plant (plant1) )and plant 1 material (strategy 82)
run the MRP MD50.panned orders are created but iam not getting production orders directly not getting the production orders
.i have done settings in spro OPPE order type is given.in MD04 manual conversion planned order to production order system asking order type ,but i given order type in OPPE
What are the settings for production order directly from sale order at the time of RUNNING MD50
Regards,
Naresh.Hi,
You will not get a production order out of MD50. That would have to be set up in the SD customizing for the sales order item, but I am not sure that would work with your two-plant setup.
After MD50 you need to run CO41 for the collective conversion (and I also recommend the mentioned production scheduling profile customizing and then maintain this profile in the material master work scheduling view)
