friends need help ..new in idoc and ale application had conceptual knowledge and studying too to give demo on idoc application so ... come across the SPROXY TCODE .. DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABT IT .. CAN ANYONE SHARE INFORMATION ABT SPROXY TCODE.. WILL BE THANKFULL ..

To me it doesn't make sense to trigger a IDOC via a PROXY. Probably I need to understand the bigger picture of the scenario here.

**Proxy creation in sproxy tcode

Hi all,
I am trying to create client(sender)proxy.
1)Created the message interfaces in the scenario,In the sproxy Tcode created the Proxy by right clicking the message interface and after creating the proxy,activated the same.
When I bouble clicked on the class ,I did not see the Excecute Asyncronous method.
The following methods got generated.
IF_PROXY_BASIS_INTERNAL~CREATE_FRAMEWORK
IF_PROXY_BASIS~GET_PROTOCOL
IF_PROXY_BASIS~GET_TRANSPORT_BINDING
IF_PROXY_CLIENT~EXECUTE
CONSTRUCTOR
MI_SAP_TABLE_DATA_OUT(my outbound interface name),in general I use to see Execute_Asyncronous method here in place of this interface.
how to call execute the Execute_Asyncronous method from my zprogram.
Where could be the problem.

Hi,
The proxy generation has changed from SP13 (PI 7.0). Now in the new generated class you will see the method as you see MI_SAP_TABLE_DATA_OUT as in your case. If you execute the method MI_SAP_TABLE_DATA_OUT (same as the name of the MI interface name) this will call the interface (sync/ asynch) depending on how you have defined in your message interface. Now if you want to test to make a async defined interface as synch try the code as below
extend the zco* class to a new class from se24.
open the method MI_SAP_TABLE_DATA_OUT
you'll see
ls_parmbind-name = 'OUTPUT'
comment all the four lines in this section.
Try calling the MI_SAP_TABLE_DATA_OUT again, this would execute the interface synchronouly.
You could debug this and find out the reason why this is getting changed.

I have come across the same problem.. Where username and password was maintained properly.. But, the RFC was not present in R/3 itself....somehow it was got deleted.. So, plz ask the basis to check that also..

** SPROXY is not working properly in Business System

My SAP Business System is having Ver 7.00. This system is already connected with our XI server. I face 2 problem when execute SPROXY tcode in this system.
1) System asks username & password for every click.
2) Whatever I have created SWCVs in IR, only SWCV names are displayed there are no objects under that.
I troubleshooted the following things.
I have run the following reports.
1) SPROX_CHECK_HTTP_COMMUNICATION - HTTP Communication is working fine.
2)SPROX_CHECK_IFR_RESPONSE - We get the response.
3)SPROX_CHECK_IFR_CONNECTION - Integration Builder connection is working properly and Data understood.
When I run the 4th report, SPROX_CHECK_IFR_ADDRESS, the data in the SPROXSET table is not shown.
Actually when I checked the data in the SPROXSET table, there is no data in that table.
Friends, how do enter data in SPROXSET table ? How to bring all the objects in SPROX under SWCVs.
Could you kindly help me to solve the above 2 issues ?

Actually
when you run the SPROXY it does 2 things
1. can take the rep information from the table
2. can take the rep info from the exchange profile in the SLD
if you want the sproxy to take the data from the exchange profile do the following:
RFC Dest: should work fine.
LCRSAPAPI
SAPSLDAPI
SLDAPICUST should work fine?
Also in RZ70 TC you should point to the SLD.
This 2 RFC are Registered Programs, if this RFC is working then your Application system can ping to the SLD where the exchange Profile is present.

** Logical Port in Client Proxy

Hi Friends,
I am doing proxy to web service scenario. My proxy is client proxy. After I created proxy, I checked that. There is no standard method 'EXECUTE_ASYNCHRONUS'. I read the Michal's blog /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2009/06/20/pixi-abap-proxies-say-goodbye-to-executeasynchronous-method and understand that this method is not created. The reason is that SAP_BASIS support package level is 15. (Release 700) in our R/3 ECC 6.0 system.
Now, I am not able to test my proxy from SPROXY tcode. It asks Logical Port.
1. Can you tell me, what is logical port ? How do I create this in LPCONFIG tcode ?
2. Once this is done, can I call the class with the method like in older version ?
3. Currently I am getting the information 'No vendor specified' while test proxy withe empty logical port.

Hi Rene,
If a logical port is not configured, the X/PI Runtime will be used instead.
In Jegathees' case, this is probably what happened. If you want to route your message through PI then you need to make sure that you are pointing to your Integration Server (i.e. PI), on ECC use transaction code SXMB_ADM --> Integration Engine Configuration. Role of Business System should be "Application System" and "Corresp. Integration Server" should be your PI server.
You will see when you test your client proxy (using TCode SPROXY) you have the option of choosing XI Runtime - or - Logical port too.

Problems while activating ABAP proxy

I am dealing with a problem while I am trying to activate a proxy in Sproxy tcode
Package Check for Table/Structure ZDT_ENVIO_DADOS_MESTRES_IN
The object TABL ZDT_ENVIO_DADOS_MESTRES_IN uses TTYP PRXCTRLTAB
Table Type PRXCTRLTAB
Package ZBW does not have sufficient use access
Does someone could help me on how to fix that ?

How to make proxy RFC between SAP R/3 and XI

Hi,
We have installed XI3.0sr1 with all SP16. Also also added proxy addon in R/3 machine. When i try to execute SPROXY tcode in R/3 , system shows " No connection to Integration Builder"
Can you please help , how to make RFC connection .

Check Exchange Profile Entries of R/3 so that it fetchs data from XI ..it should connect to XI

payload is contains some special charters in which is in protiguse language
example.
• AWPJ SERV DE TERCERIZ and
dot is the special char
same payload while testing using sproxy tcode dot "•" is converting in " # "symbol and with out error its successfully updating the database in ECC.
while testing using the same payload using soap ui removing the dot symbol from the field its successfully processing and updating the database.
is this interface is failing in PI level ? or ECC i am not getting dump in ecc.
is there any special character conversation in sap pi level.
where this message exactly failing is in PI level or in ECC level?

When you mark the option Do not use SOAP envelope the adapter will not generate the SOAP envelope therefore you need to set an extra mapping in the Request to wrap the SOAP envelope. For example with XSL:

Later in the response you will have the SOAP envelope tags. (You can do a first try without java mapping only to see in the monitoring the response with the junk character).
When you determine the junk character you can try to use and to modify the next java mapping SAP PI - Deciphering apostrophes in XML - Process Integration - SCN Wiki to deal with your problem.

ABAP Proxy Generation

Hi All,
I trying to create the ABAP Proxy(OUTBOUND)
I have created the message interface in XI and created outbound proxy in R/3 by using SPROXY Tcode.
Created the ZProgram by calling class.
and completed the Configuration steps in integration builder like (Receiver determination, Interface determination, Receiver Agreement and Receiver communication channel).
When I trying to execute Zprogram in R/3 it is giving "Proxy creation do not transport" and I did not see any message in SXMB_MONI in XI and R/3 too.
Is there any thing needs to be created in XI or R/3.
any help how to trace this..

HEY MURALI,
In short : these are development steps for ur proxy :
1. generate the proxy based on a package of 4 layer strucutre.
2. After generating the proxy , activate it.
3. i will always test my proxy , at this level so that i can see its working and no issues w.rt. calling from z-program
4. i will now go and check the working of z-program and activate and execute it. you can also check if the earlier steps were successful , w.r.t debugging ur program.
5. Also check the settings/ configurations if anything missing.

 Always proxies are developed at the application side.You have create proxy on ur R/3 system not on XI. Once you are done with the IR objects then the message interfaces will be reflect in sproxy tcode in R/3 and start defining the outbound proxy from there..

Getting "No Object type found error" in BPM sceanrio.

Hi Friends,
I am doing File to RFC with response sceanrio using BPM. For this i configured one receiver step, one send synchronous step to send input message to RFC and one asynchronous send step to send the response to a file.
I have configured 3 receiver determinations(file to bpm,bpm to ECC, bpm to file), 3 interface determinations(file to bpm, bpm to ecc, bpm to file) and 2 Receiver agreements(bpm to ecc and bpm to file).
I am getting the followin error:
No object type found for the message. Check that the corresponding process is activated
My sxi_cache has return code as ' 0 '. And as suggested in some threads, i deleted the objects and recreated them again. but still getting the same error.
Please help me in solving this issue.

Is all the objects created in IR and ID are reflecting in SPROXY tcode.
Check SM59=> AI_JCO_Server connection is working or not ?
Check SXMB_IFR tcode is working fine or not ?
Check sm22 and let us know the dumps are there ?
Check default trace files for any errors in the following paths ?
1.usr/SAP/X7systemname/DVEBMGS07/J2EE//cluster/server0/log/defaulttrace.trc
2.usr/SAP/X7systemname/DVEBMGS07/J2EE//cluster/dispatcher/log/defaulttrace.trc

I try to integrate PI and abap 7.0 using XI adapter (feel doubts about type).
RWB and SXMB_MONI at PI side show that test message was successfully sent. But I cant see it in DQ

Error when reading the ID of the business system from the SLD

Hi,
I am working on a scenario JDBC - XI - BW (ABAP Proxies). I configured all the steps required to connect XI & BW systems. The SLDCHECK transaction is all green. I was able to connect to SLD from BW using SXMB_IFR tcode too. I was able to look at all the XI Repository interfaces from SPROXY tcode in BW. Created a new ABAP proxy (class interface and method) for the message interface in XI from BW (SPROXY Tcode). Created all required config in XI Directory. Got the message from JDBC adapter, mapping done successfully, and the message failed in the CALL Adapter Step.
The error is "Error when reading the ID of the business system from the SLD for system BWS and client 100."
What could have gone wrong. Thanks in advance.
