States didn't seem to help. What did work is rebuilding the
architecture so the site is 100% SPRY:AJAX. Just one page. I guess
reloading pages defeats the concept of SPRY:AJAX.

My storage was getting low on my iCloud, so I decided to delete my files from numbers and pages on my iPhone and delete the apps on my phone because i did not really use it on my phone. When I got to work and clicked on pages and numbers on my iPad the files were gone. I assume the files were deleted through iCloud. I did not want the files deleted on the iPad and would like to know how to get them back?
If you also backed up to your computer - you can restore from that backup - to retrieve the files. As far as I know- that should have no bearing on deleting them from iCloud - they should still be in that backup.
If you used iOS file sharing with your computer - and saved the files to your computer - you can retrieve them from there.
if the only place that the files were saved to was iCloud, I know of no way to get them back. -
I purchased keynote, numbers, and pages when i bought my macbook air in late september. the december update will not load because it says i do not own the software and returns an error messgae 100. i have read manuals and looked over the web but i cannot figure out how to get this software update to identify that i do own these three pieces of software. they are installed and usable. any ideas would be appreciated before i call apple support.

If that is not it, look in the App Store under Purchases. Are they there?
If not, go into your account in App Store and click the link to show hidden purchases.
If they are still not there, use the support link in the App Store.
If they do show up, copy all the apps to an external drive, then remove them from your Mac. Go to the App Store, Purchases, and install from there. -
I have just downloaded Mac OS X 10.9 and Pages 5. When I open any pre-existing document in the new Pages the format is zoomed to 125%, the headers are out of position, the margins are changes, and inserted images are also relocated. What can I do?

Honestly I'm not sure if these began just after I updated FF to the current release, but it's been happening for at least 2 weeks. The arrow keys and page up and page down keys all work as if I'm pressing the 'home' and 'end' keys on my keyboard. This is only when using FF. Please contact me if you need more clarification. I installed OS X Mountain Lion on my desktop MAC and since then I cannot print pdf documents---I get messages like "plug in failed" or sometimes "no pages selected on printer" when clearly pages are selected

Here is one of the symptoms when you fill out a PDF form with Preview: If you save it and return it to the author, they will not be able to see the text that you've added to form fields - unless they click on a field, which will reveal the contents of just that field. You can recover from this problem, but Preview will also remove other field types, and will actually rewrite your complete PDF while ignoring what it does not understand. SP 2010 Publishing - Rollup and Page Images not visible when entering page edit mode

Hello, I have an odd issue recently appearing after installation of FEB 2013 CU install. When users select to Edit a Publishing Page the Rollup Image and also Page Image(Article Page Layout) are not visible. Only the "Click here to insert Image from
SharePoint" link is visible.
The issue has be confirmed in 5 servers across two farms
DEV, QA, and PROD on client recently updated
DEV and PROD in a completely separate client farm
I have confirmed the issue does not exist in two separate farms running April 2012 CU. In both of those environments the image appears with issue even in Edit page mode.
In the farms where the issue exists you can click the insert image link and simply hit OK to see the image again. An easy enough work around for tech savvy but my client's content admins are very confused/frustrated by.
Is this a bug? I have confirmed in two separate farms including brand new web applications using out of the box publishing site templates.Hi.
We have been facing the same issue in a 2013-environment (SP1), but in this case an upgraded 2010 Solution, which still runs in 2010-mode. Because of this, SharePoint still use resource-files in the 14-hive (as we have not performed an upgrade of Master
Pages etc.) The problem is also reproduced on a clean 2010 Site Collection in the same 2013-environment.
I have managed to find the cause of the problem (at least in our environment), and that is that as long as the selected picture/image has
not defined an "AltText"/"Alternate Text" the problem seems to occur.
In other words, try to define an Alternate Text and click OK in the "Edit Image Properties" Dialog.
I don't know if this may be the case for everyone else, but give it a try.
From this, I've further discovered (after hours of js-debugging) that there is a minor change (from 2010 to 2013) in a js-file called "SelectorControls.js" which is responsible for updating the various controls used in Page Layouts etc.
The problem exist in a method called ASO_UpdateButtonsAndPanels(), which checks whether the Image Control in question has content or not (Url). The local variable "hasContent" is then determined of an if statement, if(this.AssetData.ManageLinkDisplayText)
which in 2010 (14-hive) seems to be "true" regardless whether the Control is of type Image or Hyperlink. Further the code checks for AssetText (Alternate Text) which on an Image may be left empty.
In 2013 (15-hive) however, this if statement has been changed to, if(this.SelectorType==ConstLinkSelectorType), which clearly states "Image" or "Link" depending on the type of control.
I don't know if this is the cause of the problem in 2013, but in 2010 it seems to be exactly that.
Pending a solution from Microsoft, we have modified SelectorControls.js to overcome this issue until the customer decides to do a Visual Upgrade to 2013.
This is by all means not a supported nor a a permanent solution to the problem, as future Hotfixes, Service Pack etc. may "reset" our fix.

I used to be able to copy and paste images from the internet into keynote slides and pages. Now when I copy and paste all I get is an empty box. My iskysoft iTube studio has also stopped downloading videos. Is there an extension I need to enable? Any ideas
Try dragging the image to the desktop, then drag the image to the slide you want it on

When mousing over text, the cursor flickers constantly (with every letter passed) from arrow to i-beam and back. The problem occurs in both MS Word 2011 and Pages. Any idea of how to solve this annoying problem will be much appreciated. System 10.10.1 on a MacPro (Late 2013)
The mouse is controlled by the OS so don't guess any app other than a mouse driver or OS X itself would be able to cause this sort of flicker issue.
Have you seen the following and is it what you are seeing? Maybe you could make a movie (Quicktime is great for this this to make a screen recording) - but not sure how to attach a movie to these discussions as mine is grayed out and can't be selected (to the right of the insert image). What kind of mouse are you using? Is the mouse driver up to date if it's a third party mouse? -
Bear with me, I've not done this before. I can't seem to reliably print an envelope when using Pages. I go to "file" click "print", click "ok", see the printer icon flash in the dock with a red "1" (indicating a printing job), but then the icon disappears and nothing gets printed. I checked the printers queue and there is nothing there. The funny thing is, after many times hitting "print", twice I've had envelopes printed. ??? What's the secret?
Have you tested it from other software, such as TextEdit to establish that it is in fact Pages that is the problem?
Step us through Print Setup... and what you select when you send it off to print.

You can load envelopes from the multi-purpose sheet feeder. Your appliaction software must be set up to print the envelope size you are using. This is usually done in the Page Setup or Document Setup mebnu of your software. Refer to your appliaction manual
It also mentions an issue with paper thickness. -

Bold, vertical, line and inverted drawing created when using Penpad in Flash CC - Help?

Just recently, whenever I use my VisTablet 465 Penpad Stylus and tablet to mark on the Canvas in Flash, a vertical line is created. The length of it is proportional to how horizontally centered the cursor is on the screen. When I try to move the cursor, the brush makes an inverted mark off the end of the line. I cannot find out how to stop it, and cannot draw anything sensible in Flash.

Installation instructions
Log out and log in to the CC desktop application. Update the application when prompted.
You should see the list of new updates as soon as the new CC desktop application is launched.
Install Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging app. On a high speed connection, it took me around 8 minutes.
After the application is installed, you can launch the application directly from the desktop app by clicking on it.

Draw figures from a xml and then draw anothers when I click on them
This is what I have to do:
I got a XML file with the info of a drawing: circles, rectangles.....
I read the file and I draw the figures on a JPanel.
And now what I have to do is this:
When I click on a figure I have to recognize what figure is, for example, rectangle number 2 on the XML file. Then I have to read the XML and foud what I have to draw when I click on that figure, this info is on the XML:
