SQL script for LOV in designer 10G repository

Hi, i need to extract the full sql text (script or ddl) from each list of values registered in the repository, i know i can see the table usage, sql sets etc, but i need an script to built each sql from each list.

Sorry, I can't help with the SQL script, but regarding the Repository metamodel, have you seen the Schema Diagrams and the Repository and API Model Reference Guide on the Designer documentation page (http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/designer/documentation.html) on OTN?

Please help me resolve the Lync server 2013 deployment error: "An error occurred while applying SQL script for the feature BackendStore."

I am getting an error in "Step 2 - Setup or Remove Lync Server Components" of "Install or Update Lync Server System" step.
"An error occured while applying SQL script for the feature BackendStore. For details, see the log file...."
Additionally, all previous steps such as: Prepare Active Directory, Prepare first Standard Edition server, Install Administrative Tools, Create and publish topology are done without any errors. The user that I used to setup the Lync server is member of:
Administrators
CSAdministrator
Domain Admins
Domain Users
Enterprise Admins
Group Policy Creator Owners
RTCComponentUniversalServices
RTCHSUniversalServices
RTCUniversalConfigReplicator

I have tried to re-install all the things and started to setup a new one many times but the same error still occurred. Please see the log below and give me any ideas/solutions to tackle this problem.

I Had similar issue i end up uninstalling and reinstallting but same issue, then i change the drive but same issue. It was I/O issue. After adjusting my I/O it fix our issue and installation went on without any issue.

I am using my AD in Windows Azure VMs. I created new VM of A3 (4 cores, 7 GB Memory) Windows Server 2012 R2, Port 1433 MSSQL added, made it a member of Domain and planned to install first Lync Server 2013 on it.
In "Setup or Remove Lync Server Components" of "Install or Update Lync Server System", got an Red Coloured text "An error
occurred while applying SQL script for the feature BackendStore."
I have not enabled monitoring and archiving server in topology builder. I added "Network Service" and assign "Full Control" in Security Permissions of "C:\CsData" and "C:\LyncShare".
I executed the SQL Setup Wizard and upgraded any instance to 2012.
Please guide.

Please check you have enough disk space for the disk where the folders are.
Check view log for detailed log information.

You can use startSqlRepository or the other easy way to generate the sql scripts is to through dyn/admin.
Say you have all your repository xml structure in place and start your server. Let the table errors come in logs.
Once the server is started completly, goto dyn/admin and navigate to the repository component.
For example: To generate product catalog scripts, goto http://localhost:8080/dyn/admin/nucleus/atg/commerce/catalog/ProductCatalog
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where you ll find a link to the property "generateSql".
Hit generateSql and it will provide you all the scripts needed to run in your database.

Audit info for shortcuts in Designer 10g

Hi,
I want to create a shortcut for a domain to a context container from an owning container, which is straightforward but I've noticed that domains which were previously 'shared' in Designer 6.0 (and which are now shortcuts in 10g following migration) don't display their audit info in the container to which the shortcut applies, it's blank now.
This is also the case for the one I just created the shortcut for, it was migrated from Designer 6.0. In Designer 6.0, by contrast, you see the audit info for the domain in its owning application system and in all application systems into which it's shared. Wondered if anybody knew why?

Inserting sql scripts in Oracle Warehouse Builder 10g

Dear all,
Can anyone please tell me if we can use a process flow to insert scripts in OWB 10g..
If so, how can i do it??
I am having a problem to insert sql scripts in OWB 10g r2.
Infact, i have to write a script and insert it in OWB to populate data from a souce table to a target table.
I have checked the script in sqlplus and it's working correctly (update being done).
The problem is that how do i insert the script in OWB?? Can i use a process flow other than OMB PLUS??

I have inserted the following script in the sqlplus activity in my process flow.
INSERT INTO BMADW.TARGET_SALGRADE (GRADE, LOSAL, HISAL) SELECT GRADE, LOSAL, HISAL FROM SCOTT.SALGRADE;
COMMIT;
EXIT
When i run the script in sql*plus, it does the insert and the commit part successfully. I have to press 'ENTER' for SQL*PLUS to exit.
If i have to end the script, is the word 'EXIT' the right command to use??
My process flow is deploying successfully but when starting it, still no 'INSERT' has been done. It's taking too much time to run (without giving any error).
Please help me !!!

is it possible to generate automatically a SQL-Script from an existing table or oracle database ?
I want to export an existing table from an Oracle DB (g11) if its possible with the data.
Perhaps somebody could me explain how to to do this.
I am using the "SQL Developer 2.1" and the "enterprise manager konsole".
I'm a rookie in using this tools.

Generating .sql script for all objects of a User/Schema

What are the ways in which I can generate scripts for a full USER (all objects) with dependencies. (by dependencies I mean for example that PK be created first before creating FK).
We can export the full schema using (exp rows=n) but this will generate a .dmp file. I want a .sql file which can be run on any other machine (from SQL> prompt) so that user and all objects are created (without the need to use "imp").

But the easiest way to do this would be to do an export with rows=N and then an import.
You coule do an export and then let run the import utility with indexfile=<you_name_it>.sql and this way you'll get a file with all statements included (but table definition commented out).
Or you do it yourself (DIY-method), where you have to select all your relevant objects and their dependencies.

Update SQL script for lower SQL version

Hi, I am copying same records 9 times and this query is working fine in SQL-2008 or newer version but getting the following error in Lower SQL version. How I can run this script for lower SQL version.

Why are you using CTE in SQl server 2000. They were introduced from 2005. of course you need to confirm version of SQL Server

For your calculation view you will find the corresponding column view created in schema '_SYS_BIC'-->Column Tables->
<packagename>/<Calculation view> --> Open Definition of this and check the 'create statement'.
Note: This is a information modeler generated SQL script which will show the generated Calculation Scenario and the respective Column View.

OTL SQL script for timecard data

Hi,
I'm looking for a sql script to create a view to quiry timecard data including status, employee name, hours, project, task, type, etc.
Any help or pointers will be greatly appreicated.

The query will depend on a lot of factors related to the OTL setup and timecard layouts. You can't just have a generic query.

Could anyone please help me with SQL (plain SQL, not PL/SQL) for writing the data from a table into a .csv file?

But I want the SQL script to create a CSV file, because it should write the data from the tables into a CSV file, and proceed to delete it from the tables, every time the SQL script is run. I can't manually click and save.
