SQLJ in Oracle 10.1.0.2 missing translator.zip file

Hi Friends
I have installed Oracle 10.1.0.2 on my system and trying to use the SQLJ feature.
The Translator.zip file which contains the SQLJ library is missing after the installation.
The path where it is supposed to be present is as below
F:\oracle\product\10.1.0\Db_1\sqlj\lib
Does the Oracle 10.1.0.2 supports SQLJ feature and why is the translator.zip file missing.
Can you please let me know if this feature is currently supported for this specific oracle version.
Is there any problem in the installation or some other issue.
Please let me know if anybody has faced this issue previously and any help would be very helpful.

Oracle Database 10.anything is in desupport mode. This is a really bad time to begin implementation and development with such an old version.
My recommendation would be to remove what you installed and install 11.2.0.1 which you can download from http://otn.oracle.com.

Oracle 10.2.0.5 software download for HP-UX IA --missing a zip file?

Hi all,
Has anyone successfully downloaded and installed the oracle 10.2.0.5 patchset for HP/UX IA 64-bit ?
We downloaded the fie "'51040056-2.zip Oracle RDBMS patch 10.2.0.5 for hp-ux ia64 64 bit.'and 'un-jarred' it according to sap's directions.
However,when we try to install the oracle 10.20.5 patchset it complains about missing files,such as oracle.bali.cabo.
Since the zip file name appears to indicate that it is 2nd file of 2,we are wondering if there should be another zipfile to download on SAP's site? We only see the file indicated above.
If anyone has done this download/install succesfully for hp-ux ia 64,would appreciate your advice.

Export of BPEL process : ?oracle-xsl-mapper? is missing from XSL file

Hi,
I am trying to export a BPEL process from Enterprise Manager 11g console (version:11.1.1.2.0). After exporting, i dont see the tag <?oracle-xsl-mapper?> inside xsl/*.xsl files.Because of this i couldnt open the transformation from Jdeveloper.Is any one faced this issue.Is there any workaround for this.

Most of the deploy files are also BPEL Unix server. Login to BPEL Unix server and looking for deploy files /apps1/u10/BPEL/bpel/domains/default/tmp. Identify the .xsl file and replace in it your Jdevelper work folder.

I can't update Fiefox since update 10.o1 or 10.02. Every time I try to I get the same message, "7 - ZIP File is missing" I don't know how or where to correct this problem. I'd really appreciate any help that corrects this problem. Thanks sovery much,

Missing "7-Zip File"

I haven't been able to update Firefox since 10.01 or 10.02 because every time I try I get the same message the "7-ZIP File" is missing. Then the update fails. I've submitted this problem to Mozilla Firefox and, got an immediate reply of " they are researching your problem".
Well, you can tell how long that has been. Is there anything I can do, or any where I can go to get the file I need?
Any constructive help would be very much appreciated! I'm not sure If I'll ever be able to find where this is located. But I do appreciate help just the same.

Download zip files for Oracle 12c are corrupt

    I downloaded Oracle 12c Windows 64bit and the Disk2 Zip file is corrupt. It tried 2nd time but i got corrupted version only .

ERROR: ORACLE prepare error: ORA-00936: missing expression

Hello,
I am required to run "pass-through" Oracle SQL, to extract data from tables into SAS for processing and manipulation. My code (attached) reads and writes (executes) but with zero records to test first. I cannot get past the Prepare Error.
The query is very much like other queries that seem to work, but I cannot get past this prepare error. I have no other access to individauls with adequate knowledge of PL SQL, and as a last stop hoped others in the forum could quickly spot the source of errror.

Hello Again ,
Wish Oracle was a bit more informative. Am using a SAS Institute Product called Enterprise Guide. A "hot fix" was installed to address an issue that the product appears unable to save the latest version of edited code changes (hence " BETWEEN between" remaining even after a prior edit). In any case, with the change, am now receiving this error:
" ERROR: ORACLE prepare error: ORA-00904: "PHRMCY_CLM_FACT"."LAST_SRVC_DT": invalid identifier". (Log file appears below)
-The error remains, regardless of whether one uses "pass through" code to pass the date range to Oracle (which looks ok from the log output below I believe), or if I hard code the date range into the PL SQL query itself.
-The Prepare error always appears at end of the inner SELECT.
-The Prepare error remains, with or without the GROUP BY clause.
Is there anything else here I am missing? Someone suggested a reserve word - but from other ANSI SQL versions, I do not see that is the case. I have consulted SAS Tech Support and SAS List Serve at University of GA. but nothing definitive from these sources. Have requested facility to be able to run Oracle directly, outside this SAS Institute product - in process.

This is a Bursting problem under EBS 5.6.3. In production we have 5.6.2 and since our development system to 5.6.3 has been upgraded, the following error occurs on every single Burst being done using the Concurrent Manager only:

I can run the same file through 5.6.3 ($JAVA_TOP) libraries mounted on my JDev with no problems. Also the same XML file runs fine on Production under 5.6.2 - no problems. I have also checked the XML file using a syntax checker. I know this is not a syntax issue even though it looks like it.
Could someone point me in the right direction - explain what this means. Getting desperate as 5.6.3 will be going into production soon and all Bursting will fail with this error. I can't get the simplest XML File to Burst - NOTE this is only occurring on the EBS system (even running without the CM ie. a standalone java main it fails). I think this has something to do with the XML parser version and the EBS environment.

Hi Tim, good thinking - wouldn't have thought to check this file. Anyway can confirm that the problem is happening with multiple burst control files so I haven't checked the files themselves as the problem seems systemic. anyway here is an example.

try to run through the web I get the above error message. I am
running webserver 3.0 and Oracle 8 version on Sun E10K with ver
5.6, JDK 1.2.

I think there was a problem with the 8.0.5 distribution, in
that the oracle.sqlj.runtime classes did not make it into
the runtime.zip file.
Just add the oracle.sqlj.runtime.* packages to the zip
(compression must be set to none).
Additionally, you can remove the packages sqlj.runtime.util
and oracle.sqlj.runtime.util - these only get used at
translate time, not at runtime.
(Alternatively, if you can say: sqlj -profile=false ...
and your program still runs, you can do that, and your
applet will not use the Oracle-specific SQLJ runtime.)
Of course, the runtime.zip and your JDBC driver's zip must be
distributed with the applet.
If you get a SecurityException, then the SQLJ runtime you are
using utilizes reflection, and you have the options outlined
in my other reply to your query.

DROP and recreate the database. It is a *new* database without any data.
Check what datafile locations and redo log file locations you specify when creating the new database. Check if you have permissions and enough disk space.

Missing em.ear file while installing 11gR2 in windows 2003 R2

hi,
i have downloaded the oracle 11gR2 for windows 32 bit version but while installing "copying files" i am getting the error "file missing <>\applicatons\OC4J\em\em.ear and em.war files...
is there files missed while down loads? i have two zip files with 1.5 GB and 700MB of sizes.
i might think the anti-virus might be preventing some of the ear and war files to be downloaded ? anybody encountered this issue before?

I am unable to access the sample ADF tutorial demo files from this link.

ORABPEL-05205 Missing BPEL archive file.

I downloaded and installed Oracle BPEL Process Manager for Developer (10.1.2) ... I am following along with the QuickStart guide. I completed the creation of the myCreditFlow demo with no compilation errors or warnings. I deployed it to the localBPELserver via JDev. From the console I can see that there was an error while loading. When I click on it the error I am receiving is ORABPEL-05205 Missing BPEL archive file. It says to make sure that the process is located in the "C:\OraBPELPM_1\integration\bpelpm\orabpel\domains\default\deploy" directory... I checked and it is there. Any ideas as to what might be causing this issue?
