Sqlplus not found after db install on linux

Question

Hi gurus,
i have installed oracle db 10gr2 on linux redhat 5, installation was successfull but when i run sqlplus /nolog at the terminal i get -bash: sqlplus: command not found.
Below are other information you may need:
