Looking for a LabVIEW Test Engineer for Crane Aerospace and Electronics

Experience:
5 - 10 years’ experience in hardware test engineering, preferably in an aerospace related product field.
Knowledge:
Expert level proficiency in programming using LabVIEW ("Certified LabVIEW Developer" certificate, minimum) mandatory.
Knowledge of test equipment design and control using LabVIEW mandatory.
Experience working with fluids movement and control highly desirable.
Skills:
Test software design using LabVIEW and perhaps TestStand.
Hardware design using predominantly commercial off-the-shelf components and design of cables and harnesses.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects and engineering activities while balancing priorities and schedule commitments.
Work independently under minimal supervision and guidance to perform tasks of substantial complexity and to be capable of leading and coordinating the efforts of junior engineers.
Familiarity with FrameMaker is highly desirable.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Technical writing experience with a strong command of the English language is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience working for an aerospace or equivalent company with regard to the rigor of software creation and hardware design with emphasis on safety.
Eligibility Requirement:
Must be a US Person under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to be eligible.

Immediate need for LabVIEW Test Engineer in San Diego, CA

Greenlight Technical Consulting has an immediate for a LabVIEW Test Engineer to work on site at our client facility in San Diego, CA. For this position we are seeking people that have experience with LabVIEW 8.5 or 8.0. In this role you will be required to assist in the design and evaluation of new systems and the building of test fixtures. You will also be running tests with LabVIEW 8.5. On a limited basis you may be responsible for programming circuits and test fixtures.
The duration of this assignment is for at least 3 months.
