Hi
I am new to Premiere and video editing and trying to render a sequence that I need to return tomorrow as a project.
My sequence concists of a few WMV clips that have been cut(some are in fast motion), some JPEG pics, and a .wav song.
In the process of rendering I get the error :[..\..\Src\pp\\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114]
Rendering stops.
I also get the same error when playing individual WMV videos(It comes at the end),but not when all the videos are assembled together?!
I hope someone could somehow help me get through this....

Im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I dont know what else to do. When i use AME or Export as Movie Im getting the ugly [..\..\Src\pp\\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114] error! Afterwards i get an unable to compile error. i have scoured the internet looking for answers. I have tried a few of the solutions but nothing seems to work. I have a project for my college class im working on and i need to figure this out. To start over would be a hefty process that does not sound like something i want to do. So far i have tried zooming all the way in on my tracks and looking for blank spots, i have tried adding a transparent video on the top layer spanning the entire sequence, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, importing my project into another project, using different project setting, different export settings, and so far nothing has seemed to work.
I know its ancient but im running CS3 and my machine is running AMD Quad-Core Processor with 8GB ram.

If you have a red line over the timeline after importing a video and before adding any
effects... your project is wrong for your video... read above about codecs
Once you know exactly what it is you are editing, report back with that information...
and your project setting, and if there is a red line above the video in the timeline,
which indicates a mismatch between video and project

[..\..\Src\pp\\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114] Dropped Frame CS3 Rendering Error

So, I recorded a small film (~15 minutes) on a Kodak Zi8 camcorder. I loaded it all into Premiere Pro CS3 fine, and I have it all in the timeline just fine... except I can't export it.
The Zi8 recorded in 720p H.264 mode, and when I try to export the whole timeline, the computer gives me the [..\..\Src\pp\\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114] error, then says a frame was dropped. I thought the length of the clips was the problem, so I broke them up into 3/4 minute chunks. Still same problem. It'll stop whenever - not always at the same spot, give the error, then stop rendering. I'm trying to export it as a Quicktime H.264 HD video.
I have a Dell Inspiron 530s running Windows 7 Professional, Core 2 Duo 2.53Ghz, 3GB RAM, 320GB HDD, ATI Radeon HD 3450 video card.
So far, I tried making the video into 3-4 minute clips, but that didn't help. I also tried dropping a transparent video layer on top of the whole thing (in case it had something to do with a dropped frame) but it still gave me the error. I also changed the rendering mode to "Memory" instead of "Processor" but to no avail...
I'm stuck. Part of me thinks it's just because I don't have enough memory to render, but I close out of every other program while I'm rendering. Plus, this is a relatively new computer. I purchased it back in November of 2008, and it has a dedicated video card.
Any suggestions? This video is for a class project and it's due in a couple weeks!

I am nearing my last strands of sanity. This project has been due two days ago has been giving me fits with the same error message. My system wotks on AMD Athlon, 64 X2 Dual Core, 3 GHz with 8 GB RAM. Working with Premiere Pro CS3. I have an external 1TB drive with 200gb of available space. This is my first foray into the world of DSLR. I am editing with a combination of my regular Mpeg files from my Sony ZIU and MVI files from a Canon 5D DSLR. Editing the project was painstaking slow because I had to render all the MVI files even before I could use them. The error message [..\..\Src\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114] came up quite often but clicking on okay made it go away without closing my project. Come encoding time to Encore it will stop at the 43.3% mark. Have tried transcoding to a DVtape, no luck. Tried encoding to Mpeg2, uh uh. Always stopped at the 43.3% mark. One blogger here had posted that gaps on the video track might cause this.......I have been editing on Premiere for 10 years and that is the 1st time I have ever heard of that. I have always placed gaps on my video track and this particulare project is no exception and have never experienced this. I tried converting the MVI files to Mpeg but could not find a converter that would retain the same file size of the original files. Suffice it to say that my level of frustration is on red. Did you solve your issues? Any idea on how to fix mine? Guys? Anyone? Anything?

CS3 PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114 error

I am running Windows Vista 32 bit and Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. I have been working in HD video for over 6 months now and haven't had any troubles exporting footage from Canon T2i or T3i.
However, now when I export it will render out about 30-45% and display an error "Src/PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114"
Sometimes it will say a video frame failed to generate content, and I go to that frame and change the footage, etc, and then it will give me a different frame that is the issue, so I don't think it's a problem with my video, but instead sometime corrupt in my Premiere. Sometimes it says that Adobe's memory is low, but it has around 1.3 TB of storage, though I can't change the main media scratch discs, but there is still enough room where they currently are.
I have searched Google and other forums and tried everything they suggested. Two things I am unable to try are to put a transparent video on the top video layer above the entire project (the clip drop down menu is all grayed out all of a sudden), and another was to take a file from the Encore CS3 and copy it into Premiere, but I have Premiere CS3, and the rest of the suite is the older version, CS2 or 2.0.
I called Adobe and they told me to upgrade to the newest version of the software. I am working on building a new computer and with that I will be upgrading all of my software, however until I can save up the money and get all the components I am stuck with what I have.
It is important to me to resolve this as quickly as possible, and I will provide any further information required to try and get to the bottom of this issue. Thank you

Welcome to the forum.
I am not familiar with that particular error message, but with "Failure to Return Frame," or similar syntax, it is caused by there being a gap in the Video Stream. That might be a tiny, one-Frame gap, or a larger one.
I would check the Timeline very carefully (zooming in horizontally to the max), and especially about the point, that the Transcode is failing, but remember, that might just be the first problem, and there could be more lurking down the Timeline.
If you need a gap between Clips in the Timeline, create some synthetic Black Video (New Icon in the Project Panel) and fit that into the gap.
Another "trick" is to create Transparent Video, place it on a higher Video Track, and extend that to "cover" all gaps in the lower Video Tracks. Personally, I like Black Video.

I’m using PPRO in Production Premium CS4.
I’m getting the “Src/Win/WinFile.cpp-754” error” when I AME starts or shortly after it starts. System worked fine since I installed the CS4 upgrade 4 months ago but today a project is due and this happens.
My system: Dell Precision 690, 3Ghz Xeon processor, 4 GB ram, Internal HDs (1) 300 and (1) 400 GB, External HDs (2) 1 TB.
I’ve read and searched the forums and now I’m frustrated and in need of some help. Has anyone found definitive solution to this “Src/Win/WinFile.cpp-754” problem?

Hi,
I searched the internet with that error mssg and it seems a lot of them have to do with video card drivers. There was some information about matrox drivers and that problem on the internet...
Also some 'Axio' card driver problems related to that error message...
Have you recently updated your video card drivers ?

to launch the console, verify that the Frobable EJB is correctly deployed as
frobtarget with the correct class path specified. The 6.0 JAAS sample is

Hi,
I have the following set up:
* Lenovo T-61p
* Windows XP Pro, SP 3
* HP Photosmart 8250 printer (with nothing plugged into the various card readers, and USB slot in the printer)
I am getting the following error:
Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x75CE023C
0x84C40C84 0x75CE023C
I have done a lof experimenting and thru process of elimination, and believe I have determined that this only happens when the HP Photosmart 8250 printer is plugged in to the USB slot of the computer.
I can stop it from happening by safely removing hardware, and removing the drive that the 8250 creates on your computer when you plug it in. In my case, this is drive E. I'm guessing if there was something in the the various card readers, and USB slot in the printer, that's what those would be, but I don't those use those functions of the printer.
I understand there is more at work than simply the printer, because I did not used to get this error, so some software changed as well, that is scanning all ports, and finding a drive that has no disk, and producing the error.
A simple google search finds a lot people all over the world having this problem, and are solving it in different ways, because the suspected source is different: Norton, HP, etc.
I have tried everything I have read, and the only thing that works was my own idea, of manually safely removing the drive the printer creates each time I plug in the printer.
Anyone every any better, more permanent solutions? Or know what the real root of the problem is? What is scanning all the drives and being showing an error message because it found an empty drive?

I've been getting the same error on my 4G nano for the past week. I've had my nano for about a month and the first few weeks were fine. Tried it on 2 different computers (Vista and XP) and same problem. Tried it on a 3rd (XP) and it started ok. Problem started coming back after a day.
I was able to find a quick fix though. I noticed that sometimes the message says something like "iexplore.exe... no disk..." even if I don't even use IE. What I do is end iexplore.exe on task manager before running iTunes and syncing my nano. I don't get the error whenever I do this, but one drawback is that the contents of my nano suddenly pops up in a window - even when disk use is not enabled.
I've reset/restored my nano dozens and dozens of times to make sure it's clean. Leads me to believe it's a driver issue. Either that or I have a friggin malware problem I can't seem to find.
I'll be posting updates every now and then. I'm no expert so I'm hoping an Apple expert also steps in to give some input.

Sounds like you can't update your device. You don't mention an error that it gives you. Take a look at both of these articles to troubleshoot.

If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.
