SRGB in 5d Mark 2 are saved as Adobe RGB (1998) in CS5

I used to think that was my mistake in the camera, but if that is normal, it's just not fair. I know I have to convert, but I don't see why this change.

I apologize for mixing things up, i have both CS3 and CS5 on the dock, but i was actually using CS3 because i want to stay with the tried and truth
for this thing, so i had set RGB in the camera, but my pictures are, as default, checked as Adobe RGB (1998) as a color space in the save as dialogue box, is this what you mean by color settings? i said, I know how to convert, but i don't see why CS3 should change my color space.

Why are previews in Adobe RGB (1998) ?

In experimenting with emailing previews from Aperture I noticed they were washed out when displayed on the Windows PC that received them.
I dragged a preview to the Mac desktop and choose “get info” to see that the Profile Name is Adobe RGB (1998)
If I export (using the export function) the same file it’s profile name is sRGB Profile.
Why is this, and is there anyway to have previews use the sRGB Profile?

First - Yes, if you view a photo saved in the Adobe RGB color space and open it in a program (or computer) that is expecting a photo in the sRGB color space, the colors will looked washed out or pastel and not show the vibrant colors you original intended.
Adobe RGB is most commonly used by professionals submitting to publications. Unless your client says otherwise, I would submit your photos to them in the Adobe RGB color space.
Corbis, for example, asks their photographers to use the Adobe RGB color space because that's what most of their clients ask for.
I use sRGB for my family photos, emailing photos to friends, and the web.
Second - If I understand your question right,
You can set your email export preset in Aperture's preference window. From there you set your file format, size, compression, AND your color space.

My documents are saved as Adobe Reader instead pf Microsoft document

Ever since I installed Adobe Reader software, each time I save a document as Microsft Doc, it is instead saved as Adobe Reader.
I don't want my documents to be saved as Adobe Reader. I want to save my documents as Microsoft .doc
What do I do to solve that?

How are you saving these documents; from Word? And they get saved as .pdf despite you selecting .doc?
Please explain exactly what you are doing, and what the result is. "Saved as Adobe Reader" does not mean anything.

How do I get photoshop to open my images as sRGB instead of Adobe RGB?

My Camera is set to sRGB but when I open the raw files they are opening as adobe RGB. I take photos of clothing for online stores and when the Adobe RGB images are loaded onto their site it is turning all of the skin tones grey. I don't want to manually change every photo when I open them in photoshop.
Also, what is better for portraits and printing? sRGB or Adobe RGB?

This is set in ACR workflow options (the blue link below the main image window).
The camera setting is irrelevant, that only applies to in-camera processed jpegs. A raw file has no color space until it's opened into one in the raw converter.
Stay with sRGB until you know why you want a bigger color space. It has advantages, but also carries risks that can bite you if you don't know what you're doing.

My images look completely different while I'm working in Bridge and Photoshop (CS6) than they do once they are saved.

They look normal while I'm working on them in Bridge or Photoshop but when I saved them (doesn't matter how I save them - jpeg, png, it's all the same) and view them with any other program or on any other computer the blacks go through the roof and the contrast is way too high. I didn't have this problem at all on CS3 and I'm using the same computer and monitor.

The profile, in this case Adobe RGB, follows the file, that's the whole idea. The profile defines the colors you get with those specific RGB numbers. The only option when you save is to not embed it, which is usually a very bad idea, because then the RGB numbers no longer have a specific meaning. They're just arbitrary numbers.
The working space mainly matters when you create a new file. The document profile, if it already has one, overrides the working space. Put it this way: each file has its own working space, and then you have a backup working space in case the file has none.
(You can change this behavior in color settings > color management policies, but don't. The default is "preserve embedded profiles", and that's the only sensible setting. The other two will quickly send you out swimming with no dry land in sight. So to speak).
All that said, working in Adobe RGB is probably not a good idea until you get a better understanding of the implications. sRGB is the safe choice, it will usually display correctly without any special considerations. So if you have an Adobe RGB file and you want to use the safer sRGB instead, you convert to sRGB, with the menu item Edit > Convert to Profile.
Don't be confused by the fact that you then have sRGB as both document profile and monitor profile. That's coincidental, and just to set up a safe workflow. These two profiles are still separate and serve different purposes. The document profile defines the numbers in the file; the monitor profile describes the behavior of the monitor. But they're similar enough so that you can use it in both places.
So. What do you see now, with sRGB as monitor profile? You must close down Photoshop and relaunch it for the new profile to take effect. Are they similar or still different?

Alternatively, if you have been using Photo Stream, you can open iPhoto on your Mac, and on the menu named "iPhoto" click Preferences and then iCloud and put a check mark in front of "Automatic Import" to automatically import photos from My Photo Stream into regular iPhoto Events. You can also open iPhoto and click on iCloud in the left hand pane and manually move photos into Events.

many parameters (like lowercase) are not stored in the InfoObject but in the Data-Element (Table DD04L) or the Domain (DD01L).

Making a new preset after adjustments i've make no check mark boxes are checked

When ever I make a photo adjustment and want to save it as a preset all the check mark boxes aren't there I have to manually check the boxes I want saved. I have the adjustment switch on when I click new preset. It use to have the adjustments I've made already checked. This is for my friend. When I use lightroom and save a preset the check mark boxes are there. Any Suggestions? Thanks

When you move or copy the compound clips with their events into an external drive all the events should be there. Not clear on why you want to move them into a single event. You can drag and drop from one event to another.
Why are you using compound clips? You can simply copy the project from each machine with used media onto the external drive and that should do it.

My Firefox will not open at all. I can't even get in to my user Profile to change that and see if it helps. All of my bookmarks and passwords are saved there!

I did a Windows update this am. As soon as that was completed, my Firefox froze and wouldn't respond at all. I had to close it out. After I tried to reopen it, and it won't open at all. There are two things we use the name "Slideshow" for in Aperture: a Slideshow Album, used for making Slideshows, and the Slideshow that is made. (Imho, it is a design mistake to not call the containers used to create Slideshows, Books, etc., "Albums".)
The Slideshow will use the Album Pick from any Stack. A good way to use Aperture is to promote the Image you want to regularly use (such as, for example, a Version with adjustments) to the top of the Stack. This makes it the Stack Pick, and will be the default Album Pick. If you haven't done that, you can still change the Album Pick for any Stack in a Slideshow Album. Expand your Stack(s), select the Image in each Stack that you want to be the Album Pick (and thus shown in the Slideshow), and "Stacks➞Set Album Pick". (Note the keyboard shortcut; there is also a Toolbar icon for this.) The change is immediate. The Slideshow will always show the Album Pick (or, if there is not one, the Stack Pick) for every Stack in your Slideshow Album.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding the nature of this feature but from reading the text in the manual I would come to expect
that hitting i.e. J&K - would go the next visible item in the ruler be that a Keyframe or Marker etc... However, when I hit K timeline takes me to the end of the composition and J to the beginning. And I have a lot of markers set.

It works on layer markers and keyframes, but not comp markers. Furthermore, it will also not work, if index items have been scrolled out of view or are shy even if the property streams and their keyframes are otherwise visible. This has never been any different, but it's quite annoying.
