Srm extractor for condition list or price

Hi All
I have a requirement on where I need to extract information about SRM, we have BI 7.0, actually we use the extractor 0BBP_TD_CONTR_2 to get information about contract and all the information for each line of the contract (like material, date begin, date end, unit price, etc)
Now the SRM will be use condition list o price list, exactly they use section:
Global Outline Agreement  Item Data level  Conditions
In this section you can see
Overview of Conditions
Condit. Type
Location
Amount
Price Unit
Unit
Valid From
Valid To
Actions
Price(Contract/Bid)
Object GUID/Inventory Location
etc
Do you know any way to extract this information into BI??
I think that If I get this information and later I cross with SRM Contact information I can get analysis.
We need to evaluate certain conditions types into BI
          I will appreciate your help.
     Thank you
Alicia

Hi Dennis
   Thank you for the answer
I read about 0SR_REL_CT, but I didn't see fields related with conditions.
Exactly the fields that I need to obtain with extractor or data source are the information that you can see when you read contract:
Strategic Purchaser
     Contract Management
         Process Global Outline Agreement
When you read the information about contract item data, you can see conditions, this condition can apply for different dates, or different quantity, and as I understood the line item will take the price unit according to this conditions..
Did you have any idea how to get this information to BI?
   Thank you
Al

  • BC extractors for retail IS-R prices?

    hi,
we're wondering if there are business content extractors in BW for IS-R-specific prices, which we have identified so far as the ff: rackjobber fee, moving avg price, purchase price net of discounts, basic purchase price, retail price and promo price. none of what we've seen so far caters directly to these key figures, and none with the (hopefully) standard relationships that should be established. (like article-vendor-site specificity for some of the prices)
any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

I think you have to create custom data source for each individual price condition. That is what I have decided to do since I can not find any standard BC data source  for this.

  • SAP delivered extractor for list price

Hi: I need to get the list price from R3 to BW. The two tables from R3 are A004 and KONP joined by condition record number.
Is there any built in SAP provided extractors for list price from R3 to BW?
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Function Module is the only methodology for creating DataSources from Pooled or Cluster tables. There is a template Function Module, called RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE, that you can use along with taking a look at the following document:
[SAP BI Generic Extraction Using a Function Module|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a0f46157-e1c4-2910-27aa-e3f4a9c8df33?overridelayout=true]
As for creating a generic delta, there are only three delta-relevant objects: 1) Time Stamp; 2) Calendar Day; or 3) Numeric Pointer (e.g. Document Number). Here's a 'How to...' guide for creating generic deltas on a single delta-relevant object:

  • Condition type used for invoice list

    Hello Gurus,
following condition type used for invoice list, why do they exit in invoice list:
             RL00    MW15.  LR00    RD01

    Hi,
Please go through the below document
When you work with invoice lists, you need to be familiar with the following concepts:
    Prerequisites for invoice lists
    Relationship to Pricing
    Structure of an Invoice List
    Changing header and item data
    Integration with financial accounting (FI)
    Prerequisites
You can only process invoice lists if the following prerequisite data is defined by your system administrator in Customizing for Sales:
Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
An invoice list type must be assigned to each billing type that you want to process in invoice lists. The standard version of the SAP R/3 System includes two types of invoice lists: LR for invoices and debit memos, LG for credit memos.
Copying requirements must be defined (for example, the payer, terms of payment and other fields that must be identical in the documents to be included in the invoice list)
In addition, before you process an invoice list, you must maintain the following master data:
A customer calendar must be defined, specifying the time intervals or dates on which invoice lists are to be processed.
The customer calendar must be entered in the Billing Sales Area view of the customer master record.
Pricing condition records for the condition type RL00 and, if necessary, (e.g. in Germany) the condition type MW15 must be maintained.
Output condition records for condition types LR00 and RD01 must be created.
    Relationship to Pricing
The system processes factoring discounts in invoice lists in exactly the same way as other kinds of pricing elements. The data for the factoring discount is stored in condition records. Controlling during document processing is carried out via condition types, pricing procedures and access sequences. This control data is defined in Customizing for Sales by your system administrator.
For further information, see  Conditions and Pricing.
    Structure of an Invoice List
An invoice list represents an individual billing document. It consists of a document header and document items. Each item represents a billing document that you have included in the invoice list. The header contains an overview of summary information, such as the net value of all documents in the invoice list, the value of the factoring discount, details of taxes, and so on. It also contains information on partners and output.
    Changing Header and Item Data
You can change some of the header data - for example, the billing date - when you process the invoice list. You can change an item - either an individual or collective invoice - and display document details. However, you cannot change any data in individual billing documents once they are part of an invoice list.
It is possible, however, to make certain global changes to output in all items in an invoice list.
For further information on output, see  Communication in Sales and Distribution Processing.
    Integration With Financial Accounting (FI)
The documents that you want to combine within an invoice list must already have been billed and forwarded to Financial Accounting. Here the billing documents intended for an invoice list are blocked for normal dunning transactions.
The dunning block on FI documents is lifted as soon as you create an invoice list and transfer it to FI . The system then calculates the new dunning date for the invoice on the basis of the invoice list date.
In addition, the system enters invoice list numbers in the FI documents as reference numbers. Invoice list numbers can then be entered for incoming payments.
When you save the invoice list, the system automatically creates an accounting document for the factoring discount and possible taxes and posts it to the corresponding G/L account in FI.

  • Extractor for Purchasing Conditions for tables EKKO, EKPO and KONV

    Hi Experts,
I want to know if there is an Extractor for Purchasing Conditions with fields in tables of Origin: EKKO, EKPO and KONV.
Or, at least an extractor with the table KONV.
Or, how I can look for it.
Any feedback, will be really apreciated.

  • Extractor for Purchase Prices?

    Hi all,
We would like to use the new extractor for Purchase Prices (Retail) named 0RT_PURCHPRICE_PUORG_ATTR in BI Content 7.03. However, I got issue in activating this data source in BI 7.0. I am wondering if any other BI experts have experiences. Any input is highly appreciated.
Thanks for your help in advance
    Regards,
    Sally

    Hi Vijay,
For all purchasing data you should use Extractors 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_02_HDR and 2LIS_02_SCL . Table EKKN filed PS_PSP_PNR gives you the WBS element associated with the PO. You have to enhance the data source if the field is not available to you. or alternatively you can build your own custom extractor using purchasing tables EKKO, EKPO, EKKN etc.

  • SRM PO Pricing condition from SRM to ECC -Extended Classic Sceanrio

    Dear SRM experts,
We have created couple of conditions in SRM7.0 and ECC 6.0 as per requirement. When we create PO in SRM and If we add any condition in SRM PO, PO is getting transferred with netprice(including condition amount).
We would like to see conditions also in ECC which are there in SRM.
    For ex:
I have created SRM PO with net price 30 and having freight amount(15) in that PO with Fregiht condition type but when it comes to ECC PO net price is changing from 30 to 45.
We would like to see net price as 30 and 15 as Fregiht condition.
Overall I can say that Is it possible to pass conditions from SRM to ECC in Extended classic scenario.
    Thanks
    Ravi

    Hi,
the challenge lies in synchnizing the conditions and ensuring that price returned by IPC in SRM matches the price in the backend.

  • Condition Types in Price Determination Process

    Hi
Can any one explain me about in Detail about the VARIOUS TABS that  work in the CONDITION TYPE  of PRICE DETERMINATION PROCESS
    Thanks & Regards,
    Senmani.

    hi
    hi
    control data 1 :
Condition Class is a grouping that lets you control each condition type differently.
For example, the condition type "taxes" defines that the taxes in a document must be recalculated if the country of the ship-to party changes.
Condition category (examples: tax, freight, price, cost)
A classification of conditions according to pre-defined categories (for example, all conditions that relate to freight costs).
Condition category basically identifies the type pf cost the Condition type is being used for & can be used for .
    Calculation type
Determines how the system calculates prices, discounts, or surcharges in a condition. For example, the system can calculate a price as a fixed amount or as a percentage based on quantity, volume, or weight.
The calculation type can be set when generating new condition records. If this does not happen, the calculation type maintained here is valid for the condition record
    Rounding rule
The rule that determines how the system rounds off condition values during pricing. The last digit will be rounded.
    Example
In the standard rounding rule '_', values are rounded off according to business standards:
    10.454 -> 10.45 DEM
    10.455 -> 10.46 DEM
In rounding rule 'A', values are always rounded up:
    10.459 -> 10.46 DEM
    10.451 -> 10.46 DEM
In rounding rule 'B', values are always rounded down:
    1045.9 -> 1045 LIT
    1045.1 -> 1045 LIT
In this example, the currency of the condition rate is Italian Lira. The Italian Lira does not have any places after the point.
    Structure condition
controls whether the condition type should be a duplicated condition or a cumulated condition.
This control is only helpful when you use bill of materials or configurable materials.
Aduplicated condition is duplicated into all assigned items.
A cumulated condition contains the net value of all assigned items.
    control data 2 :
    promotions
Specifies that the condition type in question is only valid for Promotions.
    Use
Conditions for which this indicator has been set can only be maintained via the 'Promotion' menu - not via the Purchasing menu.
    Accrual (e.g. Freight)
Indicates that the system posts the amounts resulting from this condition to financial accounting as accruals.
    Use
If you mark this indicator, the condition appears in the document as a statistical condition.
Before Release 4.0 variant conditions (VA00) had to be created with the condition category 'O'
Problem: It was not possible to indicate a 'Variant condition' at the same time as 'Internal costing condition' and 'Freight'.
Solution: For this reason more indicators are being set up in 4.0 for the condition type:
    'Variant condition' (KVARC)
    'Internal costing condition' (KFKIV)
The characteristic values O and I for the condition category must no longer be used.
For more information, see the note 93426.
    inv.list condi
    Condition for invoice list
Marks the condition type as relevant for internal costing.
    Quantity conversion
This field controls the quantity conversion during determination of the condition basis.
The field is only relevant for calculation rule 'C' (quantity- dependent.
It is relevant if the sales quantity unit and the condition quantity unit are identical (and is different to the basis quantity unit).
Deactivated: The condition basis quantity is converted via the quantity to the stockkeeping unit. This means that the condition quantity is determined for planned factors. This means that a change to the conversion factors in the delivery or the order are not taken into account.
Rounding errors can occur during quantity conversion.
Activated: If the sales quantity unit and the condition quantity unit are identical, the quantity of the document item is used, i.e. the actual quantity.
    Condition for inter-company billing
Conditions for Internal Costing, for example PI01 and PI01 were defined before Release 4.0 by KNTYP = I (Price for internal costing).
Problem: It was not possible to indicate 'Freight condition' at the same time as 'Internal costing condition' and 'Variant condition'.
Solution: Therefore a new indicator 'Internal costing condition' (KFKIV) has been set up. You can use this to indicate a freight condition as an internal costing condition. For more information, see note 93426.
    Scale :
    Scale basis indicator
Determines how the system interprets a pricing scale in a condition. For example, the scale can be based on quantity, weight, or volume
    Checking rule for scale rates
Indicates whether the scale rates must be entered in ascending or descending order.
    Scale Type
Indicator that controls the validity of the scale value or percentage:
From a certain quantity or value (base scale)
Up to a certain quantity or value (to-scale)
Alternatively, it is possible to work with interval scales. Interval scales must be stored in the condition type, that is, the scale type "interval scale" cannot be changed in the condition record. The reason for this is technical restrictions resulting from the programming within pricing.
    Formula for scale base value
Formula for determining the scale base value.
    Use
You can use this formula to specify calculation methods that are not provided in the standard system.
    reward points if helpful

  • How to extract values from pricing procedure for conditions in CRM Billing?

I have a number of conditions in the pricing procedure in CRM Billing that I would like to extract to SAP BW. How can this be done?
Is there a standard extractor for CRM Billing similar to the SD Billing extractor "Extraction of SD Billing Conditions" (2LIS_13_VDKON)?
If there is no standard extractor, is there another way to extract the conditions and the related values?
I am using the standard CRM Billing Extractor 0BEA_CRMB already, so maybe an append could solve my problem. How can this be done? In what CRM-tables can I find the values from pricing procedure for conditions in CRM Billing?

you may want to post that last question in a CRM forum... in ECC it would be table KONV

  • Mass change for  condition record

I try to change the condition record for material with validity period of one year starting next year Jan 1st. Since that material is already exists in the system with validity period of current date to 12/31/9999, it is not saving my changes. When increase price by 5%, it is not giving any problem but when I display to see the changes "Environment-Changes-Per condition record", it is giving an popup box saying "Change documents for conditions not yet save are not possible"
I try to delete material condition with longer period. It is deleting at that moment but when I come back and see still that material exists with longer period.
how do I deal with this problem to solve?
    Fully rewarded for solution.
    Thanks,
    Manu.

    Hi Manu;
At any given point in time you can have only one valid condition record with a validity period.
    1. Create a condition record with validity from today to 12/31/2007
    2. Create a condition record with validity from 01/01/2008 to ....
    You issue would be solved.

We need to change the condition class from prices to other like discount or surcharge in the condition type.
For ex: If it is shipment cost document got to goto T_06 select the required condition and change the condition class and do not select grouping conditions..

  • Unable to manually change the amount for condition type PB00

    Hi Gurus,
    My client is using ECC5.0.
Here when I try to change the amount for condition type PB00 using transaction ME22N, I am not able to change the value. I donu2019t get any error, but as soon as I change the value and press Enter the system replaces my entered value with the original value.
Confusing part is that I am able to change the amount of condition price PB00 manually using transaction ME22. I donu2019t have any such problems there.
Also I am able to manually change the amount of condition type PBXX using ME22N.
Only in the case of PB00, if I use ME22N to manually update the amount I am not able to change it.
Kindly help me, to find a reason as to why this could be happening, and correcting if possible?
    Thanks in advance,
    Imran

    Hello Imram,
The purpose of maintaining 2 condition types  ie PB00 and PBXX in  a pricing procedure is that PB00 is automatic gross price determination and PBXX is manually giving gross price.
If you go to T.Code : M/06 and check the condition types, you can see that PB00 will be having an access sequence but not PBXX.
So if you have to manually give the gross price, you have to use PBXX.
