Reg: material needs the batch management

The material needs the batch management. We have created without the batch
first and the few movements were done, then tried to put the flag after the
stock remove and sales order deletion, however could not process. System
messaged as below in italic. Please let me know how we could change the MM
date for the batch. The sales order alive now.

be changed for the following reasons:
SD documents exist (orders or deliveries) that have not yet been
processed or that have been processed only in part.

You should fully process the sales documents (sales order - delivery - invoice) or you should delete them and after setting batch requirement for your material master you could recreate the them (SO, delivery).

Ship-to Address" screen in SRM browser need to change to display only

Hi Freinds,
Ship-To Address" screen in SRM browser needs to change to "Display" only. The users shouldn´t have the possibility to change the delivery address in the screen to their own private address.
Is it possbile to do any changes in SRM itself or else its purely JAVA HTML work.
Kindly i need you guys help to resolve the above development.

Solution given by Suneel should be OK.
Nevertheless, if Ship-To must be only in display mode for all users (independently of their role) and only for particular document types, you can manage it with partner schema:
SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Define Partner Schema
Then maintain this partner schema ID to your concerned document type:
SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Define Transaction Types

Why SAP SRM material replication happens through CRM middleware?

Can some one help me to understand, Why SAP SRM material replication happens through CRM middleware? Is there any functional/Technical reason behind this design?

SRM releases later SRM 4.0 are working with the same middleware implementation,
there where no changes between the releases. The SRM middleware implementation
was decoupled from the CRM middleware development at that time.
(Middleware is based on the basis functionality of queued Remote Function Calls qRFC)

We have requirement to search SRM material with ECC old material number or Manufacturing Part Number. Is it possible to enable this option in SRM.

Hi Julieta,
In table t77s0, you can set indicators for HR replication according to note 550055.
After this, for users which were replicated from HR system, you should not modify it in SRM system, but only HR side and synchronize the changes.

A customer has the following requirement:
Offline Order processing from handhelds.
I have read lots of articles and the blog that really helped to find out what i am looking for is the following:

So as i understood Mobile Sales For Handheld is the solution. Please correct me if i am wrong.
The client is currently implementing ECC 6.0, and will start implementing CRM 7.0, as well.
I am a newbie CRM consultant and a Java developer myself, so I need a bit of clarification:
-Is Mobile Sales a different "module" within ERP, or a component of CRM?
-to run Mobile Sales we will need another server?(for the Mobile Engine)
-If we install Mobile Sales and the client does not wish to change many of the standard SAP functionality, configuration needed will only be concerning replicationg SD and HR customizing similarly to CRM??
-Are there best practices for Mobile Sales??(So far i have not been able to find any)
-On average (based on your experience) how long does it take to implement Mobile Sales standard SAP functionality?
I am a bit in confusion, so any directions, answers or training material would be extremely appreciated.
