SRM PO not getting transfer to ECC Backend after SP07 upgradation
Dear Gurus
We are in Classic scenario SRM 7.2
Recently we have upgraded SP07 in R/3 system ECC 6.6.
Prior SP 7 upgradation SRM PO created against RFx response were getting transferred to ECC backend in Held status with couple of error messag
(which later user use to do further changes in ECC)
Now post SP7 upgradation, we are finding an error in SXMB_MONI as"Error in Receiver Side ABAP Application
not finding much help in debug thorugh SPROXY
can anyone guide on this issue

To find the solution of the problem I think you need to debug.
Follow below steps if this help you
a) Run the report "FBGENDAT"
b) Input the data as below screen shot
c) Then go to se37 execute FM : BAPI_PO_CREATE1
d) You will find the test data directory and test data will be saved as below
e) In this test date change PO number you should get the error which you are getting above.

We had created one sale order in CRM and created sale order is not getting transfer to ECC system. BDOC are ending into error status and following are the error which is getting generated

We had cross check the item category in CRM and ECC system and it seem to be fine.
We had tried opening the document and it is gettinh opened suceesfully also.

To replicate a sales order from CRM to ECC you should have following prerequisties.
1. Master Data: Customer, material should exist in both the system
2.Organization Structure like Sales Org, Division, Distribution Channel (Sales Area) should exist in both the system
3.Same Document Type,Item Category, Item Category Determination should exist in both the system
4.Same Number Range should exist in both the system

SRM PR is not getting created in ECC backend
Hello Experts,
We are running SRM 7.0 with SRM-MDM Catalog, we are using SRM for shopping. We do have PI 7.11 running in the Environment as well.
We are on ECC 6.0 with Ehp 4.0
Purchase Order:
However we can see the PO creating successfully using PI.
Question, in the SRM table (BBP_FUNCTION_MAP), we see the object type: BUS2012 for ERP 4.0 has adapter name: /SAPSRM/CL_SOA_ADPT_PO_CRT_ERP for when creating PO. Please see teh screen shot.
is this the reason that we need PI?

PR is not getting created in the ERP, PR uses Object type: BUS2105, Adpater CL_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_RQ_CRT_470 for ERP 4.0 System type, can you please tell me if the adapter is correct for ERP 4.0 system type?
I also have a question to ask:
1) Where did you see that PR/PO was send to PI System (PI1)? My understanding is that since ERP amd SRM are 2 ABAP Systems, why we cannot send the PR/PO directly to ERP system from SRM? Why do we need a middleware(PI) in between for this process? We should be able to USE BAPI function to do it correct?

i create SC in classic scenario. and after the manager approve the SC the follow on Doc didnt create in ECC
i define object for po pr and reserve in backend
when i check FM :BBP_PD_SC_CHECK i havent any error message
but when i have chek the SC in RZ20 i have this error: Local Error: Shopping cart 0010000308: Error creating the follow-on document
and when i chek BBP_PD i have this status:

PO is not getting create in ECC

I am in SRM 7.0 SP 3.0 and ECC.. I have developed the custom BRF for Category approver and activated Standard Role Resolver 'RR_SPENDING_LIMIT_APPROVER' for SLAPPROVER which is working fine. . But i am facing an issue that once SC has been fully approved but the PO is not getting transfer into ECC. When I check BBP_PD for the SC the status I can see the below status
HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X
HEADER I1021 Created
HEADER I1038 Complete
HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered
HEADER I1129 Approved
But when I execute the FM 'BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL' manually with the SC GUID I got the error message as

I check the BBP_PD After executing the FM 'BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL' manually with the SC GUID . The status has been moved to next status..

Invoice not getting created in ECC 6.0
SRM Classic Scenario 5.0 and ECC 6.0 as backend. ECC6.0 is where all purchase documents are created
Started invoice posting from SRM and it gets posted in ECC 6.0. Our FI data is maintained in ECC.
When we are trying to create Invoice from SRM and IDoc is seen in ECC and IDoc is in 'Error' status.
Debug was run
We have couple of messages from BD87
-- Reversal quantity greater than quantity invoiced to date (M8080)
-- Cash discount amount cannot be posted.(M8845)
Can it be related to credit/debit indicator?
Can you please let me know from an FI standpoint if we are missing any configuration on the ECC side. Its SRM Classic Scenario with 5.0, Server5.5 and ECC 6.0 ? I checked the Goods Movement type of 201 and it has a Indicator of H (Credit). We use this movement type in SRM as well.

Supposed to install GERMAN Language while installing the Solaris OS. As we have missed it, SAP could not interpret the German Characters properly and thus the "Mysterious Characters error occured".
After installing the German Language, the problem was rectified and we were able to release the transports without any errors.

Not getting transfer rules for 2LIS_02_HDR , 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL
Hello Bi experts,
Actually i am implementing standard Purchasing module in BI system.
While implementing , i have installed cube 0PUR_C04 with data flow before options.
After installation , i am not getting transfer rule for 2LIS_02_HDR , 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL .
I am getting transfer rule for 2LIS_02_S011 only.
0PUR_c04 contains these 4 dataspurces - 2LIS_02_HDR , 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL , 2LIS_02_S011 .
So how can i get these transfer rule. and if we want to implement std Purchasing module in BI , which Cubes are required or necessary.
In metadata repository also , for Cube 0PUR_c04 , it does not showing transfer rule HDR/ITM/SCL. there also it is now showing transfer rules.
I will be also very thankful if anybody just give me overview of purchasing.

After 04 months of purchase of iphone 5 the lock button is too hard. At times its not working at all. The phone has been purchased in USA now I'm not getting service in India. After all whats the point in spending so much amount without any service.
The warranty says that Apple may restrict service of an iPhone to the country of sale, and any reliable salesperson will tell you that if you tell them that you plan to use the iPhone in another country. Such service restrictions are common with cellphones and are by no means limited to Apple's phones.
Sorry, but if your iPhone requires service, you will need to send it to someone you know in the US who can get it serviced and then send it back to you.

this morning my PB G4 would not get to the password screen after power on. I have rebooted many times and very loud noises (like a HD spinning/rubbing) emits. Tried the Install disk and it cannot find the hard drive. Ran HW test and got a "Mass storage Error Code" message.
Did my HD just crash and unrecoverable? Time to replace my notebook?I believe your hard drive has failed. Hope you have a backup.

Discoverer Reports does not work in Multi-org Environment after R12 Upgrade
Discoverer Reports does not work in Multi-org Environment after R12 Upgrade. Created a simple report using the below query:
SELECT po_header_id, segment1, type_lookup_code
FROM po_headers
WHERE segment1 = '5000002'
Query works perfectly fine; when i set the ORG_CONTEXT in the database using the command:
EXEC mo_global.set_policy_context('S',129)
But the report doesn't fetch any data when ran from an Org based responsibility. We've ensured that the MO: Operting Unit is set accurately and general Oracle reports (PLSQL Program OR XML Publisher) are working perfectly fine.

I followed the steps provided in Metalink Note: 732826.1 - It works for some responsibilities where the MO: Security Profile is not set; but fails for those responsibilities where the MO: Security Profile is set.
I am looking for specific solution that works irrespective of either the MO: Operating Unit profile is set of not.

I am able to create the receipt, when i remove this profile option.

- I see that the products i am running these reports from AR/GL - already exists in these tables.
