SRM PO not replicating to SAP

Hello, i am getting the error message 'Logical system could not be determined' when i control/ check my PO in SRM.
anyone know the cause of this?
btw does anyone know the name of the program running in background when i click on 'Control' in my PO. i wish to debug it to find the source of the error message.thx.

BP in CRM is not replicated in SAP R3

Hello everyone!!!
I have a problem with BPs not dsitributing to SAP R3 when assigning the sold-to party business role in CRM.
Scenario: I create a business partner as a prospect, then after due diligence I assign the "sold-to party" business role (which is when the BP should replicate in R3) but is not replicating. Even if I assing the "sold-to party" directly to the BP, it still no sucess.
When checking the TX - SMW01, the Bdoc message shows a "Processed" status but when click in the icon "Show Bdoc Msg Errors/ Receivers" the message I get is " No business role has been assigned to business partner 0000500031" -
Any idea why this is be happening?
I´ll greatly appreciate all the help I can get.

I have checked the mapping in the PIDE transaction and for what I can see the mapping was done correctly. But something might be slipping my eye, so can you please take a look at the data in the TX:
CRM->R/3: Assign BP Classification to Account Grp
Classification: B

Name: CRM Clientes Nacionales
Number Range: 500000 - 599999
Note: This is the default grouping for creating BPs in CRM
R/3->CRM: Assign Account Grp. to BP Classification
1) Account Group used for Customers in R3
Account Group: CN00
Name: Domestic Customers
Classification: B
Grouping: R001
Ext: -
Number Range: 2000 u2013 99999
2) CRM account counterpart in R3
Account Group: ZN00

What else can I be looking at? Can there be a restriction somewhere else that prevents the distribution (CRM - > R/3) from happening?

Vendor material no is not replicated in R/3

Hi Everyone,
I have an issue related to replication of vendor material no in SAP R/3. During shopping the vendor material no could be seen in table CRMD_ORDERADM_I in EBP R/3 but they are not replicated in SAP R/3 system after transferring. Can any one tell where these tables are created in SAP R/3?
Looking forward for help or pointers in this regards.

you can check if crmd_orderadm_i-partner_prod is transfer to your backend with debug. start se37 transaction and run MF bbp_reqreq_transfer with the number of your shopping cart.
create a shop with approver, and put a break-point in FM META_PO_CREATE. You'll see if the N° is in transfer structure.
If you want to debug the bapi in R/3 you have to change the RFC user in Dialog mode (user-exit exists in BAPI_PO_CREATE).
You can check in backend, if the field can be filled by creating a PO manually with me21 Transaction.

Confirmation posted in SAP not replicated to SRM

Hi All,
We are having Extended Classic Scenario here. For a PO created in SRM, user has posted goods receipt in back end system(R/3) in the month of december 2013 but yet system has not replicated that as a confirmation in SRM. I ran BBP_GET_STATUS_2 where it shows "1 shopping cart item has been excluded ( due to ext.po status)", but sytem replciates successfully for other PO's. I ran Clean_ReqReq_up also, but no use.
What may be the reason? please clarify.

Hi Prasanth,
Please check the status of PO if the GR is posted without any errors. If it has posted successfully, then run BBP_GET_STATUS_2 with only this shopping cart detail. If it has not replicated again. please check the error messages in RZ20 as it could also be related to posting periods or other errors.

R/3 material number not replicated in COMM_PRODUCT and COMMPR01 in SRM

Hi SRM experts,
We have a problem when SRM user tries to raise order against Product A. He encountered an error "Incomplete items on Catalog, only complete Items transferred". Upon looking at COMM_PRODUCT table and COMMPR01 (product maintenance) in SRM, this Product A is not existing. What could be the reason why this product was not replicated in SRM? Among materials w/c belong to same Product Category are all exist in table except for this specific material. This, however, is existing in MARA and not flagged for deletion. I have checked the SMQ2 in SRM and no queues found.

In SRM, use Transaction SM30
Go to Table - COMCHIERARCHY_
Amend the setting so that the following is checked:
Transfer 60 Character Description
This will now ensure that the 60 character material group description is replicated to SRM.
The OSS note (455949) SAP has given us long back works around CRM customizing path.
*To access it in SRM use SM30 on COMCHIERARCHY to use long description instead of short one.*_
Use
In R/3 system - T023T has short description (20 char) and long description ( 60 char ).
The description in SRM COMM_CATEGORYT has 80 char length.

I have an issue with document attachment which is not coming to SAP R/3 Backend.
Scenario 1
1.Create shopping Cart in SRM system with One attachment,
2. Purchase requistion is created in backend replica of SRM shopping cart. but the attachment is not exists only document number exists in the DMS (CV03N - No attachment)
Scenario 2
1.Create shopping Cart in SRM system with TWO attachments,
2. Purchase requistion is created in backend replica of SRM shopping cart. but the attachment only one attachment exists and other attachement document number only exists in the DMS (CV03N - No attachment)
Scenario 3
1.Create shopping Cart in SRM system with FOUR attachments,
2. Purchase requistion is created in backend replica of SRM shopping cart. but the attachment only THREE attachments exists and Fourth attachement document number only exists in the DMS (CV03N - No attachment)
From the above all its understood that last attachmen is not transfered to SAP . In Scenario 1 last attachement will Only one attachment.
Its Strange issue, can any one face this sort for issue before, kindly let me know what could be the casue,

I am using SRM 7.0 and while i create an attachment in shopping cart and try to send it in ECC, the attachment is not reflecting .
Since we are using the latest version of SRM, we have used BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW
(Method IF_EX_BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW~FILL_RQ_INTERFACE.).
I have also gone through the below link and tried the implementation :

Also, all ECC configuration are in place. However things are not come in place. Only the details are reflected but the attachment is not reflected in ECC.

SRM 7.0 PO not replicated to Backend ECC 6.0 Ehp 4

Hi SRM Gurus,
SRM 7.0 SP 8 - ECC 6.04 SAPKH60406 ECS
RFx Response to PO -
SRM Local PO is created and is in held status. Purchaser gives the source of supply and Acc Assignment and order it.
PO now is in Ordered status.
Issue: this PO is not replicated to Backend ECC 6.04.
Did the Debugging as follows:
1. BP at B46B_DPO_TRANSFER.
2. Got the PO GUID from the BBP_PD transaction.
3. FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, execute it and it stopped in the breakpoint.
4. On 'FUNCTION 'BBP_PO_INBOUND' DESTINATION lv_destination', hit F6.
5. Checked lt_bapi_return details.
Here there should be information regarding some error during the PO copy to backend.
With this error message you can check why the PO was not created in backend.
ERRORS from Backend are as follows:
1.   No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference:   E BAPI 001
2.   Document contains no items       E    ID 06   Number 010
3.   Please enter items first.              W   ID 05                 005
No XML messages in SXMB_moni both in SRM side and ECC side.
What am i doing wrong here? Any help is highly appreciated.

Since we are in SRM 7.0 ECC 6.04 Ehp 4, with PI 7.11 + ROS and no SUS.
doent the system uses ESOA Service for PO replication.
We did CCTR / CPPR scenarios too. Both are sucessful.
Do we need to impl BADI PUR_SE_PO_INTERFACE_OUT_SELECT
But thats for Service hierarchy and Service POs - We dont have Service hierarchy or SUS in our SLD.
IF PO replication also uses PI, what configuration do i need to do?

SRM 7.0 Contract not replicating to backend system

Hi,
We have created CCTR global outline agreement in SRM 7.0 extended classic scenario. the contract is not replicating into backend. we have maintained necessary message types BLAORD, COND_A in ECC system as inbound parameters for partner type as SRM system.
when i looked rz20, i am seeing the message as "back end data could not be read"
When I executed function module B46B_CTR_TRANSFER I am getting an error, RFC destination could not be found.
please let me know what we are missing.

I guess your SRM70 connected to backend ECC with EHP4 pack applied. If so, Central contract will not use IDocs instead it works on new eSOA technology where Xi/PI need to be set up to process service calls.
If you are not using EHp 4 pack on your ECC, then SRM70 use IDocs to distribute contracts to backend.

SUS user data not replicated to SRM

In service SRMSUS in the SUS system, we have user w/ role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR.
When this user modifies his own user data such as name/email/time zone, the change in user data is NOT replicated to the SRM system. The SRM user data still contains the original user information.
I believe user data update is done via a RFC call, and not XI. I've checked for security auth object and there are no authorization issues.
Are there any additional configs we're missing?
We're on SRM 4.0 / SAPKIBKS10 / SAPKB64019

you need to maintain the system details where the changed data needs to be replicated at the following customizing in SUS
1) Transaction SPRO --->
2) Path ---> Supplier Relationship Management ---> Supplier Self Services --->
Master Data --->Maintain Systems For Synchronization of User Data
( check help available with the customizing for more details ).
3) Maintain New Entry for the external systems ---> this should be your SRM system and then use the following data .
F. Mod.: Create User BAPI_USER_CREATE
F. Mod.: Change User BAPI_USER_CHANGE
F. Mod.: Delete User BAPI_USER_DELETE
4) save data
5) once you hav done this , when you make changes , data will be synchrozed with SRM

HR Org structure delta changes not replicating to SRM

Dear All,
We recently found out for some unknown reason new HR postions and users and HR org structure re-assignments are not replicating down into our SRM org strucure.
We have implemented SRM 4 on Server 5.5. The HR system is running on ECC4.
Does anybody have an idea what is causing this and how to fix this?
We need to get delta replication working in our production environmemt ASAP.

From your post I assume that you already transferred initial organization structures from HR. Is that correct?
Update will use the same filters and number ranges that you have for initial load. As for attributes, I am checking that also, but do not think that you will loose it.

PO with positions not replicated in R/3

Hi Gurus,
we've implemented SAP SRM on an extended classic scenario with R/3 as the back-end system.
When I create a PO in which I create new positions by copying a deleted position, these are not replicated in the back-end system.
So, for instance, in a PO with 5 positions, I delete the last one and then I copy it.
I get an order with 6 positions: one of them is deleted, so the actual positions are just 5. When the order is completely approved, it is replicated in the R/3 system with just 4 positions!!!!

If there is something like transfer error, goto RZ20 and check error message in Purchase Oder node.

ECC-HR has multiple busniess units but in SRM only few replicated

Hello experts,
am having few questions on HR replciation from ECC to SRM.
We replicated org structure from ECC- HR in SRM system now scenario is :
In ECC-HR Org has multiple business units but we implemented SRM only for specific business units,when we ran change pointers, IDOCs are created for all changes of all business units and these IDOCs are failing in SRM.
Now please guide me if i run RHALEINI only in Update mode and entered specific org units. In selection screen.Will it work.....i read somewhere,it may replace the values of the attributes or something can be broken out in org structure,If i run RHALEINI in update mode than what are the testings i need to perform before doing this actually in production system ?
When i run RHALEINI in update mode,actually replciate those changes in SRM system do i need to run RBDMIDOC or any other report ?

Hi Smriti,
Try this.
Identify the HR PERNRs for the changes to be replicatied from HR to SRM (assuming you do transfer object "P")
T-code "PFAL" or SE38 "RHALEINI" Plan version=01, object type "P" and the object values as the PERNRs you want to replicate.
Evaluation Path P-s-O (SAP should have provided this standard for the object "P")
Press enter
Check the message type default and enter the logical system of SRM.
Execute this in the update mode.
If there are any new org units, please check and manually maintain attributes on SRM. If there are any old org units, attributes are not wiped out as long as the old org units are connected to the same root company.

Message type is not triggered in SAP when PO copied from eSHOP

We are creating PO in eShop and sending to SAP.
POs are correctly getting copied from eShop to SAP.No issues.
We have set condition record for Message type to trigger in SAP for those POs as EDI Medium.
No message is getting triggering in SAP.
Whether it is standard one ? or any further enhancement required ? If so please suggest the BAPI.

What is the application eSHOP?.
for example
In SAP SRM - Technical scenario - Extended Classic.
Purchase orders were created in SRM -EBP and replica of Purchase Orders were replicated to ECC system. In the above scenario messages are created in SRM not ECC.
The PO messages are out puted to vendor from SRM itself.
So please clarify what is meant by eShop. so others can help you further ..
