SRM workflow set dfault reviewer for haz material one step approval SC

Good afternoon everyone,
is there a way to add default reviewer always to show up on approval preview for haz materials shopping cart??? I am using standard wf template ws 10000129. do i have to copy it and make some changes or is ther eany way i can add default reviewer in this workflow itself? help would be greatly appreciated.

I was get some trouble when implement one step approval from HQ in my company.
It's a logical when some one just implement one step approval it is not make a hugh impact for controlling and sometimes end-user was change their own approval step make negative impact for workflow. Not logical but they make it logical but system still make sure it work.

I will look at keywords. My issue is speed. Right now I am culling and editing an event shoot that spanned a week with 35 separate events and more than 5000 images. So I use the fastest most convenient method I can and it still takes a long time to have a completed and final shoot. On this shoot I will end up with a final set of around 1500 images. Right now I am finishing processing a show that will hang in the Deutsches Amerikanish Zentrum in Stuttgart.
As I am sure you are aware by now, having seen enough of my inane questions that over the last two years or since Lightroom version 1.xx if I could not figure out how to do something I skipped it. So many things in Lightroom are buried and unless you have a mind like a steel trap (and think that some of you guys in the forum do) locating how to do something is not obvious.
For example, I only learned (in the last hour) that I could assign colors as a group of selections by using Shift + number. I found this in a side head in Martin Evenings Lightroom book. I still do not know how to find a way to display the color filter "selection" set in Library mode. Is there a way?
To top it off, Stuttgart Media University asked me if I would add a Lightroom module to my schedule this year. Now I have a compelling reason to learn all those missing pieces that I have created workarounds for. Hence the number of posts you have been seeing from me over the past few of weeks.
I tell my class that there are no such things as stupid questions, only questions. Now I am practicing what I have been preaching for the last gazillion years. Guys like you have been great.
My workflow is
1. I first separate all images by event. I do that at the time of import.
2. I do a fast pass rejecting all the obviously bad images
3. I do a second pass grouping the images by sub-group (speeches, people talking, performances, etc.) This is where I run out of selection methods and your key-wording could work but it would probably take too much time to establish a keyword set for a single event. Where I have more than five subgroups I set up different collection sets with one collection for each sub group. However I would like to keep a single event in one collection.
4. I then select the images to be used by color code.
5. Next I process the final images (crop develop etc) by collection.
6. Last I output the set according to client requirement.
If you have a better workflow, I am all ears.
By the way, what is your photo specialty and where are you located?

Please le tme know how to configure the one step approval workflow for Shopping cart in.SAP SRM 7.0
We ant to know where we can specify the approva limit lik if sc value is greater than 50 it should go for one level of approval else no approval required.
We are using process controlle workflows.

The creation of the SC stays the same. Only the event linkage and the start conditions determine which workflow will be started.

One step approval workflow

Hi All,
I have added a step in one step approval workflow to check shop on behalf.
When a person shop's on behalf of a manager, and 1 step approval is triggered, i want the approver to be the manager.
But what is happening is that Manager's Manager is getting the workitem!
My query is that :if A shop's for B, the approver should be B for the shopping cart. How can i achieve this????
Anybody knows what needs to be done in this scenario?

Hi San,
In addition to Usman's views also look at the below mentioned points :
1. In your org. structure if you have named somebody else as the head of the department for that org. unit, it will go to that person for approval.
2. And there is no point in taking approval from the same guy for whom you are shopping on behalf. In such a case that guy can himself create a shopping cart.
Looks like there is some mis / lack of understanding about the correct client requirements.
But there are few work arounds you define this guy as the substitute for his manager.Then either of them can approve the shopping cart.
Or.. don't make any body as H.O.D of org. unit and define the approval agent in the work flow builder using SWDD txn and let the approver will be taken from there.
Hope this makes you more clear and helps in resolving your issue. Clarifications are welcome.

Workflow issue in SC (WS10000276) - Value limit 1 step approval

Dear Experts,
We are configuring 1 step value limit approval in SRM 7.0 for SC.
We have maintained the attribute SLAPPROVAL for the employee who raises the shopping cart with the manager.
For the roles assigned to Manager and employee we have specified the spendding limit and approval limit.
Activated the WF WS10000276.
When I create the SC it is not determining the approver based on value.
We have even tried out by assigning agents for the WF WS10000276.
Can any one help me in this regard.
Is there any attribue SLAPPROVERLIST where we need to maintain the approvers.
Please give me the steps to configure.

Hello BN,
I tested the WF in SRM 5.0 and had to set the SLAPPROVER attribute to "USMANAGER01" if the approver/manager was the User Id MANAGER01. Meaning with US in front of the User Id of the Approver.
But you might have already done this.

Hi,
If you want to maintain a Max and Min stock level, Maximum stock is shown straight away, you cannot find the Minimum field directly.
if you want to use MRP type PD then go for safety stock that will be your minimum stock level
or else use Re-order point planning, re-order point will be your minimum and Max-level as maximum.

How to set up icloud for family and one itunes account

I just got a new disk drive in my MACbook (now upgraded to Mountain Lion) so starting from scratch with itunes. With 4 IOS devices in the family and only one itunes account, I would like to figure out how to backup every device to itunes. I was able to save old itunes data on a jump drive, but did not have a Time Machine backup so I am literally starting from scratch and want to do it right.
I need to get data from IOS devices to itunes(via ICLOUD?) before I hook up device to "new" disk drive on MAC.
I am scared I will loose the data on the devices when I hook them up to the new Mac. Any help would be appreciated...

Yes, that's the suggested way of doing it.
As for starting from scratch - you need to decide which Apple ID to use for the mac. If each member of the family uses the mac, then set up a seperate account for each and use the Apple ID (the one used for iCloud) to sign into icloud. Use the common ID for itunes purchases. I'd suggest first syncing devices to icloud to get whatever data is important (contacts, events, ...) saved. When on the mac you connect to an iCloud account, the data (just synced from a device) will come down to the mac (for that account).

AME Supervisor Heirarchy for one Step Approval

Hope you all are doing well.
I am implementing AME Supervisor based approval heirarchy having aciton type as Supervisor Level and all the employee have been assigned some supervisor.
I am receiving an unexpected behavoiur of the Requisition which is Requester is assign to one Supervisor and requester is raising the requisition notification is not going but if requesters supervisor have supervisor then notification is proceeding with two level approval but in such cases when a requester have only supervisor who is manager so requisition is not going for approval.

One Step Workflow Activation for Shopping cart in SRM 7.0

Dear Experts,
On working to EXtended Classic Scenario, I need to configure one step approval for shopping cart in SRM 7.0.
Currently it is providing me Auto Approval by default and based on it PO is being created. I need one-level manager approval shopping cart.
I am working in Demo System of Extended Classic Scenario, I need only one step approval SC without any condition.
Kindly tell me the configuration steps in SRM and please tell me one more thing is there any need of BADI or other coding for one-step approval?

As per your comment when i am tring to activate /SAPSRM/C_SC_600_001_SP04 by t-code SCPR20, But It shows me a information pop up Maintain the client role and then Activation is Cancelled.
Kindly tell me what i am missing or any other prerequisite step to do for this BC Set Activation.

Issue in One step workflow activation for Confirmation in SRM 7.0

Dear Experts,
On working to EXtended Classic Scenario, I am configuring one step approval workflow for Confirmation (good receipt) in SRM 7.0
I have standard customisation for Confirmation and activated below object for one-step approval :
BUS2203 SAVED WS10400002 Event Linkage Activated
(one-step approval)
When I am creating a Confirmation with respect to PO in portal, It is showing Approval Pending but It is not going to Manager for approval. While creation of shopping cart (one step approval) is working fine and SC is going to same Manager for approval.
Kindly suggest me, what else required for it.

To create a PO in the back end it should have a WF actiavted.

1st Reminder - 3rd BusinessDay.
2nd Reminder - 6th Business Day.
3rd Reminder - 10th Business Day.

I would like to know the bc set for more than one step of approvals for the Purchased Order. We know the without tha approval and one step approval for PO.

Hi,
You can configure many approval steps based on your business requirements.
The BCSets /SAPSRM/C_PO_600_001_SP04 is just a sample configuration.
Please go to IMG.
SRM -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application basic Settings -> Business Workflow -> Process-Controlled Workflow -> Business Process Configuration -> Define Process Levels.

I am using single step SRM approval workflow :WS10000129 for shopping cart creation, After creation , the work flow is getting triggered and The Problem is becuase of Agent (in workflow log, it is saying that , Agent determination for step '000000023' failed ).
I activiated all the subworkflows also.Customization ie..General Task is maintained also.
I feel, it is failing to reach a agent ..plz Help me regarding the Issue to go to an agent .
How do we customize the agent for Particular task.

Hi Balaji,
In addition to disha's remarks also look at the following poibnts which may help you in resolving the issue.
Check in SWDD txn. (Work Flow builder) check whether the agent assignment is proper or not for one step approval work flow.You can manually assign the agent there if required.
Also check whether the person approving the shopping cart has been made as the Head of the department or not in the Org. Structure using PPOMA_BBP txn.Please make the person approving the cart as Head of the department.
Please verify the above points and run a cycle and let us know about the outcome.
