SSHR : Build New Report For Submitted SITs in Process 'Pendning Approval'

I am using Oracle HRMS 11.5.10.2 ,, I want to generate new report that get the data of the submitted SITs which not approved till now 'Pending Approval'
Could any one help what the tables save this data ??

SimiI think it is a good feature, but I'd like to make some suggestions.
1) When the dialog pops up (like your attachment), it would be nice if I could tell it right then that I don't care about that advice. Right now you have to click on the link and then say you don't want the advice in the future. I think it is that extra step that is really annoying. I think, like most people, my instinct is to just close the dialog. Then next time I run LabVIEW I have to deal with it again. After the 5th time dismissing the damn thing I turn it off.
2) It would be nice to have an easy way to turn JIT advice off for a particular session. For example, I'm called on to help get new employees up to speed in LabVIEW. When I sit down at their computer to help design/debug things, I would really like to turn off JIT advice but just for my session. I don't want to change the other persons settings.
3) It would also be nice to be able to turn off JIT advice without going to the options.
So, I guess what I would like is this. When the JIT advice dialog comes up, instead of only having the link to the advice I'd like to see some a button that will turn off this topic in the future, a button that will turn it off for this session of LabVIEW and a button that will turn JIT off for good (with a verification dialog).
So, experience programmers with a new install will just turn it off for good the first time it pops up. Experience programmers on someone else's machine can turn it off without messing up the other persons ini file and I can leave it on when LV8 comes out and just dismiss the old advice quickly as it comes up.

If JIT call quantity is 0 and GR quantity is also 0, then GR flag for JIT call to be checked and JIT call will not be shown open. If the JIT call quantity is greater than zero and GR for JIT call quantity is zero then JIT call quantity made as zero and GR flag for JIT Call to be checked. Once it is checked the JIT call will not be shown in Open.

MonalisaOk, I was able to figure out the functions that were confusing me. For my own record and for those that do not know, I will list how to create the objects necessary to add a new report to a menu.
1-Write JSP (should be written just how Oracle writes theirs)
2-Creat function for the new JSP page as System Administrator responsibility
3-Use Sys Admin to add the function to a menu somewhere
4-Using AK Developer responsibility, create an attribute with the label of the attribute being the name of your function you created. Oracle's convention is the name of the attribute has FS in it.
5-Using AK Developer, lookup the ASF_FUNC_SEC_REG region
6-Drill down into that regions attributes
7-Add a your newly created attribute to this region
You would do all these steps for your advanced search page as well, so that in your main jsp, you can call asfPage.setAdvancedSearchPage() with the attribute name of your advanced page.
What I Still do not know is:
(1) My main page keeps coming up saying that there is no default query defined for it. How do you create a default query for a report?
(2) How to get the personalization to work.

As I understand, the site web analytics reports cannot work in SharePoint 2010.
1. You could check the details about the error in the ULS log.
2. Install the hotfix that is dated June 29, 2010 to check if it can work.

Cost Analysis Report - For a range of process orders
Dear all,
Is there a standard report available to get the cost analysis for a range of process order? COR3 --> Go to --> Cost --> Analysis. Here I can see the cost analysis for one report. But I wanted to get the cost analysis report for a range of process orders. Please help.

How do we create a site utilization report for a SharePoint 2007 site. I want to include the following conditions in the report
a) The list of users who are accessing the site
b) The list of users who have not accessed the site ( Can we do some filtration based on some conditions )

Sorry for delay in reply. I don't think this can be possible from front end without involving SQL dbo users table. If you found any other alternate please share here.
You can get site collection / sub site user details via

How to generate site wise report for multiple sites running on single MDEX
Hi all,
I have single instance of MDEX 6.2 and Exprience Manager.
I have created some pages in workbench and set the specific trigger for all pages.
These pages are called from 2 different sites I have differentiated these 2 site by user profile. All is working fine for me.
But, Now I want to show the reports, right now the reports are displaying with combination of both sites result.
Is there anyway which I can display reports with site wise.

You need to customize the reporting. You can log site specific parameter [for example site=abc/xyz] and then update the reporting to read and display reports site-wise.

How can we get the variance report for the above as a cumulative.
One more thing when we are executing S_ALR_87013140 we are not getting any records
even after we had carried out variance calculation for site using KKS1.

I am new to BW. I have a report in R/3 which has got some performance problems. So, user wants to re-build the same report in BW.
What should be first and the best way to start the investigation to know about the R/3 tables, datasources and keyfigure calculaton for designing it in BW?

The user has given me only a Transaction Code. They hav no clue abt who developed the R/3 report. Thus, its not possible to ge the Table inputs from them.

Trouble Building New Workspace For Day 1 Projects
I am viewing the first day's lesson and am finding this course to be remarkably good for something that's free. I really like it! Thanks for providing it.
One confusing thing I encountered> Being an overachiever, I tried to follow along with the instructor when she created a new workspace and unzipped Day 1's files with all of Day 1's projects in it. In the version she is using in the video, there is no Day1.zip file, and so trying to follow her, I thought I was making some mistake and not building my workspace correctly or not unzipping my file correctly.
I finally figured out that it was different than what she was using and found instructions in the readme file that helped me set it up. Later, I found that the actual exercize at the end of the lesson was using the correct version of the zip file.
I'm not really sure what you could do, but possibly some sort of pop message on the video warning people not to try this yet might prevent others from trying to do it while watching the video and getting frustrated.

SAP provides standard archive objects for standard tables. There is no archive object available to archive custom tables data (Z/Y tables). The option you have is to develop a custom archive object and related programs to archive data from the Z table.

Report for Late Sales Order Processing
Hello all, business want to have a report the shows if sales order are late for processing. Something similar to VL10H for delivery but based on the customer requested delivery date instead of the confirm delivery date in VL10H. Some report that would indicate that the sales order is late and must be process for delivery as soon as possible.
Is there something similar existing already in SAP ? I don't want to reinvent the wheel !!

Join tables VBAK (sales order header), VBAP (item) and VBEP (schedule line) on fields VBELN, POSNR.
Select all the fields you are interested in and in the selection you can have VBEP-EDATU (schedule line date which you can compare with today's date to see if there are line items), VBEP-BMENG (confirmed qty), VBEP-WMENG (ordered quantity) and lastly the field you are interested in "Customer requested delivery date" VBAK-VDATU
