SSO problem on Windows Mobile with WAS Java 7.0 and R/3 4.7

We have a curious single sign-on problem with custom WM-app.
The application is developed using WD Java and currently runs on WAS 7.0 SPS10. WAS makes calls to several RFC:s on 4.7 Enterprise and authentication is done using SSO.
The enduser device is a handheld running Windows Mobile and the browser is a vendor (HHP) provided Mobile IE based HandHeldWeb. Because of the poor usability of the default login on handhelds we created a custom J2EE Web Application JSP which does the login to the WM-app.
On a PC browser everything functions normally, but occasionally with the mobile device no data from R/3 is displayed. As if SSO didn't work. Sometimes, if transaction 1 doesn't work and the user comes out of it, then runs transaction 2 which makes an RFC call and then returns to transaction 1 it works. Sometimes..
This problem does not occur on mobile device when the default login is used. And as stated previously, on a PC the custom login works fine.

So better you upgrade both the SRM and R/3.
I would like to know if SRM 7.0 and R/3 4.6C is compatible in first place.Will it work?
It will work but in the long run you will get lot of Problem.Since SRM 7.0 is Based on Webdynpro technology

In theory the main requirement on the client is a browser and a JVM for running the applet - so in theory if you have that, you can. But in practice I don't think you are going to get this to work (and it probably wouldn't render particularly well on such a small UI). There are much better technologies for doing this. So I'd suggest you don't try this in FOrms.

in Finder, my iMovie folders are all visible and accessible. When I click on a clip from iMovie Events folder, Quicktime opens and plays the clip. ALL my video is not missing - it just isn't showing up in the Event Library!

All my Projects are intact, and play when I open them.

SCS is nothing but the SAP Central Services, it is AS Java instance of an SAP system containing the enqueue server and the message server.
JAVA Addin is inserted in exsisting ABAP only instance to have JAVA functionality. JAVA instance is assigned to an ABAP instance. The Internet Communication Manager (ICM) of the ABAP instance starts and stops the associated Java instance as required.
Netweaver JAVA (Stand alone) vs JAVA Addin:
Netweaver JAVA Addin installation is a dual installation that consists of Java and ABAP stack. Addin is required when you are implementing SAP XI (Exchange Infrastructure). Stand alone JAVA is required when you implement SAP EP (Enterprise Portal). It is generally not recommended to use dual installation for EP because this will expose the ABAP layer to the public Internet. So the ABAP stack is often used to host SAP ERP ECC (Enterprise Central Component), SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.,
Since the information hosted on ABAP stack is more sensitive in nature you are recommended to install Portal on the Netweaver AS Java server (Stand alone JAVA server).
By doing this you will be able to fully utilize the system resources for the portal and ensure good performance.

ORADC problem on Windows 2000 with Service pack 1 and service pack 2

Hi,
I have a VB application running on NT4.0 workstations. It uses
ORADC control to talk to ORACLE 7.3 When I load it on Windows
2000 with service pack 1 or service pack 2, I encounter some
problems.
The ORADC control is used in most of the VB forms and the
Refresh method of the ORADC conrol is used to refresh the APEX
TRUE DBGRID PRO control. When this action is executed, I receive
a run time error
"Method Refresh of object '_DORADC' failed Err#: -2147417848
It works fine when no service pack is applied on Win2K.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?

PE7 problems on Windows Vista with custom DPI

I "upgraded" from PE4 to PE7 from a purchased download of the combo package containing both Premiere and Photoshop Elements 7. My old versions were Photoshop Elements 6 and Premier Elements 4 which worked fine on my Windows Vista Home Premium running on a quad-core Pentium with 3GB ram. The new Photoshop Elements 7 seems to work just fine. However, I am encountering numerous issues with PE7:
1. Frequent crashes due to running out of memory when trying to create a 5 minute movie from several small clips (original clips are .avi files totaling about 500MB). Sometimes I get warning that Premiere is dangerously low on memory, and I can save and restart. Sometimes crashes with no warning.
2. After several restarts, I was able to create the 5min combined video in mp4 format (iPhone 640x480), but the video does not play correctly (erratic skips, flashes, audio out of sync, etc., and generally just unviewable). I repeated this entire process with my old Premiere Elements 4 and had no problems - no crashes, created video much faster than PE7 and resulting video plays just fine.
After much frustration, I found in the "fine" print of the system requirements for PE7 that it requires a "1,024x768 monitor resolution at 96dpi or less". I'm running on a 1900x1200 monitor using custom scaling of 144dpi. Is the high DPI scaling the cause of the problems described above? (seems unlikely since PE4 works just fine but "upgrade" don't always work "better"). Anyone else have similar problems (with or without high dpi scaling).

Welcome to the forum.
I would not think that the scaling would be an issue, as it would affect the display of the GUI and maybe playback (though I would assume less so).
Now, for your Low Memory warnings, take a look at this ARTICLE on setting up your computer for NLE work. There is also a FAQ Article to see, as well.
My guess would be that PrE 7 just requires a bit more in the way of resources, than your PrE 4 did. You are probably marginal with PrE 4, and PrE 7 pushes you over the edge.

Is new Windows Mobile VM for Java ME in new SDK 3.0 for common users?

There are bunch of buggy VMs for WM Platform such as Esmertec JBED, Esmertec JBLEND, IBM J9 etc. They have lot of bugs and they don't support neccessary JSRs. Now I have read about Windows Mobile integration in new SDK 3.0 EA for Java ME - I undestand that there is a new VM for WM from Sun, is that right? But when I installed CAB version, it seams it is just for on-device debugging with connected Wireless Toolkit on PC. I can't launch midlets located in my WM device on it. Is there also VM for common users? So they could install virtual machine and then install their midlets? I think many developers and users would apreciate it. Or is it at least in plan to release such VM?

Problems installing Windows 7 with boot camp, cant find the cd/dvd driver...

I´m having some problems installing Windows 7 on my new 12,1 (21,5) iMac with boot camp. When the computer restarts and the Windows 7 setup begins, i get the message that the cd/dvd driver cant be found, so i can't continue the installation. I've tried searching online for the driver, but can't find it. The cd/dvd seems to be a OPTIARC cd/dvd ad-5690h, which seems to be produced by Sony. I have a authentic windows 7. I even tried loading everything ver to a usb-drive, but then it wont boot.

After reading around on this, and other forums I tried to burn a new dvd at reduced speed(2x), but that did'nt work either... I have an authentic windows 7 iso, downloaded with serial, is there any way to boot this from a jump drive or external hdd?

Went to check icloud and icloud won't open because procedure entry point could not be located. Rebooted and get entry point error on reboot.
What is the fix?

For all Windows OS to fix this perform the following.
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Remove previous version of iTunes
3. Remove Apple Update
4. Remove Bonjour
5. Remove any other affiliated iTunes download.
6. Return to Apple >> Download iTunes may indicate it will fail to download but reattempt it will download,
7. Once downloaded it may download as (iTunessetup_exe)
8. Right click on the download and change the file extension to a .exe
9. Install should be successful.
I performed all the steps and my iTunes works fine.

Windows Mobile 5.0 Cingular 8525 phone and Airport Extreme WiFi

Does anyone know how to get the cingular 8525 phone which runs windows mobile 5.0 to connect with my current airport extreme wifi? Are they even compatible? I can connect to other wifis, but they have all been open to the public.

You can add extra path information by using the -extrapath option in your
installNTservice.cmd script.
