SSRS Design help : How to embed Graphs in a Word doc

we got the requirement that we need to embed Graphs to a fixed test Word document . what is the best way to achieve this requirement .

Hi Surendra,
If I understand correctly, you want to embed a chart from Reporting Services report to an existing word file. If in that case, we can create a chart in a report, then export it to word file, and then copy it and paste it to the existing word file. For more
details steps, please see:
In a report, drag a chart control from toolbox to design surface.
Click the chart to open the Chart Data pane.
Add one or more fields to the Values area and one or more fields to the Category Groups area.
Preview or run the report.
Select Word option in the export drop-down list to export the report.
Open the exported word file, copy the chart.
Paste it to the existing word file.

Save the output to a file and open it in Word/Excel thats what documents attached to mail are made for...
If you really need the contents send them in the body or in a plain text attachment.

If what you want to do is use your iPod as a hard drive to move files, connect your iPod to your computer. In the Devices frame select your ipod and in the frame to the right select the summary tab. At the bottom of the screen, tick the box that says, "Enable disk use", and then click Apply.
Now use Windows Explorer and copy the file to your iPod.

Turn on iCloud on the iPad. The on the computer go icloud.com. log in and go to iWorks. The go yo Pages. Then right click on the gear icon the upper right and select upload. After it is uploaded to iCloud, it will also appear in My Documents in Pages on the iPad.

I am able to download text data into word documents, but not graphs.

How can I get back my Word docs now that Pages will not open them?

How can I retrieve my Word docs now that Pages will not open them in Mavericks. I have a brand new iMac with my evolving manuscript for a book transsferred from my now defunct MacBook Pro by external drive. Pages tells me that "PowerPC apps are "no longer supported" and Mavericks will not open Microsoft Office, though it is still in Applications. Would really appreciate ANY help!

You will have to have an app that will open them first, you can upgrade to Office for Mac 2011 which is an Intel based app then open the docs and retry. Your docs were created with extremely old version of Office for Mac, version 2004!
Another possiblity is using a web based compatible MS Office for Mac app and see if it will open your doc and then save it, then attempt to re-open in Pages.

I apply to jobs online and need to provide my resume, which is in Word on Dropbox, but when I hit "Browse" to find Dropbox or any other repository all I can pull are photos. How can I get to my Word doc?

Take a look at the iCab Mobile browser for the iPad. It allows document uploads if you configure it properly in the settings. iCab Mobile also works with DropBox.
You may have to download the documents to the iPad and upload from there, but it might be worth a look here.

How can I upload any file (not only photos) under iOS 6?
Unlike the web engine of iOS 5.x and older, the web engine of iOS 6 has now basic upload support as well. But it only supports uploading photos and videos from the photo album. And this will only work under iOS 6.
The upload capability of iCab Mobile works under all iOS releases and supports uploading photos videos and all other file types. It can even scale down photos before uploading to save bandwidth.
But iCab's own custom upload capability has the disadvantage, that because of several iOS restrictions, it can not work on all web pages. Therefore under iOS 6, iCab Mobile provides a switch in the settings where the user can choose, if iCab should use the upload capability from the iOS (only photos, works with some more web pages) or the capabilities of iCab (photos and all other files, can't work on all web pages).
So if you need to upload other files than just photos, make sure that you set the option "Upload files via" in the settings to "iCab Mobile".

Cannot embed pdfs in MS Word doc which are PDF Version 1.3 (Acrobat 4.x) [This is associated with Adobe Reader 9]. Getting 'program not installed' error.

Cannot embed pdfs in Word doc which are PDF Version 1.3 (Acrobat 4.x) [This is associated with Adobe Reader 9]. Getting 'program not installed' error.
Pdfs with other versions are okay:
Tested successfully with Adobe Pro 9 (Version 1.5 (Acrobat 6.x)), Reader X (Version 1.4 (Acrobat 5.x)) and XI (Version 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x))
Also cannot open embedded pdfs which have been embedded with this version (getting a similar error).
Importantly I have removed/disabled all security options in Adobe Reader, following numerous internet suggestions from Adobe and elsewhere. This does not fix the problem.
Currently the work around is to re-save the pdf with something other than Adobe Reader 9 (so the version updates), but we would prefer not to do this for all the old pdfs we have.

Open an attached file: Tap the attachment to download it to iPad and then open it. If iPad doesn’t support the format of an attached file, you can see the name of the file but you can’t open it.
Open an attached file with a different app: Touch and hold the attachment, then choose an app. If you don’t have any apps that can open the attachment, you can view it, provided it’s a file type that iPad supports.

How do I save formatting from Word docs to pages?

Often when I open a word document in Pages I get a document warning pop up box. Often I find that basic things from the Word doc have been changed. For example, things that were in Bold text in the Word doc are no longer in Bold in the Pages file. How do I prevent this from happening as the document moves back and forth between myself ( a Pages user) and a clien (who has Word)?

As far as I know, Word create faux-style when a bold or an italic version of a font isn't available.
In such case, bold or italic will be dropped in Pages.
From my point of view it's a good choice but it may hurt some users.

No, not in a Word document. If you export to PDF fonts will be embedded.

I'm trying to figure out how to use a logo in a website i'm designing similar to the way they use the 10 cane logo in the above website.
Specifically, the way it stays flush to the right side of the browser; it doesnt scale but it moves with the window when you size the browser narrower. I dont know what this is called to even begin to search for answers on how this is done. can anyone help me??

Please Help: How to represent graphs for pathfinding

Hi, I am quite new to pathfinding, I understand that I have to use graphs, but I have difficulty on understanding how to represnt the graph in java. I need to represent nodes and edges, and state which nodes are connected to each other and the cost (distance) associated for travelling between those two nodes. So that I can later use a pathfinding strategy to find the shortest path.
I would be very grateful if anyone can guide me in this matter, on saying what kind of data structure is suitable, possibly using a little example.

Sometimes one specific representation will be perfect for your needs but sometime you'll need a combination of different representations. You can start with the representation you find easiest to handle maybe a 2D matrix where the rows/colums represent from/to nodes, and the elements are the costs. Later if you discover you need something else you need to make changes to Graph only.
