ST-PI update need functional retest
Hi,
The EWA report, shows the need to update the ST-A/PI "Service Tools for Applications Plug-In" and the Add-On ST-PI (Solution Tools Plug-In).
In the first case, the note is clear about this question, but in the other case it the note 539977 doesn´t say anything about this.
The question is, if we have to retest any Business Functionality to upgrade ST-PI.

ST-PI does not have any impact on business component / process, thus you can upgrade it safely without needing regression testing.

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

3. Logic for every field in the output format (viz. .. how do link the

Please avoid statements like 'The total value of all the break-up should
tally with the balance as shown in FBL1N for a given vendor for the given
day.'
You need to give the logic for the FBL1N, in that case.

Regarding having them update the specs, one can dream. Dreams are free. LOL. Hopefully the memory makers will update their specs as more makers start supporting a large memory configuration.

I did not do an extended test of the sticks in my MBP. Their home is in the ThinkPad I have because it is running Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V.
As you can see from the link above, these little suckers are pricey. But consider the price of 2GB SoDIMMs were $950 when they entered the market a couple of years ago. The price will drop.
I asked the Kingston rep that sent these to me if online sites like newegg.com would have them soon. She indicated no, but the corporate buying sites like CDW and Zone would. So check around. They just started shipped a couple of weeks ago so be patient.

I have to update Partner Function PARVW in KNVP table using FM sd_customer_maintain_all.
I had already created a BDC program for updating which is running successfully.
But my requirement is to create a BAPI using FM customermaintain_all.

1. I tried sending Z2 KZ as D first & Z1 with KZ as I with business partner of Z2 (KUNN2)

partner function ).
III) Any sample code which can guide me.
Even a small hint or clue from you will certainly help me.

AJAXi have the same problem. I need to update the partner function PARVW thru a program that i created. I tried to use this FM but it didn't work. Anyone knows another FM that i can use to update the KNVP table?

I own a DVD set of CS3 Design Standard for Mac, including a second DVD named CS3.3 including Acrobat 9.
I could not access the DVDs with the Remote Drive function of OSX (I am on a Macbook Air now, without DVD drive). Thus I downloaded CS3 from Adobe and entered the serial number. Works. However, I cannot update to 3.3/Acrobat 9 as there is no download available from Adobe for Mac.
Using a proper external DVD drive should work, I guess - if I can get hold of one, not much motivated to buy one, though.
Or is there another possibility of updating?

I'll try the USB thing.
However, I do not think that this is aspecific Acrobat issue, as the
original CS3 DVD didn't work either through remote, so I downloaded it
from Adobe, which worked fine.

App Store icon for updates needed is incorrect
The App Store icon on my phone shows that I have apps to update. When I click on the icon to install them, there are no updates to install. The number of UNneeded apps is always '3'. For example, the icon will show that I need 3 updates, when I check there are none to install. If the icon shows 5 updates, when I check there are only 2 to update. This just started happening shortly after iOS 7 was released; I have not installed it, nor do I plan to install it anytime soon. What is causing this? I took a picture showing the icon indicating 3 updates needed and the update page being blank, and I can post it if desired.
I've seen reports of this happening when updates have been issued for apps that make them only work on iOS 7, users of earlier versions of iOS get notified that there are updates pending but when you actually go into the app store updates function it realises they don't apply to you because you are on an earlier version of iOS than what the new versions require.
In fact I just had a very similar experience on my iPod touch with iOS 6, in App Store app it flagged 7 app updates in red badge but when I clicked on the Updates button it only listed two apps to update, once they'd been applied the outstanding updates badge disappeared. -
How can I sync my new iPad with my itunes account on my 4 yr old macbook? I plugged the iPad in once and all music synced. The 2nd time it said update needed. Macbook says no update available.

You cannot. Copy everything you want form the old computer to the new one, then sync it.
it basically says you have to erase your iphone to sync to a new itunes!
Correct Iphone will sync, or manually manage, with one and only one computer/library at a time. Syncing, or manually managing, to another will indeed erase the current content. -
Under the Mac Yosemite 10.10.2 O.S. -- the System Preferences: Java pane/ctrl-panel: Update-tab-function no-longer works, after updting to Java 8v40 JRE & SDK -- says that the internet connection is not valid !
A few questions....I assume your network is connected to the Internet? Do you use a proxy? If so, is it set in the browser or in the Java Control Panel?

Okay, that means with the latest iOS software, it requires the latest version of iTunes on the computer. Which computer OS platform are you using. Now you are saying that after downloading the latest version of iTunes that your iPhone is not being recognized by iTunes? Completely different thing, and the iTunes on the iPhone has nothing to do with that anyway. The iTunes on the iPhone is just for purchases.
If you are having trouble with the iPhone being recognized by iTunes, use the appropriate link for your computer OS for assistance.

Usage of update Task Function Modules
During an application development using WDA I have stumbeled across this unique problem.
As recommended by SAP I am trying to use update function module to update my SAP Database. But calling the function in WDA does not update the database.
<b>On the other hand when I call the same function module without the key words in UPDATE task, it updates the database.</b>
<i>So my question is
Can I use Update task function modules in WDA?</i>
If answer is Yes, then I would like to know How?
If answer is No, then what is the best practice for updating the SAP database in WDA applications.Try Add a commit work after the call.
