    Venho por meio desta informar todos os Protocolos abertos na TIM / ITAUTEC para garantir os meus direitos. Meu telefone pifou no dia 28 de outubro e, desde então, estou sem serviço de telefonia móvel. Tentei restaurar via itunes e não tive sucesso. Só na minha família, utilizamos cinco linhas da TIM. Portanto, ficar sem o meu contato está me causando enormes despesas extras. Desde que informei à TIM do meu problema, há quase 15 dias, não tive uma solução. Os atendentes do SAC e da loja própria da TIM no shopping Rio Sul divergiram de conduta todas as vezes que liguei solicitando uma solução para o meu caso. Somente depois de inúmeras tentativas – como se pode ver abaixo, pelo número de protocolos , fui contactado pela área responsável pela garantia do iPhone como deveria proceder.
    De todo modo, já acionei meu advogado, que está ciente de todas as minhas tentativas de comunicação com a TIM /ITAUTEC para resolver meu problema. O iPhone não é um aparelho barato – inclusive, ainda estou pagando por ele – e, como consumidor, estou me sentindo extremamente lesado e mal orientado. Tenho cinco aparelhos da Apple e, em todas as ocasiões em que necessitei suporte da autorizada da empresa no Brasil, fui prontamente atendido. Lamento não estar tento a mesma sorte com o iPhone 4 16G que comprei no Brasil e espero que, a partir de agora, tenha meu direito de consumidor preservado. Conforme solicitado, o aparelho está sendo sem nenhum acessório – confirmo, nenhum arranhão. Desde já, agradeço a atenção e a brevidade na solução.

    (complementing Fernando`s complaint with another complaint):
    I don`t know if you know this, but the warranty services for the Iphone in Brazil are the worst ever (that I have ever experienced) - something that I have never imagined from a company that is Apple's authorized warranty supplier. I buy Apple's products since 2008 and luckly I have never experienced any malfunction, but still, I always thought that if someday any of your products should show any trouble it would be very well cared by Apple. Unfortunately that's not what has been happening with iPhone warranty in Brazil. I`m sorry to tell you this, but I don`t know who else should I call, before going to the Justice to have my iPhone fixed. My story follows...
    On the August, 28th of this year I bought an iPhone 4 16GB Black from a TIM store (TIM is a mobile company in Brazil) at BarraShoppingSul in Porto Alegre, Brazil. By November 21 or 22, the "Home" buttom stoped working, suddenly, without any drops or accidents - it just stopped working at all. So the following days I did two full formats through iTunes, turned on or off the phone several times and nothing happened.
    I searched in Apple's web page what to do and I found out that I had to contact my phone operator and so I did. At November, 22th by 11:50 pm I called TIM (by the number *144) and asked them about what to do. The attendant told me that he didn't know because their system was off-line and that TIM would make contact the other day (protocol number: 2011254975382). The other day, they didn't call me by the morning and as I was already deeply annoyed by the problem of my phone I decided to call them again. So I called Tim at 1:11 pm at November, 23th (protocol number: 2011255278407), asked the attendant about what should I do to use my iPhone warranty and have it fixed. The atendant said I should go to a Tim store with the iPhone and all my documents, there they would make a call to Itautec (the company responsible for the iPhone warranty in Brazil), and that an Itautec member would make contact by the next following 48 HOURS, and that is what I did. At November, 26th I went to the shopping to exactly the same store that I had bought my iPhone, showed the iPhone with the problem. The attendant called Itautec, she told them all my data (address, iPhone model number, contact information), then she got a protocol number from Itautec. She gave me the number, and told me Itautec would make contact in 5 DAYS. The protocol number from Itautec is 12243392. It has passed 15 days and no contact has been made!
    Deeply unsatisfied, annoyed and ungry with the malfunction in my iPhone, last week I did a google research about iPhone warranty in Brazil, and I`ve got surprised by the huge ammount of people complaining about it, extremely unsatisfied with Tim's and Itautec actions and lack of will to resolve their clients problems. You can look at "www.reclameaqui.com.br" that is a famous and very important brazilian site that allows people to publicise their problems with products, just make a search on the iPhone warranty subject, please (of course, in Portuguese).
    After discovering so many complaints I decided I should not wait for their contact. First I tried the TIM store, I spoke to the seller of the iPhone about my problem, she felt sorry but she said she couldn`t do nothing: it's Itautec's responsibility now. OK, so I searched Itautec's web site about it, then I discovered something very "interesting": they only offer a phone number to speak about problems of iPhone out of warranty!!!
    This is true! I have never seen such a company that only offers a phone number to products that are OUT of warranty! Nevertheless I called them (phone number: 08007727753), because I was deeply in need to speak to a human being of that company about my problem. I spoke with a woman called Rosangela and she repeated to me that she could only help if my iPhone was out of warranty - I told her I was desperate and so she told me that THE ONLY WAY I COULD MAKE CONTACT WITH ITAUTEC TO SPEAK ABOUT MY PROBLEM WAS THROUGH AN E-MAIL: "[email protected]". She also told me that probably a woman called Natalia would answer me. I sent the e-mail last week, until now, no contact.
    I just don't know what else should I do. I spent a lot of money on this phone, I thought I was secure with Apple, but now I think different, and I`m telling everyone this sad story. Please help me, unfortunately Apple's image is being ruined with this too. I don`t trust TIM, nor ITAUTEC, but in Apple I still do. Please  help me!

  • CPIC-CALL Transaction program not registered Error while creating RFC Desti

    Hi All,
    I am trying to create a new RFC Destination.
    Details I have provided are..
    1.RFC Destination Name
    2.Connection Type - TCP/IP
    3.Description
    4. Activation Type - Registered Server Program.
    5.Program Id.
    6. Gateway Host and Gateway Service.
    But When I Test the connection, I am getting the following error.
    <b>" program xyz not registered / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPECMINIT'# Transaction program not registered"</b>
    However I was able to create and connect RFC Destinations successfully previously.
    I am not SAP guy. Could someone help resolve this issue.

    I request you to please help me out in this issue. I am getting similar kind of problem. I am trying to replicate the customer from CRM to R/3 and i get a bdoc message in SMW01 that "RFC connection failed please press the save button again". When the basis team further investigated they came up with the below error..

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you would like to know how to print from your iPad to your Deskjet 3511 printer.
    Your printer is AirPrint and ePrint capable so you should be able to use either method to print once your printer is connected to your wireless network. The instructions on connecting your printer to your wireless network can be found in your user guide.         i'm trying to backup MacBook white 10.6.3 manually to my external HD but it gives me this error,"The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “For Desta 008 SUR-BPBO-00019.tif” can’t be read or written. (Error code -36). i tried taking the HD out, but it gives me the same error, so pls tell me what to do, i need the backup fast.

    Synfig was made in 2006, so it's not unlikely that it might not work for some people. By 'some people', I mean me. I was just asking if it was something on my side, but if that's all you got, I think it's highly unlikely that it's my fault. I don't even want it anymore, I got Flash Professional. I was just wondering. I could have sworn you used to write more detailed answers before jumping striaght to conclusions. 'Did this happen to you on anything else?' or maybe even 'Why don't you complain to them?' would have been fine.

  • Call Function - Dest "RFC"

    Hello,
    i have a big problem.
    I´ve written a web dynpro programm.
    In this program i call a function:
    CALL FUNCTION 'READ_DAT' DEST 'Z_READ_DAT".
    Z_READ_DAT is a RCF which points on a exe file on my pc.
    When is use this Function in SAPGUI all works fine, but when i call it in WDA there is a dump.
    "Cannot open RFC". ST22 says EXEC_SAPGUI : cannot open sapgui.
    What can i do?

                                   there are cetain RFCs that cannot be used with Webdynpro, like gui_upload and all. the Fm 'READ_DAT' DEST 'Z_READ_DAT, since its working fine in normal abap means it cannot be used with wda, the Fm might be using sap gui to fetch from your pc.

    The last counter is increasing. What does it mean? Can this be the problem?
    I do not get 503 in the retcode map of the servers.

    Hi Mats,
    I find it very strange that the ACE is sending a 503 message back to the client, because, in case of issues, it normally just resets the connection. With that in mind, we should also investigate the server itself.  This is not trivial, so, you should open a TAC case.
    Let me just explain the meaning of the "Drop [dest nat fail]" counter. It will be incremented if, after a connection has been natted, one of the servers tries to open a new connection against the natted IP and port. This shouldn't happen unless you are using a protocol composed of several connections (for example, FTP)

    I am trying to register an SOA Composite and getting dest unreachable because the hostname originally configured no longer exists. I have searched the file system looking for anything that has the old hostname but find nothing.
    where can i change the hostname? not sure if its a weblogic thing or a manager server thing

    Hi,
    Yes it is the command line. Yes I give it the correct OIM url. but it seems as part of registering the composite it wants to turn around
    and connect to soa-infra so it fails with this
    t3://oimvm.THEOLDHOSTNAME.net:8001/soa-infra: Destination unreachable.
    I recently changed the hostname on this machine and I know if I change it back it will work but I would like to know where to change the hostname so I can make the old one match the new one.

    I am developing a WD applic to access the SAP sys and get PO details. I am unable to see the destinations defined in adaptive RFC model to maintain JCO dest. in the WD Content Admin.. Please let me know the  reason for it and how to go about it?

    First you have to maintain the system in your System Landscape directory (SLD).

  • Changing background dump dest , does not work

    Hi,
    i was asked to change the background dump dest location on RAC (10.2.0.5) environment.i just use below command to do this
    alter system set background_dump_dest='/newlocation' scope=both;
    its successfully completed. but now new alerts should be write down on this new location. and all other process files. but still old location is being used for this alert log and other processes files. even i flushed and remove alert log file from old location . but oracle generate alert log automatically in old location. so kinldy can any one tell me how to change this parameter so that it start dumping alert logs in new location ???

    I would have tried to change in all instances with:
    alter system set background_dump_dest=<new location> sid='*';But on my 10.2.0.1 RAC test this only works for trace files: to have alert log in new location I need to restart each instance like for rolling patching.

  • Regd. Creation of Port and RFC dest in PI

    Hi Experts,
    I have two scenarios 1. file to IDOC and 2. IDOC to file.
    for first , i need to connect to ECC for posting IDOC. in sap side they have created port ,partner profile etc.
    in PI sides i created an RFC destination(sm59) ,given generic name, i have created port(idx1) and mentioned the partener num say(SAP123) ant type (LS). Loaded the meta data in idx2. i am able to post IDOC in sap.
    for the second case,i am supposed to receive idoc from sap.
    do i need to create another port and rfc destination ? or simply adding the metadata in the prev created port will help.
    Actually i tried creating another RFC dest and port and was trying to assign same partner num (SAP123) and type (LS)
    while loading the metadata i get an error saying 'basic type of the IDOC is unknown'.
    from SAP side the IDOC status is green , saying idoc is dispatched to the target port.But in Trn. SE58, there is error show.
    Is this something wrong in PI or SAP ?
    Please help me with the steps to be followed with suggested naming conventions if any.

          Port type shouldbe SAP SYSID ...it is important that you create the port with this naming convention as the name is very important to be followed...
    Try to create the port name with the above mentioned..and give a try...
    Also post the error generated in the SM58 ...

    now I am strucked at RFC destination i am trying to create TYPE G connection, here what value i need to enter for "Path prefix " .
    We want to connect directly using RFC Dest with out using any adapters.

    when i use in CDMC i get the results i want to try - remote comparison,
    when i click on the remote comparison i need to choose RFC dest,
    i get a list of rfc that i dont understand from where the solution manager gets it,
    also when i try to choose RFC i get the Error
    "RFC destination different from destination system"
    I find the note 1636163 but it's not compatible my system my ST-PI

    I believe it is all controlled in SM59 where you can set the login id and password as trusted. Whe you call this function module remotely from your program, the logical destination system set in SM59 probably not set as trusted.

  • TCP/IP RFC dest entry not displaying in we21

    Hi Experts,
    i have created an RFC Destination in sm59 with connection as TCP/IP.  In we21 when i try to assign the RFC dest to the tRFC port, the dest entry was not displayed.   No RFC dest belongs to TCP/IP connection was displayed there.
    Please give your input for the cause of the issue.
