ST03N, BI Workload error
Hi All,
In the transaction ST03N, when i am clicking on BI Workload i am getting
"InfoProvider 0TCT_MC01 does not exist; reporting analysis not possible
Message no. S03321"
Can somebody please help to resolved this error.

Hello Deepak,
I am sorry that, you still have the issue. From the your BI team and your conversations, I sure that, BI Technical Content is not installed on your system. You can check it in the SYSTEM-->STATUS check for the component "BI_CONT".
If its installed, then you should be able to access the "0TCT_MC01". If you don't have BI_CONT installed, Install it and try again.

hi friends,
this is a fresh system and i only have sap application enterprise with oracle backend...
my issue is that i am able to execute BI tcodes in ECC too...and i am missing with BI content.
so no BI content in RSOR..but there some cubes and dso's..

Redistribution of Workload error !
Hi everybody,
In my Production environment, the Redistribution of Workload is not working fine at all =(
I make a search for "Group A" workload, and the system gives me "Group A" and "Group X" as a result. =( Also, some item redistribution doesnt work fine at all =(
Somebody knows how to fix and/or enhance (its a little bit low) the Redistribution of Workload feature ?

ST03N ABAP dump while accessing BI Workload
Hello,
I'm getting ABAP dump "Exception condition "X_MESSAGE" raised." while I. trying to access BI Workload part of transaction ST03 or ST03N."
I tried to debug ti and it seems that Function Module (RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ) which is reading multi provider 0TCT_MC01 is returning error 8 = INHERITED_ERROR, Error in Called Routine. There is a LOOP in this code for fetching data out of underlying cube and it seems; that system is not able to determine end of data. Even in last iteration of LOOP variable L_END_OF_DATA is not set to X.
Might be that my virtual cube 0TCT_VC01 of which Mprov is comprised is not consisted? I already went through note 934848 - Collective note: (FAQ) BI Administration Cockpit - step no 5: "Activate direct access for virtual providers.
Please assign source system for all the virtual providers (0TCT_VC*)." Cube 0TCT_VC01 has source system assigned.
PS: I'm on BW 7.0 SP17, SAP_BASIS and ABAP SP15.

I tried to retransport cube 0TCT_VC01 but dump still persist. There is a strange error in TA RSRV while I try to test its "Consistency of the Time Dimension for an InfoCube". Error is: Unknown, fatal error when creating instance in test "CL_RSRV_CHK_TIM_DIM" Message no. RSRV313
Can it be that it has something to do with dump in ST03?

- Search for InfoCube 0TCT_VC01; in the context, check "Activate
Direct Access"; Then, click on the "Source Syst.for InfoSource 3.x"
tab, you have to activate the direct access by marking the source
system (system name) and save.
Please also refer to SAP Note 934848(action 5).
As you may know, ST03N BI workload retrieves data of frontend and OLAP
statistics largely from MultiProvider 0TCT_MC01, which consists of two
InfoProviders 0TCT_C01 and 0TCT_VC01. Correct activation of BI technical
contents is a prerequisite for ST03N BI workload to behave properly. -
Display of Error Messages in Sourcing
Hi All,
We are in SRM Server 5.5
The requirement is have the exact error messages displayed in sourcing during PO creation process. Presently, the errror message displayed is " Some Backend Document not generated". The exact error message is getting dispalyed in Application monitor.
Any suggestions to implement this requirement.
There is a OSS note 945340 for SRM Server 5.0 and the code change is not present in SRM Server 5.5.

Hi all,
in a test system (BW 7.0, SP14), when I'm using ST03N -> BI Workload, I don't see any Analysis Views but Load Data and Process Chains. The technical content is activated and in 0TCT_MC02 I've got a lot of detailed data, that I'd like to analyse in ST03N.
The statistics are activated for the InfoCube as well as for the Query. Any Idea, what's missed yet?

in 3.x, the table RSDDSTAT was directly accessed to provide ST03 with data. Since SAP(R) NW 7.0, SP09, you must install the TC InfoProvider. The ST03N SystemLoad Monitor now grabs the Frontend and OLAP Statistics sa well as the Data Manager Statistics from the TC InfoProviders, if they aren't installed, ST03N cann't show the statistics. (T.Schroeder, SAP NetWeaver BI Performance).
However, I don't see the usual system load statistics (BI Workload), i.e. I only see Load Package and Process Chain statistics, even though the data is available and accessable via SE16, views RSDDSTAT_DM and RSDDSTAT_OLAP. My question is - why?

Hello Everyone,
We have installed, activated and are filling all the new BI Stat 2004s Cubes. Running the Business Content queries returns results just fine.
Problem is when running ST03N (BI Workload), the only thing that shows is Process Chain. InfoCube/Queries is blank.
Can someone explain how to get InfoCube and queries to show up? We have activated stats (X - 2 Detail) in transaction RSDDSTAT for Cubes and Queries, yet still nothing shows in ST03N.
We read that ST03N now reads the new tables RSDDSTAT_DM and RSDDSTAT_OLAP. Both these tables have data and as mentioned above, the queries show results.
Why not ST03N?

If you have to get data in ST03N you need to do some settings.
In RSA1 select "Tools" from main menu select "BW statistics" option and select OLAP and WHM options of the cubes for which you want to get statistical data.
When you select these option then statistical data(loading,deletion,compression,front end time etc..) will be saved in the tables RSDDSTAT,RSDDSTATAGGR etc.
Load some data to those cubes after these settings, now you will be able find data in ST03N.
Assign points if it helps.

Im getting this information on help :- Expert user mode, Collector -> Perf. Monitor Collector -> Execution Times in the left subscreen. The system displays the Contents of table TCOLL screen. Ensure that the report RSSTAT83 is scheduled hourly.but in

Transaction ST03/ST03N shows workload statistics for a period of time, or broken down by a particular workload type (like online dialog steps, batch load, print load, RFC-based load, and more).

Hi all,
I am facing trouble in Bi 7 admin cockpit.
all infocubes, datasources,infopackages,process chains are installed .
Process chains are running without any errors...
But the problem is DATA IS NOT GETTING UPDATED.
As tehre is no errors i took one example.
I ran 10 queries with long set of runtime s
I thought it should update the data in Statistics.
But the next day after process chains completed their schedule ,
There is no relevant data related to runtimes of queries .
There is no relevant data related to runtimes of such queries even after 1 week.
I ran all queries in Front end and olap section.....
What can be the error that i would be facing ?
there is similar to other things
rElated to Runtimes of cubes, Process chain status etc....
The data is not updating correctly...

SMLG- SAP logon load balancing

RZ20 -CCMS
for XI
SXMB_MONI- IE monitoring
SXI_MONITOR- monitoring for processed XML messages
for message in adapter we have adapter log in RWB.
to monitor the users logged on entire system module wise use ST07 or use sm04

How to decrease the OLAP/DB and Frontend time of query

While I am excuiting the query, it takes time to dispaly the query output. Reason behind is it have the high OLAP/DB and Front end time.
Can anyone help me how to decrease the OLAP/DB and Front end time.
Regards,Probably Existing Aggregates are not useful .. you can edit them based on below factors
You can also check ST03N - > BI Workload - > select Weekly/Monthly - >Choose All data tab - >dbl click on Infocube - > choose query - > check the DB time % > 30% and Aggregation ratio is > 10 % then create aggregates.
Now goto RSRT choose query - > Execute debug mode - > check 'Display Aggr found' and choose 'Display Stats' -> now you can check records selected Vs records transferred in % .. it should be > 10 % .. That means the query is fetching records from Aggrs which will also improve query performance!
Also check RSRT - Execute in Debug and choose display aggregates found.. If it found aggregates then the query is using/fetching data from aggr's

ST03N - shows workload, no information for the user's terminal
TH_SYSTEMWIDE_USER_LIST - shows only current users
RSUSR200 - no information for the user's terminal
ST07 - information not significant
STAD - is ok, however I could only see yesterday and todays data.
