Stabilization disappears when uploading through Share Vimeo/Facebook/Youtube.

Hey all,
I just shot a wedding video on Saturday. (I have five videos prior to this already uploaded on the respective three websites, all through iMovie 11 using the same method of clicking Share then each site).
Now, whenever I upload my latest video (fully edited, stabilized, etc.) the stabilization is gone by the time the video is to each site. The quality actually ends up worse than before it was stabilized. I use camera stabilizing equipmnt so there is hardly any tremor or sway in any of my shots so this should not be an issue. Some of my shots now shake like someone was jumping up and down very quickly. I rewatched an unstabilized version of my video in iMovie 11, QuickTime and I made a DVD to test on the TV. Yes there is some shakyness (because it is unstabilized) but, it's far superior than what is being uploaded into Vimeo/Facebook and Youtube.
So I tested a stabilized version doing the same three methods. Turns out near perfect. No shaking, very stable and smooth pans and shots. I reuploaded to Vimeo/YouTube and Facebook again last night. Same results, all stabilization gone and what appears to be an over exaggerated shaking of the camera.
Any ideas? I have never had this problem before this latest upload. I have OSX Snow Leapord up to date (refuse to buy Lion) and iMovie 11 up to date. It's becoming rather aggrivating as I rely on these sites to work correctly to help promote my business.
You thoughts and exptertise are greatly appreciated.

Just tried creating a Quicktime version of the video per Vimeo's tech support. Did the same thing. It's like the Stabilization is not taking. Ideas?

iPhoto Preferences > Accounts > click the little plus in the lower left corner and follow the onscreen instructions.

There is a dead area in the center of the display. Display is normal on both sides. Cursor will cross it but disappears when going through it. Has anyone seen this?

Error Message When Uploading iMovie to Vimeo/YouTube

I also get an error message when trying to "finalize project". The loading seems to be going well and takes quite a bit of time for my 20 minute long movie. At the end of the upload I get a generic error message saying that due to an error, my file could not be uploaded.
Any suggestions? I have uploaded several movies to YouTube and Vimeo in the past without an issue. Now all of the sudden I am having trouble finalizing my project and uploading.

Error message when trying to share to Facebook from PE10

I am getting an error message when trying to share video to Facebook. Has anyone else gotten this message? It doesn't seem to want to go away.

Please be more specific, as to what error mesage are you getting and when(before,during or after sharing)

Pictures uploaded to photos app not available when uploading through Facebook

I've uploaded pictures to my photos library, which show up in the various albums that I've transferred them to. In Facebook, when I try to upload pictures the recent pictures do not show up when Facebook access's those albums. Earlier pictures are there but not the recently uploaded ones. It appears that some sort of refresh is necessary to update the Facebook file structure to the new pictures, but I can't seem to find a way to do that. How do I get recently loaded pictures to show up through Facebook?

What version of iPhoto?
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Why does Facebook tag multiple times when uploaded through Aperture?

Hi all,
The past few times I've uploaded photos to Facebook via Aperture 3's (current version) integrated uploader it tags people several times, but not in the same way it used to (with the blue link) and don't lead to profiles. This only occurs when someone is tagged within Aperture.
I can't delete these tags on Facebook and I've only tagged them once in Aperture.
See the screen shot for an example. In the image, only I am tagged since Aperture didn't pull her face as a face. She was tagged manually (as was I, the blue link vs the black tags) and I blocked that out.
Anyone know a fix or what gives?

Photos rotating when uploading from iPhoto to Facebook.

This is driving me crazy! In my iPhoto library my photos are portrait (how I want them) but when I highlight and drag them to Facebook to be part of a post some of the pictures rotate sideways.
Could someone please!!! help me with this.

Have you tried to use the "Share" command instead of dragging to the Facebook album? My "Portrait" photos are showing correctly upright when I use the "Share" button in the footer if the iPhoto window.

PRE9 - cannot activate next button when trying to share directly to YouTube. What have I not done?

When I am trying to share a clip directly to YouTube the 'next' buttton
is grayed out and nothing happens. Cannot find a location to link the account to PRE9. Any help?

Thanks for trying. Still doesn't work. I created a new Google/YouTube
account and checked in preferences to be sure that it was automatically
picking up web services. Was sure to match email addresses in both apps.
No luck. I will do it manually until the day I stumble on the solution.

Your phone still thinks it is plugged into the stereo. I don't remember how to solve this but perhaps you can search through the forum or maybe one of the members here will jump in on how to switch the playback to speakers.

Also try renewing your iPhoto preferences -
A good general step for strange issues is to renew the iPhoto preference file - quit iPhoto and go to "your user name" ==> library ==> preferences ==> com.apple.iPhoto.plist and trash it - launch iPhoto which creates a fresh new default preference file and reset any personal preferences you have changed and if you have moved the iPhoto library repoint to it. This may help
This does not affect your photos or any database information (keywords, faces, places, ratings, etc) in any way - they are stored in the iPhoto library - the iPhoto preference file simply controls how iPhoto works - which is why renewing it is a good first step.

Styles disappear after uploading pages

I can view the Design when I'm working on it but the styles disappear when uploaded. Could this be a problem with the style sheet? I recently made the style sheets external and I must have messed something up.

Talk to your host. Your server is not properly configured vis-a-vis mime types for CSS files.
On the linked page, the CSS is being transferred with a mime type of text/plain, thus is not being interpreted as CSS by the browser. On the linked pages, the CSS is embedded in the page, so there is not a transfer issue. CSS files should be given a mime type of text/css.

"Share on Facebook" for songs, not entire albums

When I select "Share on Facebook" next to an individual song in the store, what appears in Facebook is the title and link for the album. If I instead do "Copy Link" next to the track and then paste the link in Facebook myself, the URL again gets rewritten to point to the album.
"Share on Twitter" keeps the link for the individual track unchanged. How do I do the same for Facebook?

I can't believe this is the intended behavior (well, perhaps it's the way it's been coded, but it's not the behavior the UI implies).

Can you control changes when uploading?

I would like to be able to control the changes made to the website when uploading through FTP and not business catalyst. Apparently the feature is available on business catalyst, but not a 3rd party server. What happens is that if I load the website from different machines, home and work, then all the progress and files uploaded at work get erased if I upload the site from home.
A feature that would allow to keep work done, and only add new files would help my productivity a lot. I am having to remote into office to work on site.

I suspect you've misinterpreted behavior you've seen.
The .muse file records when each page of your site was altered. When a site is uploaded (to BC or Upload to FTP Host) a file named muse_manifest.xml is written to the server. This file records the exact versions of all the files on your site.
The next time you open the .muse file and upload to the same site, Muse reads the muse_manifest.xml file to determine which pages (and associated files) need to be regenerated and uploaded. As long as the same .muse file is used on the two computers, Muse will upload only the minimal set of files.
What many don't immediately realize, is that when you take an update of Muse the code generation is likely to have changed (for performance improvements, bug fixes, compatibility changes for browser updates, bug fixes, new features, etc.). Since the code generation changes with a new version of Muse, and the files on a website are largely interrelated, all the files on the server need to be generated by the same version of Muse. If there's a change in Muse version, a large set of files will need to be uploaded.
Perhaps you have slightly different versions of Muse at work and at home? That would cause a large number of files to be uploaded each time you switch between versions.
