Stabilization flipped my clip and moved it off canvas

I have a standard DV clip that I applied stabilization to and it totally screwed it up, I have the default 2.5 for all of my smooth factors. My clip is now upside down and 3/4 of it runs off the bottom right edge( I mostly see black) The stabilize see to have worked since the clip does move however it is not in the correct place or orientation. I do not have transform, crop or distort on and I did not apply any other effects to the clip I simply imported it and stabilized. I would normally just grab it in the preview window with the wireframe active and move it however I have no clue what to do in FCP X. Any suggestions?

Every clip and timeline is off-sync!

All my footage and timelines have slipped off sync about 5 frames. When opened in quicktime, everthing is normal again. What could possibly be wrong!

Could you clarify a little: are you saying that when you export from that timeline to a QT movie, it is perfectly in sync, or are you talking about a previous export before the problem occurred?

About a year ago I gave up even trying to construct websites. There were too many new factors and technical aspects of correct scripts and coding to make it interesting for a designer with no interest in programming. It´s understandable that all new gadgets such as mobile surf panels, mobile internet on different cell phones, lap tops and stationary computers and a lot of different browsers made it impossible to run with just plain html. But when I found out that many viewers couldn´t even watch Flash movies or solutions with flash components I said enough is enough.
Now a while ago when HTML5 was released I heard that it made it possible to create films and almost identical content as with Flash films without using them. Bought some templates and realized that it really worked. So here are my questions:
What format does Adobe Muse CC use when I add films and stuff into it, and what format will come out of it when it´s an official website?
Do Adobe Muse CC convert film formats so they will be visualized correctly on the end viewers browser, computer or phone?
Will Adobe Muse CC advice me of what film or animation format will be the best for my viewers on the web or on a mobile internet?
Are there any guidelines available for how I shall save and export filmclips or animations before they are imported into Adobe Muse CC?

Hello Jack,
Currently, you can only import an swf file or you can embed videos from youtube, vimeo etc. into Muse / add HTML5 Video to Your Website.
Take a look at these simple videos that explain the currently available processes for adding videos in Muse, in a step by step method:

Extracting an asset that has a portion off canvas

I want to point out something that has happened to me just a few times, and I'm sure some people will have this issue and some won't since it's totally based on how one designed their psd's.
When extracting something like this header here...
I get this result...
As you can see my designer just made a taller shape and moved it off canvas, something I wouldn't do but something my designer has done before, it's fine he doesn't think about that kind of thing a lot and I can just pull it into photoshop and cut the excess off, but I wanted to point this out and just put on the radar that this does happen sometimes and it would be awesome if parfait was smart enough to see the off canvas bit and cut it out of the asset extraction.

I have also noticed the drop down menu arrow on Numbers Tabs has dissappeared since move.
you know the invisible arrow that appears in the additional tabs pages in "Numbers program"

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Urgent: left and right cut off when dragging entire clip to project

When I right click the clips in the event library and click "Select entire clip" and drag that to the project window, the left and right sides of the video are cut off. If I select only a single clip and drag that up or a portion of a clip, it looks ok. I need to get this thing done in an hour or so and I am baffled because there are people in this video that are being cut off! Help!

Actually, the more I look at it, the entire frame is cropped, even though I have "Initial Video Placement" set to fit in frame, not crop. The quality really gets lousy too when dragging them in. I am baffled why dragging a single clip fits the entire video, but dragging the entire clip series gets cropped...??

I have reduced apps and files as much as possible so the only thing left is to move the photos. Please recommend an external drive compatible for connecting to my TC 802.11ac and moving the iPhoto Lib off my HD which will free approx 15 gbs. of space. I don't plan on using it for any other purpose so a small capacity drive will suffice. I know the "optimization" is supposed to adjust for this condition but I don't trust that assertion.I only have 2gb free space remaining.

If you really only want such a small capacity drive.. what about just buying a 32GB or 64GB USB memory stick.
You should still have a back up to the internal hard disk of the AC TC.
Or just buy a WD Passport.. don't waste your money buying 500GB as it is only a bit more to buy 1TB and a bit more again for 2TB.. For future use if you do buy a USB hard disk buy 2.5" type.. and buy 1TB or if the budget stretches 2TB..

It sounds like you are unable to get any sound from your built in speaker on your device, even after toggling the side switch. I recommend the troubleshooting from the following article named:

Verify that the volume is set to a level you would normally be able to hear.
Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.
If the iPhone is in a protective case, make sure that the speaker port isn't blocked by the case.

Thank you all for your replies. Here is what i ended up doing. I cannot afford any 3rd party software so i went to itunes and manually entered all my playlists. As I had indicated my purchased music was on my new computer just not the playlists and I could not sync my ipod. After I rebuilt all my playlists I tried to restore my ipod to factory defaults/new. All of the steps called for in apple support and elsewhere were not available to me. I connected my ipod, went to my computer, right clicked my ipod, and formatted. That wiped my ipod so when I connected to itunes it then gave me a restore option. I did the restore and all is good in the empire again. I can now buy new music and sync my ipod so I am a happy camper.

Two Problems - Trash and Moving Clips

Problem 1)
I can't drag clips out of the iMovie trash. The application closed and moved some valuable clips into the trash.
Problem 2)
I can't drag clips into the bar any more and one of the clips appears faded in the 'library' of to be used clips. When I try to move another clip, that one becomes faded (but doesnt move into position) and the other one returns from it's 'faded' appearence.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

In and out point goes clip picture to go off-line

When I do a mark in and out in a clip. there is somme clip in the browser that go off-line. The clip is not offline but the picon of the clip in the browser said that the clip is offline.
if I go in this clip and do a mark in noe the picon become correct ???

I'm not sure if I follw your question, but here's my attempt to answer:
If I understand you have clips that show up in your Browser as Offline (red) but if you play them they are just fine and really are there. If you put an In or Out point in the Browser Clip then the files no longer appear offline.
I have experienced this with clips in the Broswer and the Timeline. I figure it is just a bug in the program and since everything still works, I'm okay.
So, if that is what's going on, I think it's just a bug, nothing more.
If that's not what's going on, I'm lost too.

Selecting and moving clips to the right of the TCI

Is there a way to be able to move the editted clips that are to the right of my current TCI, and keep the edits as they are?
I'm looking for a ripple delete with more control if that makes sense. My old editting software had a group tool which alowed me to make a cut and move every edit to the right, to exactly where I wanted to move them. I tried using the track select, but it only works on the track I drag, even if I select more than one track.

I'm not sure what the tool is called--I call it the "A-Tool" because you hit "A" to get it to come up. Anyway, hit "A" on your keyboard and shift+click on the left-most clip that you want to move, and it will select that clip and all clips to the right of it, on all tracks. Then you can move them over. If you don't shift+click, but just click, it will select only the clips on the single track.

For the first question: place one video on top of the other, as a connected clip. Change the size and position as you wish.
You have many questions that suggest you are very unfamiliar with the application. I think you'd be well served by going through a few online tutorials. All the things you ask are easy and fun to do in FCP X. It is best to learn by seeing it done. Look at rippletraining.com, izzyvideo.com, and others. I am sure you'll find that it will be time well spent.

Stabilize a Multicam Clip

This is driving me nuts!    I'm used to being able to right click on a clip in an FCP timeline and say send to motion - stabilize *just that part of the clip* and return to FCP. Job done.   Not so in Premiere Pro AE it seems.
So, here's the problem.
4 Cameras - each have long clips.   As I've cut them in Multicam I need to take out a small wobble in a 6 second section of (say) track 3.    If I right click on this clip and replace with an AE comp so I can stabilize it the entire multiclip appears in AE and it now wants to stabilize the entire 40 mins rather than just this 6 second piece. Crazy.
What is the easiest / fastest workaround for this?    Stabilizing the entire 40 min clip is not practical for several reasons, including the time taken to analyse (many hours) and the fact that the camera moved position in this time so the footage wouldn't even match anyway!
Help! Going crazy since I'm trying to get this project finished and delivered..... it's the first Multicam I've done in PP after switching from FCP7.

Supposing, I had several long multicam shots. I placed footages into nested comp and synchronised them (specially for you: total movie length is of about 55 min):
Then made cuts on Master sequence via Multi-cam Monitor:
Found out that my movie needed stabilisation right from 15:00:00 to 15:05:00.
OK. Made two extra cuts on 15:00:00 and 15:05:00:
Replaced that short clip with AE comp. Checked nested AE comp for proper camera view:
Applied Warp Stabilizer onto my short AE Master comp (it was actually completely useless footage, just for playing around)
It took of about two minutes to calculate all the stabilisation within AE
