Adobe Bridge CS6 Stopped working. Fault Module Name: StackHash_0a9e
It's just typical. I'm up against a deadline and this happens.
If I try to open an image in Camera Raw, check the colour settings, get into the camera raw preferences this is the result:

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT as you start iTunes) then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.

ITunes 10.3.1 has stopped working in Windows 7 64bit
I just upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and I downloaded iTunes 10.3.1 for Windows 7 64 bit. My Quicktime player is working fine but everytime i tried to open iTunes, it gives me an error message that says iTunes has stopped working. I need help trying to fix this, I already tried uninstalling, re-installing, and mostly every suggestion in the Apple support forum and it still does not work.
This is the information I have on the Problem Details:

Adobe does not support AA8 on Windows 7, though several have been successful on 32-bit systems. The 64-bit system has been a killer for AA8 from what I have seen. Maybe one person reporting success. You might see if it can run under a compatibility setting. It is also interesting to note that the list you posted only mentions AA8.1, not the 8.3.1 that you indicated at the beginning. That could possibly be the issue. Generally the early releases have not worked with 64-bit systems. If you install the updates (maybe from Help>Updates, or as a download from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows) you will get the systems to run. Do expect potential problems if you continue to work with AA8, but you might be able to work it out. Good luck.

anyone can help please.I just ran into the same issue on my 2011 Explorer. Out of nowhere, I was unable to hear any audio when making or answering calls over Sync (iPhone 4s). Handsfree calls were no longer an option... not acceptable.
After 1000 searches all over the web, I finally found a contact number for Sync support. Ford seems to be burying this phone number for some reason?!?
Hopefully the rep you catch will be as helpful as the one I just spoke with! After a few steps (soft resetting the phone and resetting the car to manufacturer settings) I am able to make/receive calls again

So we'll go looking for the older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view settings.
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
Click OK.
Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
Open the "Windows" folder.
If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, open the "System32" folder.
If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files ... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.) -
Itunes wont open (windows 7 x64)
Okay, so as you see in the subject, i have a laptop with windows 7 64 bit installed. Previously I've had iTunes version 9, 9.0.1, 9.0.2 and 9.0.3 work on this laptop (and previous versions as well). I check for updates and I see that 9.0.3.15 is out and I decide to download it. I install it and let it start up itunes after installation is complete and nothing happens. I wait a good 2 minutes and nothing happened so I decided to try the shortcut and see if it opens. I double click it and then about 10 - 15 seconds go by then I get a popup. "iTunes has stopped working". So, I try uninstalling all apple software and re-installing it, that didn't work. so then I tried doing that and removing all registry entries, that didn't fix it. then I tried uninstalling it, and going through and manually deleting all files left behind and re-installing it. then I tried doing all that and installing previous versions, and those don't work. I've tried installing 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 and neither of those work now. I'm getting quite frustrated and want itunes to finally work!

This started a couple weeks ago, but doesn't seem to coincide with any other installations or reconfigurations, so I'm having trouble getting at the root cause.
The first time I run Firefox after installing, it runs fine (complete with a full list of add-ons.) If I then close FF and try to start it from the task bar or start menu, nothing happens. I've tried starting in safe mode (shift+FF), but get the same result. I've restored FF to all the default settings, disabled all my plugins and add ons, but no change.
The really odd part is that if I click the 'Inbox' link in my Windows Live Messenger, FF opens perfectly. This made me think that it was my homepage causing the issue, but A: I can go to that page without problems once FF has started from WLM, and B: even if I use the FF default homepage or google.com, I get the same problem. Furthermore, if I restart FF from within FF (like after I disable/enable an add-on), it will also start properly.
No crash report is generated by FF when it fails to load, but Windows catches the problem in it's event log. I've pasted the contents of that record at the bottom in the hopes that someone can take a stab at what's wrong.
Finally, I've already run through the online crash help, but everything is either not related (since FF will start if called indirectly) or has already been prevented (absolutely no add-ons are running at the moment.)

</Event>I have exactly the same issue. After FF upgraded on its own to version 5, it won't open from start menu, taskbar, desktop icon, or even by pressing firefox.exe in program files directory. It does so by pressing a link at msn messenger, inside Outlook etc.
Disabling all addons, didn't help. Moreover, I can't start FF in safe mode or start profile manager (Start > Run> firefox.exe -ProfileManager).

Consider the following scenario:
(albeit, this may not even be the right way to do this, or perhaps such functionality is not possible based on existing tools at this time, however, I thought I would post and see if anyone has a trick to share...)
I have a slideshow on the page, it is set to auto play.
I would like to hide it initially, and have it trigger with a button... and then let the user close it. Much like the "light box" effects we have all come to know from the web.
Seems easy enough.
However, in my first attempt to do this I did the following:
1- create an OPEN button (F1)
2- create a container box and a CLOSE button, grpup them (F2)
3- turn them both into an MSO (M1)
4- set the button in F1 to trigger F2 (open state)
5- set the button in F2 to trigger F1 (close state)
-> test, works.
next step, slideshow!
I grab 5 images, create a new MSO (M2).
Turn it into a slideshow Folio Overlay...
-> test, works.
Now this is where it gets funky...
MY FAIL 1- If I try to take M2 and then right click M1, there is NO paste into option.
MY FAIL 2- If I click on the Object States Panel, and then Right click State 2 for M1, there is no "past into option"
MY FAIL 3- If I try to "Alt+Ctrl+V" with M2 into State 2 for M1 it does not work.
--> nor does any other scenario where I attempt to paste any MSO into another MSO
I have even tried
x- grouping the MSO slideshow with a non MSO element such as a frame, text boxt, image, ect..
x- taking the 5 images and pasting them into the MSO seperate, and then trying to turn them into a new MSO inside State 2, which the new MSO button is greyed out and will not let me apply it.
Possible solution I have come up with after looking over alot of Bob's stuff in the tutorials area
(PS his videos and tut's realy help, its a differant kind of thinking going on here with DPS, I imagine it relates to how the C in the binary works and is translated by the InDesign GUI into app code... would be nice to just type in "function on_tap(){open_slideshow(vars);}" lol silly programmer, this is primarily a tool for designers ... but I do think its awesomeness, as a programmer, I dont even want to write code anymore after using DPS and Phone Gap...),
so... here it is, not necessarily the most attractive...
1- Make the slide show MSO, push to BACK, set to auto play and swipe allowed...
2- place a large opaque box on top of the slideshow, group it with the OPEN button
3- create a close button
4- turn them into an MSO, now there is an 'open' button in state 1 on top of an opaque box that sends to state 2, and a 'close' button in state 2 that sends to state 1
This seems to work, I have not tested it on all devices, the iPad will kind of do this wierd glitchy thing, as if it "knows" there is something moving underneath the opaque box. Depending on how I have positioned scrollable frames on top of these elements from a stacking perspective there can be some unexpected behavior. The best results I have had from more complex layouts is to get creative with positioning...
any other suggestions, tips, tricks, would be appreciated
ON a site note:
POSSIBLE BUG:
ANYTIME I try to take ANYTHING that is already using the FOLIO OVERLAY and right click the STATE in the STATES PANEL
In Design total crash!!! The only time I can take a FOLIO OVERLAY (FO) and "right click paste into" an MSO state is by clicking on the state on the stage, it can not be done from the panel, the panel only works with non "FO" items... Even though the state in the panel shows the "past into" option, if I do, *poof* instant app crash... FYI for anyone toying with this. Kudo's to Adobe for the outstanding "auto save" feature. It has saved me time, and there for in some strange way, has also saved some of my life.
Here is what InDesign poops out when a "Folio object" is attempted to be "pasted into" an MSO via the MSO panel.

However we could build such a construct by using ExtendScript (Adobe's flavor of JavaScript).
The problem with that is, that Buttons inside a nested MSO will not work as expected. At least my testing is showing that.
If you want nested MSOs without Buttons (inside the nested one) or if you like to experiment, see the following thread:

ITunes won't open after I downloaded 11.2
I've hemmed and hawed about updating my iTunes for a while, and the latest glitch made me wish I listened to my instincts.
After upgrading from 10.7 to 11.2, iTunes keeps crashing within a few seconds of its opening.
Here's the 11.2 Windows error message I keep getting upon the iTunes crash:

Much appreciated if someone can help resolve; I've already tried reinstalling, uninstalling+reinstalling and reverting to 10.7 (but that version won't open since the library file's already been updated by 11.2 & thus, unreadable by 10.7.)
Thanks!found this in another post and it worked for me;
OK, so right after posting this I found this advice by complete chance:
If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT) as you start iTunes, then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.
I opened itunes in safe mode, turned of "show itunes in the cloud purchases" and now itunes works as normal, which is great. I checked on my girlfriends side of the computer and that box was unchecked on hers which is why it had been working. I don't use the cloud for anything so I can only assume that itunes was trying to communicate with a cloud (account?) that does not exist and that conflict was causing the program to crash.
If anyone has a better explanation for the Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases feature and why it was messing up my itunes I would love to hear it. Thanks. -
My itunes stopped working after I came back from vacation. I tried uninstalling everything and updating to 10.1 but it won't open. When I click it, it shows up in the task manager for a moment and then disappears with no error messages. Quicktime works fine but when I downloaded and installed safari it won't open either.
Then I created another user account and tried it there and it doesn't work. It also looks like the plugin for adobe acrobat has stopped working as well. I have to right click and save as to view pdfs. I tried disabling the bonjour service and restarting the computer but it still doesn't work.
Any ideas? I have windows 7 x64 professional
ThanksStill having the same problem I'm getting a distnoted.exe *32 that pops up in the taskmanager for a short time after trying to open it. I did get this after creating another user account: Itunes has stopped working

Downloaded iTunes 10 - Will not open
Hello everyone - This is my first time posting here, but I am at an impass and need some help.
I upgraded to itunes 10 and now it will not open. I have removed all other itunes files and quick time and loaded it again, still nothing. I have done all of the suggested fixes for this, and it still will not work. I tried loading itunes 9.2 and it will not work because it says that the library was created using a newer version of itunes. So, I removed everything and tried to load itunes 10 again, same deal. It loads fine, but when you click on the icon on the desktop, nothing happens. I called microsoft and they said that they suggest oly using upto iTunes 7.6! What should I do now??? -HarryThis is what I get:
