U can use the FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1' for sending the list to a mail id configured to outlook

IMovie Workflow Tasks for Automator

Are there any iMovie workflow tasks available from Automator? When I bring up Automator, iMovie does not appear in the list of applications, although other iLife applications DO, such as iTunes, iPhoto, and iDVD.
What I would like to do is create a workflow that will take an iMovie project, and then simply export it in the three formats I use most often. When I do a video project, I will export it to a DVD, export it to iWeb, and export it as an iPod movie.
Has anyone done this? Or do I need to rely on AppleScript?

Bad news, I'm afraid.
Unfortunately iMovie (or at least iMovie HD, don't know about iMovie 6) is not AppleScriptable. That's (more or less) why there aren't any Automator actions for it.
It might be possible to use "UI Scripting" (sending AppleScript commands to iMovie's menu items and buttons) but it's not guaranteed to work and you'd need to know a fair bit about AppleScript to have much hope.

XmlException when performing any offline task for propogation

i am doing portal propagation via ant script. i have copied the propogation_ant.xml and modified it for my system.
online tasks works fine but when i execute any offline task its giving below exception.
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/bea/xml/XmlException

1. Which version of WLP are you using? Please Confirm this.
2. I have WLP 10.3.2. The missing class XMLException, I could find in this JAR: C:\beawls1032\modules\com.bea.core.xml.beaxmlbeans_1.1.0.0_2-4-1.jar
Looks like in your classpath, you already have similar com.bea.core.xml.xmlbeans_2.2.0.0.jar, BUT this JAR is having the same class in DIFFERENT package. The class with right package is in the above mentioned JAR. So see if you add that jar if it helps. Also make sure your WLS.home is pointing to right folder. If you find this similar JAR, having this class, just give the full path without any substitution variables and see if that works.

NOTE: I see some differences in the location of JARs in your snippet and in above link. Hence confirm which version of WLP are you using.

My e-mail works fine but when I try to sign up for other sites like twitter or any site asking for an e-mail address it always kicks it out saying not valid e-mail

I cant log on to msn IM it tells me to put full address in, I tried to sign up for twitter and I type my first letter and it says invalid e-mail. the same with any site that requires you to use my address. both hotmail and outlook both work fine, I have turned off firewalls and all security and it still does it can anyone help?

HTML Editor for creating e-mail templates for SAP Cloud for Customer

Hi Techies,
                 Is there any preferred software for creating e-mail templates to use with SAP Cloud for Customers ? I mean to avoid unnecessary errors when creating standard e-mail template which are recognized unified manner within the system.
Will appreciate with rewards points for best support.

Here is a template for the wire-frame that we used. We went with pure HTML tables so that the response could be multi-client compatible. We found that additional code caused issues with certain clients. In the middle table, we had linked icons to our respective self serve properties and additional support options for Chat and our own Support Community.
The content of the email will be placed where #Text# is. Our email responses include the content and the basic signature. We also provide our detailed legal disclaimer at the bottom with additional links if needed.

Related Item link is broken in DispForm.aspx for a task in Workflow Tasks list if file name contains " ' " (single quote)

Description:
We have created a custom workflow in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and SharePoint 2013. This Workflow is associated with a Document library.
This Workflow starts as soon as any new item is created OR updated in Document library and creates a Task in Workflow Tasks list.
Related Item link is not working in following scenario -
Upload a file that contains “ ' “
in its name, in a document library
Navigate to Workflow Tasks list
Open View Item form (DispForm.aspx ) of Task Created by workflow then click on link in Related Item fields
OUPUT:
Related Item link truncates after “ ' “
Eg.
Original Link: http://<Site URL>/Documents/te'st.txt
Related Item Field: http://<Site URL>/Documents/te
Is this known bug in SharePoint 2013 OR any hotfix available to fix it.

As I tested per your description, I can reproduce the issue as well.
From what I have found out, it seems SharePoint resolve single quote into different code in different place. During the test, if I set Task Name to Document Name, single quote will be resolved to ' , if I set some field to Document encoded URL, single
quote will be resolved to %27 . For now, I haven't found out any article talking about this issue.
As workaround, we may find out a way to change the Related Item field. However, it is OOB field in workflow task (SharePoint 2013) content type, and this content type cannot be modified in form.
I'd suggest you add new column to get document url and place in the form in Task content type settings.

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to allow multiple users to approve.

Oracle human workflow task services have no support for SAML2.0 in 11.1.1.5

When I have checked the SAML binding version of Oracle human workflow task service WSDL (TaskQueryService2?ORAWSDL), it has a SAML 1.0 policy attached to it in the soap header?
Does SOA Suite 11.1.1.5.0 workflow tasking services support SAML2.0 policy ?
I have tried applying SAML2.0 policy from OSB on the Business service calling TaskQuerySerivice2, it does not accept it. As the SAML version of wsdl is embedded with SAML1.0 policy, business service
did not run?
As this Tasking services come as part of standard SOA Suite install, is there any work around to update the WSDL to change the policy to SAML 2.0?

Email Notification for Forwarded Workflow task

Hi all,
Is there a way to trigger an email notification for a Forwarded Workflow task?
That is when we forward a task from my SAP inbox to another SAP user's inbox by clicking on the fwd button, there is no email notification generated to the user notifying that a task has been forwarded to him/her? We have to manually send an email to the person notifying that I have fwded a task in his inbox.
Maybe something in SWNCONFIG...
But what?? not sure... We currently use RSWUWFML2 ...

Why do I not get the checkout option for a pdf type document when clicking on the document link in the SharePoint workflow task?

We are trying to use workflows to review and edit pdf files in sharepoint 2010. We are having a couple of issues and am hoping someone has the answer.....
1) When myself and coworkers click on the pdf document in the library, we get the check out option as expected. However when we click on the document
link in a workflow task (on the sharepoint site), the pdf opens as a temporary file and we do not get the check out option. Why does this happen?????
2) The same thing happens when we click on the document link in the workflow task email; HOWEVER, one of our co-workers does get the
check out option when clicking on the link in the email task. Why would she get the checkout option using the email and not when clicking on the link in the task list on the sharepoint site ???? We have compared our internet settings and adobe
settings to ours and found no differences.
We are using Sharepoint 2010, Windows 7, IE8, Adobe Reader X or XI. Some of us have Adobe Pro X and have the same issues.

I try to reproduce the issue, however, no matter when I click the pdf type document in the library or click on the pdf document link in the workflow task email, it download the pdf doucment and then I can open it.
It will be better if you can descript how you
get the check out option as expected when you click on the pdf document in the library.
Then I upload a
word type document to the library, no matter when I click the word type document in the library or click on the word document link in the workflow task email, I can open the word document directly and get the check out option as expected.
I recommend to use the other type docuemts to check whether the check out option works.

Is it possible to create a task in outlook for a specific user via workflow? My Boss want to have every user informed via mail that there is a new element in a list (that works fine) and one User should have a task (even better a complete to do list) in
his outlook task tab.

Based on your description, my understanding is that you want to create the tasks for users in Outlook with workflow.
I recommend to use workflow to create tasks in a task list in SharePoint and then sync the task list with outlook by clicking the button Connect to Outlook in the ribbon of the task list.
After that, the tasks created in the task list will be automatically synced to Outlook.

I have created a subtype ZBUS100106 for BO BUS1001006. Also I have created a new method for custom BO. When I am assigning the BO BUS1001006 in workflow task, the new method whcih i have created is not appearing. What do I need to do to get the method in workflow task.

Well if you don't say so in your post, I just assume you didn't mostly because of your problem.
In the forum guidelines it is explained how to formulate your questions in order to get the best results. For instance describe what you did up to the point you got stuck, the release your on could be of importance and what you already tried to resolve the problem.

Univeral Worklis - XML Content Configuration for workflow tasks

I work in an HR and SAP Portal project in Stockholm, Sweden. We have now activated the course booking functionality in the "Training and Event" module. The basic functionality is that course bookings etc. should be approved by managers using workflows. Therefore must be the Universal worklist be configured. I have also read the guide "How ToConfigure the Univeral Worklist" but I still need some guidance on how to do that.
These workflows are used in the process:
·     WS01200147 (Employee Attendance Cancellation)
·     WS01200151 (Approve Employee's Attendance Booking)
·     WS01200160 (Approve Employee's Rebooking)
I should appreciate if you could help me to create a correct XML-file to include above workflows/tasks in the universal worklist.
