Stalled Scrolling and Other Problems- NEED HELP ASAP! HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED/SOLVED, STILL NEED HELP.

Ever since I downloaded Firefox 25, I have had an issue with scrolling. If there was some way to record this, I would, but at this time I cannot, so a description will have to do. If someone knows a way to record what is happening, I will gladly do it to make what I am saying easier to visualize.
On some sites I visit, scrolling will be what can only be described as "choppy"- I will attempt to scroll down, but there will be a small delay before the page responds and scrolls down. Thus, the scrolling does not go smoothly. This mostly happens on sites (tumblr pages especially) with non-scrolling backgrounds (ie backgrounds that do not scroll with the page) on them.
First off, I do not think this is a problem with any extensions, my computer, or the sites themselves. When I open the same pages in Chrome, the issue does not occur and the issue does not occur in all pages.
I have tried clearing the cookies and cache, resetting my browser, disabling hardware acceleration, checking the plugins (problem still happened even when all plugins were disabled), updating my graphics card, and disabling website colors. The first few produced no lasting result/fix, and while disabling website colors did fix the issue, it made the rest of the site/other sites (ones that were working fine) difficult/impossible to use.
One interesting fact of note is this: If I downgrade to Firefox 24, the issue not only disappears, but stays away, and does not occur.
Another fact of note: I have written a previous thread on this issue, but ended up not getting an answer to a second question I had. In the first thread, I was given this possible solution, referring to a bookmarklet I could use/try: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/976244#answer-496960
So my questions here are these:
1) What is going on in Firefox 25 that makes scrolling choppy in that version, but not in version 24 or any other browser except version 25?
2) How exactly do I use that bookmarklet I linked to? Where do I need to place it? How do I get to where I need to place it? How would it work? Is there a way to/Can someone make it into a Greasemonkey (I have Greasemonkey) userscript, if it does work?
Also, is there a way to "bump" my thread without actually commenting on it?
Bumping this. Are my questions showing up for anyone else? Because usually I get fairly prompt answers, but have gotten nothing on my last couple of threads.
I'm sorry if I'm coming off as demanding, but I would like to have this answered, and it's frustrating to not have things at least replied to.

First off, are my threads even showing up anymore? Usually I get fairly prompt replies, but my last couple of threads have gotten nothing. While I am sorry if I come off as rude or demanding, and understand that there are other people needing help and you all are busy, it is rather frustrating to not get a single reply on a thread, even if that reply is "We don't know" or "we are working on this problem". It might not seem like an important problem to you, but for me it is a problem and lessens my enjoyment of the Firefox product. Plus, having questions answered grants me more knowledge of the product, and thus grants me more ability to fix problems on my own.

YvesolutionWhat you normally should do when you have an iTunes card that has not been activated is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, or you don't know or can't get to the retailer, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a scan of the receipt

I have 3 PC's. Two of them I use at 2 different locations and only use them 6 months each year. When I turn on a computer that has not been used for 6 months, does all of the old information from that computer end up in Icloud? Does Icloud push all the new calendar and contact items over the old items?
A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.

I reinstalled Win7 64bit, same issue.
I installed Win7 32bit, installer doesn't run correctly.
Got a second new laptop, running Win7 Starter edition, 32bit, installer doesn't run correctly.
By run correctly I mean when you double click it, you get the busy cursor and some disk IO then nothing happens.
So....When's the next release of Itunes out?

be able to click on any of them and, this click
will invode a createclip function which pretty much creates a
dynamic movieclip and loads

So if the user clicks on ClipA, function createclip would get

When a movie is attached, can it be unloaded or unattached?

Catching an exception to detect dupes is functional but not very elegant. If you use REPLACE then you know your statements will always work. The drawback is that the statement is not portable across databases. -

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I downloaded a copy of Windows Server 2012 R2. I am installing it on a stand alone PRE OWNED server which is a Dell R900 quad quad core server with 16gb ram and 500gb drive. The drive has been initialized and configured perfectly and windows server has been
loaded.
Upon the start of it, the screen appears that tells you to change your password for the admin account. Upon putting ANY (and I do mean ANY) password in there regardless of the complexity, the machine comes back with ..." The password you typed does
not meet the password complexity requirements set by the administrator for your network or group. Get the requirements from your administrator, and then type a new password."
I have tried new drives with no luck, I have tried everything that one can try on this (except the right thing of course). My guess is that the machine retained some crazy complex password file and stored it in an EEprom on board. If this was a factory fresh
machine, I would guess that this wouldn't be an issue as there was no file created yet that the machine is running it's scripted denial from. So... Does anyone have the exact method for eradicating this file or changing the domain controller or file that
controls this complexity problem WITHOUT HAVING TO LOG INTO THE MACHINE since as I said, you can't log into it. I even tried to go in through Linux to find the password in the SAM and since it's a new copy of windows, and there is no passwords in there, it
couldn't find the file since the admin acct wasn't set up yet (but that domain controller is working it's butt off and keeping me out I tell ya! lol)

Thanks for the reply! Yes, the drive was put in the machine with no other drives (500gb SAS) and installed/initialized without incident. The DVD was put in the DVD drive and the OS was installed on the machine. As the machine starts up again after
install (reboots) the text comes up that says that you have to change the password on the administrator account due to this being the first install of the OS. I put in a password, and then put it in again, then get the statement about the password being entered
doesn't meet the complexity level set on the domain controller and to contact the admin of the network. I then looked up what that was referring to and used a series of passwords that should have worked as they matched the exact complexity that windows stated
in their tech knowledge base. Such as ... P@ssw0rd and another like Pass\/\/0rd!! as well as quite a few others with various names and symbols. Each time meeting or exceeding the 8 chars with upper and lower case with symbols
present. Each and every time that complexity statement in yellow comes up.
I tried changing and initializing 2 more disks and downloading another copy of windows server 2012 R2 and tried it all again. Still the exact same thing. I have never seen anything like this before. I have installed windows server 2003 and 2008 in the past
many times without errors like this but this one really has me beat as to what is wrong.
I read a tidbit on a way to go to DOS and take some files from the DVD and copy them to certain locations on the drive the OS is installed on. That is supposed to write over the files that provide the complexity issues but where ever I saw it, they didn't
go into detail as to what exactly to do. I know others have had the same problem in the past but every answer I can see either doesn't address the question or provides the wrong answer altogether.
That's why I am posting here in a last ditch effort to save this project since the same exact problem is happening when I tried to install windows server 2008 R2 as well. I thought I may be able to just go with 2008 and get that running without the issue
but when I wipe the drives completely, and reinstall onto the drive the 2008 version, the exact same thing comes up.
