Standalone:Problem in receiving notifications for a user defined in WF_USER

HELLO Everybody,
I installed an standalone version of Workflow (Server: 2.6.2 with Oracle 9i Database) with the users imported (in WF_USERS view) from DBA_USERS. I have the workflow's schema objects created for user account (named OWF_MGR) and I have other users like SCOTT, HR each with their own schema installed.
Now, when I upload and fired a workflow definition with OWF_MGR as performer of some activities, I put SCOTT as a reciever of notifications generated. However, when I logged in to worklist monitoring console (from Workflow home page) using a DAD for SCOTT, I didn't recieve any notificaiton for scott.
I tried the same workflow with OWF_MGR both as a approver and reciever of the generated notifications and the things are running as expected. Thus, it seems that the existence of a different schema for scott is creating some problem (as scott cannot logged in with an access to WF-related tables).
Do I need to grant some particular access priviledges to SCOTT on WF-related tables/ views (in OWF_MGR schema)? OR any other approach....

Hi,
Check the permission in System Administration -> Permissions -> Security Zones -> com.sap -> Netweaver.Portal -> high_safety.
It may be read only. change that.

Since upgrading to ML, I receive change notifications for other icloud users calendars I subscribed to, even when "ignore notifications" of this calendars is ticked in the Calendar application.
How can I prevent to receive such change notifications?
Currently, I need to remove the notification in NC and I must remove the notification in the Calendar inbox as well.

For example, I will be in the messages app texting someone and I will still receive a sound and vibration letting me know someone sent me a text message even though I'm in the app and ALREADY KNOW THAT THEY ARE TEXTING ME.
Is there any way that I can fix this problem?

My boss is receiving notifications for every employee's calendar. How do I make it stop?

The company that I work for uses google calendar for scheduling appointments, meetings, ect. Each employee has their own calendar. Additionally there is a "master" calendar that is maintained by our office assisstant. The calendars are shared and everyone in the company can see each calendar. The issue that my boss has described to me is that he is receiving notifications for each of our calendars and the master calendar. For example... when we have our Monday morning meetings and all employees are scheduled to be there there is a meeting posted on all of our calendars as well as the master. An hour before... he receives eleven notifications of the Monday morning meeting. I have both my personal google cal and work google cal synced with my iPhone and I do not experience this problem. Neither do the two other gentlemen in the office that I have approached with this issue.
Here is what I know:
I have two google accounts added to my iPhone including my work account and do not receive multiple notifications of an event.
My boss has five accounts, not all of them google, in his iPhone. One of them appears to be set up as a google sync account.
I double checked his notification settings in google cal and he does not have notifications/reminders set for any calendar other than his own in the calendar settings.
He has shared notifications turned off on both his device and on his iCal.
I would appreciate any advice or guidance on this issue. Thanks in advance!!

There's a fault with the blocklist.xml file which was updated on Friday, it should be fixed on Monday and you should get the updated file on Monday or Tuesday.

To stop email notification for a user regarding PR release in workflow

Hi All,
I am new to workflow.
I need to stop an email notification for a user who receives it for PR release.
I checked earlier posts which stated some send email steps in workflow and extended notifications.
But I am not aware of any of this things.
Can you all please help me in resolving this? As i hardly know anything about workflow.
How can i check where this email notification gets triggered or from where it picks the user id?
Your help would be appreciated.

Identify which workflow is for PR:
Go to T Code SWI2_FREQ
Select the appropriate date range
Work item Type should be (Sub-)Workflow
Execute
You will get the list of ALL workflows triggered during the given time interval
Hopefully, the developers in your system have maintained the correct Work item text and you can identify the PR workflow . Pick the WSxxxxxxxx number from the "task" Column for the PR Workflow
Go to SWDD and analyze this workflow, check for steps which are sending the emails.
(simplest possibility)
Once you find the step, see if this can be blocked for a given user or not (or will it block for everyone).
Reach there and give us the details of the email step and we shall work out a way.
BTW - did you try to ask for the Functional and Technical Specs for this ?
It should contain some details to help you.

Push notifications require an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If you are not receiving notifications for a specific app, try these steps:
Verify that the app supports notifications.
After installing an app or restoring a backup to a different iOS device, open the app at least once to begin receiving notifications.
If the app requires entering or logging in to an account, you will need to do this before receiving notifications.
Check Settings > Notifications to ensure that the app is configured for notifications.
If notifications do not appear only in the Notification Center, verify that the Notification Center setting for the app is enabled.
If you are still unable to receive notifications and you are using a Wi-Fi connection, verify that the network or firewall is not blocking access to port 5223.

Receiving notifications for missed FaceTime calls

For the past several weeks I have been receiving notifications for missed FaceTime calls on my iOS devices that were never actually placed by the other party.
I talk to this other person using FaceTime on a regular basis, but ..
my iOS devices or my Mac never give me an indication on an incoming call
the other person never actually places a call at that time
I usually find out a few minutes later when checking my iPhone that there was a missed FaceTime Audio call (always Audio calls). I iMessage the person back and get told they never tried calling at that specific time.
By now I advised them to change their iCloud password ('cause I'm paranoid), which they did, but it still keeps happening.
Is this some kind of glitch with FaceTime/iOS? Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
All my devices run the latest software updates <iOS 8.1.3(12B466) on an iPhone 5s>.

1) When Production Order will created and its status will released then it will allowed user to update any quantity of any items or add any new items but it will not allowed to delete any items from row level.
2) When any item will be deleted then our transaction notification will be raised.

No password sent in GRC10 notification for new users

Hi,
I have a strange problem in our GRC10 system.
We send email notifications to users on completion of user access requests after provisioning is complete. The notification contains the PROVISIONING variable, so new users should be notified of their initial password in the message. This works fine on tests against our development system. The email contains the user ID, the roles assigned, and the password information.
However when the same process is followed in our Production system, the notification only contains the user ID and roles provisioned - no sign of any password information.
We're currently running GRC 10.0 SP13. The plugins are all updated to the same level. We have the global provisioning configuration set OK, and all SAP Notes that appear to be related to the problem have been applied - but I still can't get emails to be displayed in the email notifications to new users.
Can anyone offer any hints or suggestions to try? I have even looked at password-related startup profile parameters as a last desperate straw. I found 4 differences in settings between our Dev and Prod systems. would theses cause an issue? the parameters were:

That 4th parameter doesn't exist in our Dev profile.

I'm starting to run out of suggestions for you.I would probably put a trace on the RFC back to the GRC to see what the system user does. AS well as that check ST22, SM21 and SLG1 logs to see if any error. Already you've confirmed configuration and system match each other so it's down to data and security or program issue.
In using the trace, may be able to identify the function module/RFC and then do a consistency check on the code to make sure nothing out of the ordinary there. Depending on your background grabbing an ABAPer would help her.
Also, as it's your production system do you have multiple app servers and load balancing in play? It's one area where your DEV and PROD may vary. Possibly the password is "leaving" the plug-in but getting lost in the nether as it goes to your GRC. I'm taking a complete stab here and showing my deficiency in Basis and System Admin.
Otherwise, unless Marketplace has another correction not you probably need to raise an Incident.

If connected to Wi-Fi, you may need to verify that the following ports are open in order for Push Notifications to work.
TCP port 5223 (used by devices to communicate to the APNs servers)
TCP port 2195 (used to send notifications to the APNs)
TCP port 2196 (used by the APNs feedback service)
TCP Port 443 (used as a fallback on Wi-fi only, when devices are unable to communicate to APNs on port 5223)
