Standard Asynchronous ES for Quality Management interface
Hi,
Synchronous standard ES is available for Quality Management interfaces under ES bundle.
Could you please suggest if there is any standard Asynchronous ES available for above QM interfaces like Inspection plan, Inspection results and Usage Decision.

What is your exact requirement?
Are you trying to find the standard configurations available for a webdynpro application? then, use t-code SE15 and open the application name and use the tree structure to find out the available configurations under WD application.

I am not clear about your question. But I guess you want to know about control key function. You activate "proc. asctive" box in QM view of material master, that is always at plant level. When you activate this, system automatically asks for a control key & cert type, thats mandatory field. -

I do have those materials, but it didn't helped me in studying QM.
For webdynpro, sap as given a material named NET310, likewise for every study material they have given some material number.
Likewise what is the material number for QM configuration?

WLC Duplicate IP address detected for AP-Manager Interface
I am getting an error log in the WLC saying, its IP address is duplicate by another machine with MAC address A.B.C.D
But this MAC address A.B.C.D is the MAC address of the AP-Manager Interface in the same controller.

Does anyone have an issue like this ?Are you sure this MAC address 58:b0:35:83:72:86 isn't some type of Apple device? Its OUI is registered to apple. How do clients get ip addresses DHCP? It appears that the IP 10.184.1.224 is statically assigned to your ap-manager and that this client 58:b0:35:83:72:86 is either getting that same IP from DHCP or the client is statically assigning it themselves.

Warehouse Management (WM) Quality Management Interface
When receiving materials into quality management from a purchase order the system automatically puts the material into the interim bin 902. Is it possible to configure the system to automatically create the transfer order (and select the putaway bin) from the Quality management usage decision - moving the material from 902 to the put away bin? The materials management movement type is 321.
whenever you recieve material from external supplier, then it goes to 902, this has nothing to do with the stock status.
At the same time you usually get a transfer request to move the material to the bins.
When your quality inspection is done, then this will create a so-called posting change notice with a positive quant in urestricted status and a negative quant with Q status, both in storage type 922.
It does not really matter if your q-status quantity is still in 902 or already in the final bins, when you process the posting change notice in LU04, except you are moving the postive quant manually from the 902 zone and issue already material.
Both, the automatic creation of TOs for the transfer from 902 to the bin as well as the processing of the PCN can be automated.
Background jobs are RLAUTA10 and RLAUTA11 -

What are the standard Solutions available for Complaints Management in CRM?

What are the standard solutions available in SAP CRM to receive and process complaints through Customer Interaction Center.
Our requirement is to receive and register complaints from contact center and process them by integrating back end ECC and BIW systems.
As per my understanding we can not integrate ECC transactions in CASE Management while CASES are being created through Interaction Center.
Please help me to map the following requirement successfully into SAP.
How to register the complaint through Interaction Center?
How this complaint information is communicated in back end ECC system?
How to track the status and solution of the complaint available in back end ECC system?
How the complaints are stored in ECC system?
After creation of a complaint, can we trigger an automatic email on back end ECC system user with all complaint relevant data?
Kindly help me to understand the process.

Use the same Driver program RIPROV00 which is used as Script driver program to fire the output from smartforms also
Only thing is little bit you have to modify the program such that it triggers the smartform instead of Script.
I think there is no smartform driver program for this IW21.
see some standard SF driver program like RLE_DELNOTE and
modify it and use it.

and check the differences of those two,
go to PE02 & read document and concentrate on the below Pcrs.
TO20 Calculate overtime with quota 2007 01
TO10 Evaluate overtime approval in I0050
TO15 Evaluate overtime approval in daily WS
TO16 Determine overtime without approval
TW15 Overtime after x hours/day
