Standard codes for insp. characteristics, char. attributes and defects

Hi
Can anyone refer to standards and standard database developed and maintained by international research / standard setting bodies that be used as QM basic data for inspection characteristics, attribute codes, defects codes, or other master data.
Maybe standard codes available are different for pharma and chemical industry.
Please reply.

The code they are asking for is the last three digits of the number on the back of the card (you don't use this when using an ATM or presenting the card in shops).

What is the Different Types and Usage of Views
The followings are different types of views:
- Database View (SE11)
Database views are implement an inner join, that is, only records of the primary table (selected via the join operation) for which the corresponding records of the secondary tables also exist are fetched. Inconsistencies between primary and secondary table could, therefore, lead to a reduced selection set.
In database views, the join conditions can be formulated using equality relationships between any base fields. In the other types of view, they must be taken from existing foreign keys. That is, tables can only be collected in a maintenance or help view if they are linked to one another via foreign keys.
- Help View ( SE54)
Help views are used to output additional information when the online help system is called.
When the F4 button is pressed for a screen field, a check is first made on whether a matchcode is defined for this field. If this is not the case, the help view is displayed in which the check table of the field is the primary table. Thus, for each table no more than one help view can be created, that is, a table can only be primary table in at most one help view.
- Projection View (SE11)
Projection views are used to suppress or mask certain fields in a table (projection), thus minimizing the number of interfaces. This means that only the data that is actually required is exchanged when the database is accessed.
A projection view can draw upon only one table. Selection conditions cannot be specified for projection views.
- Maintenance View ( SE54 )
Maintenance views enable a business-oriented approach to looking at data, while at the same time, making it possible to maintain the data involved. Data from several tables can be summarized in a maintenance view and maintained collectively via this view. That is, the data is entered via the view and then distributed to the underlying tables by the system.

I have created a generic extractor, in the past, with the FEBEP table. However, my requirement was to join it with the BSID and BSAD tables in order to determine payments that have been received into the lockbox but not cleared, so that the Credit Department has a more up-to-date look at customer accounts.
If you have multiple companies you could end up with a Cartesian product when the data for this view is rendered because the Accounting Document and Fiscal Year don't uniquely identify records in BSEG and BKPF. Additionally, you wouldn't know exactly which Accounting Document Line Item is the correct record on BSEG. Both of these cases are potential sticky points for both a custom view or User Exit in CMOD, unless you've been given by the end customer a way to mitigate these. For instance, you may be able to derive the Company Code for the FEBEP entry by using the Cost Center or Profit Center, unless your Cost Centers or Profit Centers can span across companies.

Standard code for Export to XLS / XLS 2000

Hi there
I was wondering if someone knows how the standard code works for exporting a web template to Excel?
The reason I ask is that we have a button in our toolbar, which the user can click and certain items within the web template are then downloaded to Excel.
If, however, I use the context-menu (right-click) and choose to export that way, then some additional fields are included in the download.
There is one field in particular that I want, which is included in the right-click downloaded file, but I don't know which web item it is, so can't specify it in the button code.
Is there a way to determine this?

There are a few third party tools that let you do that.
Some such tools are Monarch, Rep2excel etc.
Google for "convert oracle report to excel" and you will get a few more hits.
The best way to get it in Excel is to change the output format to XML and write a quick XML publisher template.

Are you talking about the IP address or the Mac Address of the printer? If you go into the setup menu you can go to reports or the network for the wireless information depending on what code you are looking for......

Standard report for LSO containing infotypes 1021 and 1036

Is there a standard report which contains infotypes 1021 (Prices) and 1036 (Costs)?
We have used 1036 to record group proces and; e.g. LSO_RHXKBRO2 doesn't contain 1036.
ERP2005, standard version.

Hi,
As far as I know, there is no standard report in SAP for master data load using excel sheet. You have write a custom z-program with the help of BDC for basic actions or for individual infotypes upload you can use 'Fast Entry' for quickly uploading data for any perticular infoype using Tcode PA30.

Hi Prashant,
We don't have any Transaction Codes for these.
Since these are installed along with the SAPLOGON BI components, it cannot be called using a standard transaction.
You have to use only .
Goto Start -> Programs -> Business Explorer -> Web Application Designer/Report Designer/Query Designer.

For Finished Goods materials if you assigned Price control V (Moving Average) it is irrelevant to run the Standard Cost Estimation.
My earlier client we don't have variance because of the Moving Average Price for Finished Goods.
Please check, It is really required Variance?? If it is required check whether variance key is automatically assigned to Process order or not. (Control Tab)

In Forms 4.5 Screen I have two text boxes where i will be entering From Serial No
and to serial no.
I want the code which will check whether any number in between these from and to serial exists in a table or not ?
For Example
