Dear Experts,
        I want to download the MasterData of a Organizational Structure for a mobile Client, i'm using the MI 7.1 for downloading this, but it needs a standard interface to download the master data,
      can anybody tell wht is standard interface for downloading this master data of a Organizational Structure, and what r the necessary fields for this interface.

There are transaction Code for viewing the Product Hierarchy and Category.
The Transaction Code is COMM_HIERARCHY. You can find the details of the entire product in the following navigation details.
SAP -->> Master Data -->> Products from the main menu.

Goto SE80 -> package : CRM_ORGMAN.
Here you will get all the FM used for Organisation structure in CRM.
I doubt if CRM as any BAPI in general for Organisation

Standard interfaces for vendor invoice and salary posting

Hi all,
Our customer is asking for a standard interface for vendor invoices (not purchase invoices, only for invoices entered in FB60), if they could have a CSV file from vendor and import that to SAP. Is there a standard functionality or do we have to build an own interface?
They also ask if there is a standard interface for salary file so they can tell the company that create the salary file that they should use a standard format or do we need o to create an interface there to?

You can either go with INVOICE01 or INVOICE02, As per the requirement you can check with the Function module attach with the idoc type, and whether it is providing the appropriate functionallity or not.

SBIV to EBIV for Organizational structure

Input for Organization Structure finilization.

Hello Experts
I have to implement the organization structure of company for that I need some input from experts.
In plant A
Example
Process 1 in plant A
Raw Material = RM1
Raw Material = RM2
From this we produce
Semi Finish Good = SFG1
Process 2 in plant A
Adding Raw Material = RM3
& Semi Finish Good(of process1) = SFG1
We produce
Semi finish = SFG2
We sell some quantity of SFG1 and SFG2 from Plant A itself and transfer balance to Plant B for further processing
In plant B
We receive SFG2 from plant A for further processing.
SFG2(of plant A) + RM4 = FG1
And then we transfer part of FG1 to Plant C (Depot) for sale and balance we sale from plant B itself
Client wants are:
1.Plant wise balance sheet
2 Process wise cost (Process in each plant E.g Process A & Process B)
3. Process wise Revenue if we sale SFG or FG form that plant itself
What i find the solution to above case
1. 1 Company Code
2. 3 Plants
3. Plant will be equal to Segment
4. Process in each plant equal to Profit Center
But in that case one problem will arise that which profit center will we assign in Which Material as material will move form one Profit center to another in one plant itself.
Kindly suggest me, We will implement Product Costing and we are on EHP5.
Kindly share if you have better idea for above issue.

Standard Interface for CRM System

: What standard interface does the CRM system expose to XI? For e.g. Standard IDocs or BAPI? If yes give details about the same. If NO standard IDocs / BAPI are available then do we need to write one?

CRM has an external interface adapter (XIF) that can send all CRM DATA to external systems. You only need to setup an RFC-destination, a XIF-site (much like the R/3 site), subscribe to the data that you want and indicate the interface format. You can choose between Idocs and XML.
The XML will be send directly to the XI. If you choose idocs, you'll have to setup an outbound idoc profile and an outbound port to interface the idocs to the XI system.
Example: suppose that you subscribe business partners to the XI-site in an XML format, then CRM will send all business partner changes to the IP address of the XI.

NWDS import RFC interface for the structure issue??

Hi Gurus,
I'm working on the SAP NetWeaver BPM with NWDS 7.3 SP12 rite now and got confused about the RFC interface structure stuff.
I have a mapping activity defined in the process and the receiver interface needs a RFC. So I go to "Process Modeling" -> "Services Interfaces", right click and choose "Import RFC",type the correct RFC/BAPI name connecting with the SAP ECC system. The issue is that when I finished importing the RFC, went to the "Data Types", the RFC interface namespace shows out but the structure shows seperately with individual segment, so the whole nested RFC interface structure messed up in parallel which is incorrect for the data object and output mapping for later process activities.
Anyone has ran into such kind of issue or experience the same, any solution or suggestion?

Another two questions relates to NWDS BPM development:
1. Sometimes after I import the service interface into NWDS, the structure displays differently from it defines in ESR, I mean the fields sequence. I dont know why
2. Refer to your screenshot,
Assume the occurence of node HEADER and item is (0..1), when I want to map a blank constant to them to generate the target structure, the editor not allows and display error which is very different with ESR mapping tool, could you please help to advise? Tons of thanks!

SAP HR Interface for Organizational Charting (HR-OCI) 6.0

Do you need to have a SAP portal to use HR-OCI 6.0? Do you also need to use ESS or MSS? We are on SAP ECC 6.0. We currently don't have a SAP portal, but we are looking into using HR-OCI to extract the Organizational Chart for a third party vendor. Is this still possible?

Hi Vijay,
Standard Org Structure for IM starts with Plants and ends with Storage Locations. You can create required no of storage locations under your plants, where plants are assigned to company codes. Its always better to copy from master plant 1000/0001 while creating the plants where you can make changes during creation where required (factory calendar etc).
All the material movements within the plant happen between storage locations, material-material, special stocks-unrestricted stocks with no accounting effect.
Movements between the plants can be planned wrt your needs such as STO with no financial postings unless you have plant wise PCA
You can follow the standard avaiable structure for your IM org structure.

I'm a new consultant, and I'm implementing for a Oil & Gas Project. I want to ask you a recommendation about the solution for Organization structure.
This business sell some kind of good:
1) Hydro: mogas, diezel, mazut, kerosense...
2) Non-Hydro: cement, Iron, gas, lubricant...
I should use two org. structure for each kind, or just unique structure. Because each kind is controlled a different method, so I suggest use two org. structure, but its difficult for reporting.

PI Standard Interfrace for SAP HR

Hello,
We need to transfer SAP HR data, Org and Personal to newly implementing SAP SRM, shopping cart module. We also have PI in place, we are wondering what would be the best practice to transfer the SAP HR data from ERP to SRM, is it PI or standard SAP ALE? I looked through the ESR XI contentt for EA-HR and SAP HR, I don't see any interface for Org structure or Personal data to transfer from ERP into a Remote system? I guess it would be ALE then?

Current version of HRMD_A07 idoc can be used to exchange most of the HR master data like PA, OM, etc.
coming to your scenario from ECC to SRM.
i would suggest a IDOCPI IDOC interface from ECC to SRM.
This way, it would be,
--Less custom effort.
--interface details are available @ common place(PI).
--unlike ALE/IDOC, which is point-point .

Interface for credit card settlement between Bank, Company n Employee

Hi Experts,
I am facing a situation, where in we need to develop a new interface for credit card settlement. The scenario is as follows. The company gives a corporate credit card to the employee who has gone on travel. The employee makes some official and a few personal expenses on that card. The bank processes the payments and sends the bill to the company for payment. The company pays the bill and then gets into recovery from the employee for the personla expenses that he has incurred.
Now we need to automate this with SAP travle management and would appreciate if you could help me out.
Do we have a standard interface for the same?

This is a common process in Travel mgmt.
1. The Bank provides the Card transaction file daily and it will be placed in the application server, from where the daily file interface pgm uploads the transations in employees buffer.
2. employee uses the buffer transactions while creating expense report and using itemize button he will mention the personal expenses made using company credit card
3. while posting, appropriate entries are made i.e, Expense accounts are credited, credit card clearing account is debited, and personal expenses as well are debited.
Please mention the card company and the file format in which they provide the file.if it is Amex format files or CCD format files, we can use the standard interfaces available, otherwise you need to go for new interface development

1) How to set up/map real user from SU01 to Manager? (tcode, report)
2) How to mark them as 'Chief' (tcode, report)
3) How to be sure that PA & OM are configured correctly and the integration switch is on?
