Hi All
For the following fields available in MARC table of R/3 do we have standard objects available in BW. Plz help.
SOBSL - Special Procurement Type
BSTRF - Rounding Value for Purchase Order Quantity
BSTFE - Fixed Lot Size
BSTMI - Minimum Lot Size
EISLO - Minimum Safety Stock
KZKRI - Critcal Part Indicator
MMSTA - Plant-Specific Material Status
PLIFZ - Planned Delivery Time in Days
EISBE - Safety Stock
BSTMA - Maximum Lot Size

In Bw, you can search through RSOSFIELDMAP in se16.
give the field name and search for Stadard objects.

How to find out Oracle 11i Standard Objects

Hi Gurus,
There is a requirement from my client. My client is on 11i Oracle Applications. He has many customization. But somehow he failed to use naming convention and all during implementation. Now he wants us to write a program which can tell us how many custom database objects are created as a part of implementation.
Hence in order to know this, first I need to find out what are the standard objects provided by Oracle for its 11i application so that I can write a program which will take difference (custom DB objects - standard Oracle 11i Object)
It will be great assistance if you let me know how to find out standard objects provided by Oracle for its 11i application?

There is no easy or programmatic way to determine the custom objects. All custom objects need to be documented and need to follow the recommended XX naming convention. If that has not been done, then someone will have to manually input each object name that is possibly custom at https://etrm.oracle.com which documents all seeded objects - if no match is found, it is most likely a custom object.

LSMW Standard object for class

I am trying to upload class data through LSMW standard object,0140,
but while specifying file step it is giving error , No logical path has been specified.

I repeatedly do this with LSMW by recording method. (recording done once and using repeatedly)
The recorded template is
EQUNR KLART CLASS_01 STDCL_01
If it is the case of Functional Location TPLNR in place of EQUNR.

How to track changes made to the standard objects by SAP during upgrade ?

Hi All,
Can any one of you please let me know if there is any straight forward method to find any change made to the standard objects by SAP in different versions ?
Like for eg, during upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0.

There are two sources for that:
The "Solution Browser" (http://solutionbrowser.erp.sap.fmpmedia.com/) which lists the differences between source and destination release and the release notes (http://service.sap.com/releasenotes). You'd need to read here all those from 4.6 to ERP 6.0 (so 4.7, ECC 5.0 and ERP 6.0) to find out the behaviour changes.

SAP Standard objects:modified ones.

Dear all,
my client wants to have a report where in he can see all the modified SAP standard object so that he can analyse his effort for the next upgrade.
there is already a report existing which does this but not sure if the logic is correct.
It is getitng all the entires from table "ADIRACCESS" and displaying.
I understand i can look at the txn SPAU and SPDD but ofr reporting purpose i waould need to get the tables/ FM which gives me the lilst of objects
any pointers to that would be appreciated.

Hi Dhruv,
As mentioned by Srinivas the ADIRACCESS table is where all access keys used within your system for modification to SAP standard code are stored and hence should be a good indication of what all / how many modifications to standard have taken place.
As to your doubts, append structures do not require access keys, since creating append strcutures is an enhancement to standard DDIC objects and only needs a transport since in actual, it only is creating a Z table structure.
Also, user exits and BAdis certainly dont require access keys. Again they are enhancement and not modifications and when upgrading they will NOT be overwritten. As SAP mentions, during upgrades all enhancements are retained within the system however modifications if not handled are overwritten.

SAP BW Standard Objects

Hi Experts,
How can we distinguish between any of the standard BW objects and a custom or a user defined infobject.
My understanding in this regard is that standard objects always starts with any number, and the custom or user defined objects are otherwise.
Pls provide me precise and detailed information, not simply links,

Hi Aravind,
All standard BW objects start with numeric number especially the business content starts with "0". The other ones are custom and they can start with any alpha character from A to Z.

How to find out changes to standard objects

Hi,
Is there any way to find out which all standard objects have been modified, either via a table or FM or any other way?
Have tried SE95 but it also gives objects changed during last upgrade.
Any help would be appreciated.

That has absolutely nothing to do with what OP is asking. So it wouldn't help him.

System status change with delegated standard object

Hi everybody,
I delegated BUS2005 (production order) to ZBUS2005 and created a new event based upon the system status MANC (I0420). It works fine when I use my custom object ZBUS2005 in BSVZ and this event is successfully triggered. But when I change this object to the standard object BUS2005 in the same transaction BSVZ, the event is not triggered. BUS2005 has been already delegated to ZBUS2005.
Can somebody kindly tell me how this can be fixed? I want to see the standard object, BUS2005 in the trace, instead of my custom object.

Well, I have created many events for other objects and delegated the objects.
In all these cases, I can see the standard objects in the trace, not the customized objects. But in these cases, I didnt go for status change management.
So, why dont I see the same standard object in the trace in this case of BUS2005? Even the setting in BAVZ has been done according to BUS2005, not ZBUS2005. So, I am expecting BUS2005 in the trace. Trace comes only when I change this BUS2005 to ZBUS2005 in BSVZ.

Program Assignment to Sys Standard Object

Hi,
I am working on LSMW 4.0. (1st option) Maintain Object Attributes --> Standard Batch/Direct Input. When I select the system standard Object 0020 (Material Master) it fetches the respective only available Method 0000 and Program RMDATIND (Direct Input Prog).
Requirement: Change in the logic of prog. Which i did by copying RMDATIND into ZRMDATIND and made all required changes.
Problem: How to assign this newly created ZRMDATIND to the Object 0020. So that when we select the object it fetches my prog instead of system standard.
Your earliest response is required.

Go to SXDA-> Goto-> register Programs. You will see list of all objects there. Create registration for Material object with your newly created program.

Standard Objects in Dev Box not in the QA box

Hello,
   Can somebody explain to me how is it possible to occur a scenario when a standard objects in DEV box does not exists in the QAS server? Where in fact they both have the same version and installation number?

Table of changed standard objects

hello all
i am looking for a table in SAP which contains all the changed standard objects.
I have just a old copy of that table in Excel, but I cant locate it in SAP.
The fields of the table:
OBJ_TYPE OBJ_NAME SUB_TYPE SUB_NAME INT_TYPE INT_NAME OPERATION MAIN_PROG INCLUDE MOD_NAME MOD_LANGU MOD_USER MOD_DATE MOD_TIME ACTIVE INACTIVE UPGRADE PRE_CORR PROT_ONLY UPG_MODE MARK SPAU TRKORR SPAU_CODE
The table is very useful for our future upgrade project to get a list of standard objects repaired by us.

All Std Objects are stored in TADIR table, you can see that using the related object type PROG,TABL,DTEL etc
also you can check the std tables like DD01L, DD02L, DD03L, DD* tables for std tables, data elements, domains and fields etc
All HR related stuff are stored in Infotypes
Check PA* tables in SE11
see this doc
HR deals with the INFOTYPES which are similar to Tables in General ABAP.
There are different ways of fetching data from these infotypes.
There are different areas in HR LIKE Personal Admn, Orgn Management, Benefits, Time amangement, Event Management, Payroll etc
Infotypes for these areas are different from one another area.
storing of records data in each type of area is different
LDBS like PNP are used in HR programing.
Instead of Select.. we use some ROUTINES and PROVIDE..ENDPROVIDE.. etc
and in the case of Pay roll we use Clusters and we Import and Export them for data fetching.
On the whole Normal ABAP is different from HR abap.
For Personal Admn the Infotypes start with PA0000 to PA1999
Time Related Infotypes start with PA2000 to PA2999.
Orgn related Infotypes start with HRP1000 to HRP1999.
All custom developed infotypes stsrat with PA9000 onwards.
In payroll processing we use Clusters like PCL1,2,3 and 4.
Instead of Select query we use PROVIDE and ENDPROVIDE..
You have to assign a Logical Database in the attributes PNP.

for uploading equipment task list and was successful for 1 operation, 1 component.
how can i do for multiple operation / component using standard object? when i did a serach they are some topics discussed and suggested to change / edit the structure. kinldy let me know if this can be done using standard object
