Normally, whether a employee is a probationer or a permanent employee is defined in IT0016 (Contract elements). Remainder on the end date of probation will be stored accordingly in IT0019 (Monitoring of Tasks). To have a report on the same i.e to know the end dates of probation of employees, you may run the report S_PHO_48000450.
If you do not wish to have remainders and want to know only the end date of probation, store the end date in It0019 (date specification). Run a adhoc report accordingly.
Same way to do with appraisals.

To find out the SAP Standard Reports, in each sub module like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable in SAP Easy access menu, you will find the Tab for Information system, under this tab you will find the SAP standard reports either for balances, or master data etc.

Purpose u2013 To capture data for Standard Reports, we require to activate Statistic Group as under:

When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.

The standard report within transaction IW29 (see below) does maintain every field, except the long text. The long text can be looked at through button .
The report without long text is standard available.
In the report printout the long text must be printed under each notification line using the total width of the page.
report there must be NO maximum to the number of characters if this is technically possible.Hi
Go to se 38-> give the standard report name-> select copy -> give z report name.
save it and activate it.
At the time copying the standard report care has to be taken for Includes exists in the standard reports.
Those includes also have to be copied to the z includes.

When i see the print preview system shows the name of standard transaction as report name,whereas i want to print and view the name of layout as report heading(name).

Fathers name not appearing in HR standard Reports
Dear All,
Currently we are in process of using the standard pension reports like Form4 P.S, Form5 P.S etc(Tcode : PC00_M40_EPN).
In the report output , we observe that the Father's name field is not getting populated.
On Analysing further, we understood that.
1.In the implementation stage, we had mapped the father subtype to '3' instead of the default '11'.
(Personal Management>Personal Administration>Personal data --> Family-> Define possible family members).
2.In all the standard pension reports ( tcode : PC00_M40_EPN , PC00_M40_PNY etc ),the select query in the ABAP programs hardcodes subtype '11' to fetch for father detail from infotype table PA0021(Family Member/Dependents).
3.We have a lot of data mainatined in the current production system with sybtype '3' mapped to father.Hence cannot change it at present.
Is there any way out to display the fathers name in the standard HR reports ?Possible alternatives..?

After considerable thought we decided not to change the config.We also have some custom developments which uses the father subtype.All these data would need to be deleted and corrected.
Hence we directly modified the relevant subroutine in the standard reports and changed the value from '11' to '3'.
The reports now work fine.

Including Vendor Name in Standard report 'MB51' transaction
Hi Friends,
I have a requirement of Displaying the Vendor Name in the standard report 'MB51', after the vendor No.
I checked the report and it is really confusing ..... ( i ve seen something like when i double click the document number it is going to 'Display material Document - 147404608' something !! ........
I want the same report with vendor name included ... is that possible ????
One more doubt .... i actually copied the Program 'RM07DOCS' with the includes to a name 'ZRM07DOCS' but when i execute with plant '0020' iam getting an error 'Selection was not restricted' though iam not getting the error when i give the same selection criteria in the Standard report....

I did similar requirement but in my case the tr code was mb5b but anyway approach would be same ,please check steps below.
1) Copy standard report to a Zreport. copy everything including includes , texts etc.
2) Now put a break point at REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY , it might be possible that its used multiple times. so just cross check which list display is showing results.comment out this REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY.
3) Now say you have to add 2 extra fields to report.define you own internal table with all the fields you needed.move the final internal table to your internal table.
4) build your own field catalog for your internal table.
4) using select queries fetch field values of those 2 extra fields for each record.and then use resue_alv_list_display or resue_alv_grid_display in place of original list_display. pass fieldcatalog and your final internal table to it so as to get output desired. -
Find Triggered report name in the function module.

A function module is being called by many Reports say (100). Now the question is, I need to find out the Triggered report name in the function module where I can do required logic change based on the report. I cannot include an import parameter in the function module to capture the Report name, for this solution I need to change 100 reports. Is there any better way to find the Triggered report name in the Function Module?

This is the first time i am asking question in this forum. If its the worng place for this question please feel free to move it to the right place...
I am using BO against oracle 9.2.0.8 database.
In oracle this is view called v$session , which hold information regrarding the connected sessions.
There are fields like o.s user,machine,terminal and ech.
One of the the fileds called module , and it value can be populate by using oracle package called dbms_application_info.set_module
I would like to set the name of the report currently running from the user machine , to this column (e.g v$session.module).
Could you please help with this issue ?

Let alone that one might have used the module column in your own application, everytime this happens they set the action to null, deleting what you might have logged into the action column using dbms_application_info.set_action (in an MDI environment the module gets reset when you put the focus to another form too). If I wanted to have the form name in the module column I'd have implemented that myself (without resetting action).
Anyway; you could use client_info instead

We are in the process to implement HR module in our organization. But our implementation partner informed us that this module has very limited number of reports available. Even we can not have the monthly report for various payments and deductions employees wise and department wise ( sub Area wise) .
May any body provide us the List of standard reports which are available in this module?
Implementation partners always convey the message that " It is not aavilable in standard SAP " or " not possible" . How one can get the complete solution fro the SAP system.

For cases, where a standard report makes no sense it offers a query tool, which helps you to create own "reports" without programming
For cases, where this is still not sufficient, if has Infocubes in the SAP Business Warehouse etc...

According to your requirement, you can prepare report through S_PH0_48000513 - Ad Hoc Query , you can get percentage from IT0007 in Ad Hoc query. first decide how many fields you want and then choose in selection criteria and generate the report.
